First of all I would like to thank amazing stuff. They were so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning, we were allowed to stay on sun beds in the morning, they gave as spray against mosquitos and they invited to have breakfast as well. Breakfast really nice right on beach. Then we were checked in a little bit earlier and we got the best room at the top corner with a view of sea. It was really nice and clean, comfortable bed. There are many restaurants around and 10 min walk to 7/11 so I think perfect location. The restaurants are loud at the night, but only until midnight or so.

The only disadvantage was, that the accommodation is right next to street, where cars and motorbike travel all night. Unfortunately in this case they were waking you up from time to time.

Location is great, 50 steps from the beach. The room is basic but it has what you need, fridge, kettle, water every day. They will clean the room spotlessly every day if you ask. Breakfast is pretty good. Eggs any way you like and fresh fruit The beach here is much better than Ao Nang

Not the hotel's fault but there's construction on either side so daytime rests will be interrupted. And there's a bird who insists on landing outside my window at 4.45-5.00 am every morning. Don't expect to sleep in. You can use the loungers on the beach for your siesta though

The staff at Vacation House were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. Laila and her team were exceptional, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. They catered to our every need and even made arrangements for us, including tours, bike rentals, and ferry transfers. Everything went smoothly, and I am deeply grateful for the wonderful staff. The location is on the beach with an absolutely serene view. Wi-fi is good also. Highly recommend 👌

Very friendly family. Breakfast on the beach only 30 meters from the room. Cleaning and 2 bottles of water every day. Fridge, Kettle - all that you need.

There is no seaview from the room. Far away from Airport or from Ao Nang, for every transport you have to pay more and you lose a lot of time for transport. Safe didn't work in the room.

The place is right on the beach! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast was delicious! Great value! The conditioner worked perfectly! The bed was comfortable! I had everything I needed

The room showed some signs of wear and tear. This did not affect me much, as I did not spend much time in my room, so I would consider it to be a minor issue

The staff was really friendly. When my booked minivan never came, they first helped me calling and chasing down the company, and when that didnt work, they took literally 5 minutes to arrange a private transport for me. All with a smile and lots of patience. They are just sweethearts there.

Great value for money and fantastic locality right next to the beach with breakfast right on the beach! Also, one of the best beaches around - lively but not too crowded. Fairly basic room but more than adequate for this price. Tasty breakfast included in the price!

Literally on the beach. Very nice beach, full of restaurants. And located on the main road also, but quiet, good to rest and amazing location. Good for a few days as it’s a bit far from the city center. Friendly staff

The owner is friendly and accommodative. The location is fantastic 😍, walking distance to the beach. Breakfast at the beach was a great experience . Overall meet the expectation and value for money.

Stayed here a total of 3 times and I love the location and the staff are great…rooms are very clean and the beach is very nice and you can swim easily down on the beach !
