We loved this hotel. Very family friendly with a great little gym, games room and kids room. This was our children’s favourite hotel for our whole Thailand trip! The hotel is spotlessly clean and the kitchen staff really went above and beyond to ensure we loved our breakfast each morning. We moved to this hotel after finding Ao Nang a bit overwhelming and we were so glad we did. The beach is a short walk and it’s far more superior with far less people. The vibe is more chilled but still plenty of great food options and services such as massages, etc.

The pillows were a bit high for me and our children, but I think that’s because they were brand new.

Breakfast was good but it was the same option every day. Asian options like noodles and rice and for us Fruits watermelon and pineapple. White bread and they made eggs for you the way you like. Coffee only instant coffee, no coffee machine unfortunately. Pool is nice, a small kids room with some toys and a small gym with some equipments. For the price I think it offers many options. Location is great! There are some good restaurants 2min from the hotel and a 7eleven too where you can buy whatever you need. The beach there is beautiful and quiet. We liked it so much more than Ao Nang beach

We didn’t like that you can hear people in other rooms. Luckily nobody was very loud but still the rooms and balconies are like “glued” to each other. Some coffee machine in the breakfast would be nice too and the staff doesn’t speak much english, very basic but they are willing to help and very friendly.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfy and there is a smart TV. There was a kitchenette in our room with a big fridge, microwave and kettle, meaning we could prep breakfast and lunch easily in our room. The facilities downstairs are the best we've seen in a budget hotel. The swimming pool is great and very clean, with sun loungers and chairs around the edge. There is also an inside gym, kids play area (with building blocks and some games and a TV) as well a games room with a pool table, air hockey and table football. The staff are all so friendly, and always busy ensuring the hotel is clean and tidy. Aspira is situated off of the main road and has a little carpark. It has all the conveniences you need within a 2 min walk (7/11, laundrette, restaurants, taxi, massage etc). The gorgeous beach is an easy 7ish min walk. Just turn right out of the hotel and then take the first road on the left. We walked there every afternoon with our 2 small kids and our stroller. For the price, it's fantastic value, and so much nicer than any other hotel we have stayed in in Thailand within the same budget. We loved our stay so much here that we extended our stay, twice! This hotel after reconstruction: old, but repainted furnitures, big 4K TV sets, clean waterpool, good gaming room (pool-tables, air-hockey tables, soccer table). Also have childrens room and fitness room. BUT: they open only untill 17:00 !!! That's idiotic rule: most of guests returns from beach about 18:00 (because meet sunset), so they can't use that rooms, because they already are closed... Very big rooms! Really big rooms! Good hard beds, many air. New air conditioners, good air coolers LG. In room have microwave ovens, some things for cooking. Good location: opposite street have 7/11 shop.

The supervisor at the front desk is not entirely adequate: she is trying to charge a huge price for accommodation that does not correspond to the real situation. As a result, the guest either goes to another hotel or books online in a couple of days, since the price drops very significantly. The hotel owners need to pay attention to the work of the supervisor at the front desk. Poor hand held shower heads in rooms. There is no normal mode of small jets. Some of the updated old furniture is falling apart. Otherwise everything is fine.

I needed to stay here for a few days because my regular AT SEA condo accommodation was booked. The hotel is located at the top end of the main street of Klong Muang. It was an easy stay. The rooms are basic and clean and everything works fine with simple interior design. WiFi is strong. The rooms come with or without a balcony (that overlooks the pool). The nightly fee reflects this difference. Apart from a simple sign at the front (see photo) the Aspira doesn’t look much from the street - but I understand they have plans to upgrade and renovate. So I imagine the exterior facade will improve. As of APRIL 24, the hotel has been open a few months. Its best feature is being next to my favorite Thai restaurant called THE TERRACE Authentic Thai Seafood.

I traveled with my 2 children and when they are happy, I am happy. The game room, pool and fitness room surely contributed to that. The staff is diligent and helpful and I genuinely think this hotel is great value for your money. As I drive a car, the distance to Klong Muang beach is not a real issue for me. 7-11 and several restaurants are nearby if needed.

I would like to suggest to offer drying racks on balconies.

The hotel isn't as near to the beach as the hotel would have you believe, but they do offer a free Tuk Tuk ride to the beaches. However the hotel is close by some very adequate restaurants which makes it a good base to stay for Klong Muang

The hotel room size is particularly sufficient. It was a great experience and I enjoyed my stay. The only few things which could be improved upon are the breakfast option, however, there are many options closeby to get breakfast if you want to. And, there is limited parking offered by the hotel for when there are many people with cars.

The staircase leading to our room had no headroom for myself or my partner, I’m 6”1 and she’s 5”8 and both of not careful would hit our heads really badly on the ceiling of the staircase. The door lock was really difficult to either lock or unlock and gave me uncertainty. Air conditioning unit needed a service, filters needed a clean. I was sneezing from dust. Otherwise everything was great.

Big room, great staff who are accommodating, kids play area. We booked a room that said it had 2 kings but it had a king and a queen. They brought us a third mattress. The room was cleaned daily and bottled water was provided. Their is a 711 across the street. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach if you cut through Dusit Thani resort. Overall comfortable stay and great value

The kids play area hours are 9-5; would be helpful if it was open later.
