They have nice swimming pool which is consider big. There is free bicycle in case you want to room around the hotel. There was gaming room with billiard table (it's old but still can be used for some fun games). Staff was so friendly. There is free shuttle two times per day to the night market for free. Breakfast buffet was nice and with good variety.

The location is little bit far from any kind of attraction ( advantage if you are aiming to stay in quiet and isolated place). The hotel facilities is a bit old and need to be refreshed. Less sunbeds near by the swimming pool. Beach is 1 min from the hotel but it's just public beach without any sunbeds or any kind of facilities (don't expect anything, just wild beach).

Staff were truly amazing

We booked for 6 adults and 1 child and paid in advance what was quoted. On arrival they said we needed to pay 1500 baht (£37) a night for a bed for the child which isn’t anywhere in the emails I had received from booking.com

We loved everything about this amazing hotel beautifully decorated in very stylish Thai decor surrounded by beautiful garden, water features, pools and wild life. The breakfast was always extra good, we specially liked small desserts in banana leaves, selection of thai and other dishes, very attentive staff and impeccable service in general as we also had few dinners there too, always super delicious. I loved our terrace with direct access to pool, so nice. We also booked massages, some nice trip to Phi Phi islands and scooters which you need to explore environment and going to nice beaches. We truly appreciated calm serene feeling of being in this hotel, definitely jewel we will be visiting again.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like.

The hotel itself was very good, and staff very attentive. The curtesy bus to Ao Nang, at set hours, is a necessity when staying there. The room and decor was very attractive. Pool and surrounding areas extremely well presented.

Location too remote which is not stated in the description. Beach - unusable. Advertised as good and 7.7yds from hotel but full of rocks, dirty and muddy sand and completely unused by any guests during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful although the english (hot) breakfast was always cold. Empty restaurant for dinner, and food not up to standard expected. Bar non existent. Lack of shops and nearby amenities,

The location and pool access room, it was a quiet location off the beaten track and the pool was fantastic with direct access to the pool from our room. The staff provided outstanding customer service and Kim especially was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was to much and every time we had a question we were always provided with help. Just lovely.

The Elements impressed us as soon as we arrived, a cool towel, welcome drink and professional staff greeted us. They explained the resort facilities and delivered our luggage to our room. The beautiful gardens and well maintained grounds are impressive. Our room was large, well laid out, and there was lots of storage space. Great shower pressure, hot water, good lighting, and a bathtub. Special acknowledgment to Lek and his staff at the restaurant. A great crew who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The breakfast was amazing! Many choices, with changes daily. A day spent around the pool is very relaxing and very kid friendly. A pool table, library, sauna, kids playground, gym, and an on-site spa made The Elements our favourite place during our trip. They also have a complimentary shuttle to take you into Ao Nang . Would highly recommend.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Particular thanks go to Bum, incredibly hospitable and so lovely to see him each day. Rooms were spacious and very good. My children loved the pool table and the adults loved the animals especially the resident monitor lizards.

Very little! Some suggestions: cushions on benches on balconies, maybe make use of the beach, shower door or glass instead of curtains.

We stopped here on the way from Phuket to Koh Lanta so only stayed one night but could easily have spent more time here. Very friendly and welcoming staff, spectacular pool and garden, very spacious and comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant. Location was great too!

Good resort, great staff, lovely tropical gardens and nice big clean rooms. Good value for money and plenty of family type facilities. . A bit of an isolated location but taxis are easily available to the better nearby beaches i.e. Tubkaek beach is lovely and sunbeds and umbrellas are available to rent from the small resort there. There’s also a restaurant and boat trips available from this beach. A free shuttle runs from The Elements to Ao Nang night market and that’s a good trip to make during your stay to sample the street food.

Not enough sunbeds to go round and especially sunbeds in the shade. The only two in shade were reserved with towels etc very early every morning. That old trick found everywhere! We did not use the pool area as not enough shade available. Some maintenance required to keep the buildings looking as good as the gardens do.

The elements was a nice hotel to stay in. Equipment is very good, the pool is big, the gym, game room and play room are well equipped. The restaurant is open air so that gives it a nice charm. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade into the suites and they are absolutely great, spacious, nice view. We appreciated the staff making us feel special for our birthday celebration.

There are 2 things that I think need to be addressed to make this hotel perfect. 1. The pool service. We arrived at 4:30 pm to use the pool and order cocktails and there were empty glasses on nearly all the tables, and leftovers towels on the chairs. We stayed over an hour and no one came to clean the area. This doesn't really give a good image. 2. The noise in the evening. They should have a guard or a staff member tell people to either go inside their rooms to talk or reduce noise after a certain time. Ex: after 11:00pm, the hotel should be a quiet area. We had people in different rooms talking from one balcony to another, and the day after people drinking and talking by the pool until way into the middle of the night.
