Klong Muang beach is beautiful, quiet and a lovely place to spend some time. All rooms are sea facing. We had a deluxe that was stunning in size, comfort and facilities. Hotel is stylish, clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast buffet is large and offers diverse range of dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and the beach is obviously a real highlight. A mention for Andalay beach bar next door too - food and drinks excellent and fire shows at the weekend. Make sure to visit Ao Nang night market - staff can arrange taxis.

The hotel and its location are great. We were very happy with our choice and loved the location with direct access to the beach and with a super pool. Our room was brilliant too with at large airy and comfortable space with effective AC which was much needed.

Our only, minor disappointments were with a slightly musty smelling bathroom when we first got there. The other frustration was with the restaurant which, at breakfast, meant things sometimes ran out. On the one evening we used it, we thought the food standard was not good enough given the price. The staff were always pleasant and courteous.

Loved the comfort of the villas, the setting is lush greenery, peaceful oasis. Amazing location right on the beach. My villa did not have sea views but was a 2 mins wall to the sea (which was a bonus, sea view rooms overlook the pool and bar, noisier). Villa was super comfy, great bed, shower, complementary water bottles, great room cleaning, AC was good and efficient, hotel beach was paradise, not too crowded. We did our island tours booked directly with the hotel (private boat). Cheaper than Get your guide (almost same price of Ao Nang kiosks) and boat come to pick you up from hotel beach, which is super handy. Lovely staff. Location can be both a pro and a con. Away from the hustle and bustle of Ao nang (so happy i didn’t stay in Ao Nang, it was trashy, noisy and messy, and the beach there was bad). But that meant taking grab/blot each time (20 mins drive from hotel with traffic, costs around 8-9€ each way).

Door of the villa doesn’t close well, which means lots of mosquitos enter the room, i was eaten by mosquitos. Bring repellent. Breakfast was below average, but i noticed that was the case in most 4 stars hotels in Thailand, sweet items were scarce and not great. Hotel beach bar was also below average, fruit shakes were bad.

The pool, the location in front of the ocean. The almos private beach just for the hotel guests. The staff, always smiling and ready to help you. The happy hour cocktails :) I had room with ocean view and it just couldn’t be any better I really enjoyed it

The hotel is a like 15 to 20 mins from Ao Nang beach and the Night Markets and like 30 to 40 mins from Krabi Town. I was told no taxis go there, so I had to book transportation through the hotel and it was very expensive to go and come back. The hotel is a bit dated, the furniture, the number of power outlets in the room and for example the doors do not have electronic cards, so be ready to carry a big key with a big key chain ( a plate with the room number).

The stay was amazing! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located right by the beach, offering stunning sea views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the food at the hotel overall was great. The large pool was both family-friendly and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers around. Transportation was always easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the area. I already miss the place and will definitely come back!

I have nothing negative to say. The experience was absolutely perfect!

Exceptional location and surrounding of the hotel: unique sea views. Perfect base for islands longtail boat tours. Plenty of picturesque beach restaurants in close neighbourhood. Perfect beach and pool services. Fully satisfactory rich breakfast buffet. A piece of dreamland, certainly to come back for serene days of most memorable vacation.

Hotel well deserves some renovation and adjusting to the current infrastructural standards, this not being a real problem, but a slight suggestion to ensure absolutely superb impression.

Good Location, kind helpful staff, amazing pool, great gym, delicious breakfast. Good cleaning service. Used late check out option, perfect that hotel offered that, we could use pool, and towels and if needed a shower until taxi come pick us up, very good. We were pleased.

A bit Smelly and wet rooms. A bit disappointed that hotel didn’t change to what I paid for, so I booked a room with one double bed and beds for kids, instead I got one huge king size bed, when I asked to change they offered extra payment for it extra bed for at least one kid, not quite good if booked was different and got one bed for 4 people.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, everyone is smiling, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the beach location and the pool is lovely. Breakfast was good, with many options.

I wrote the property through booking and called to request some things, there was miscommunication and the requests were not ready when we arrived. The staff corrected the issue when we arrived, but an area of improvement is making sure that guest requests are communicated effectively down the line. As well, it would be nice to be able to request specific rooms.

Beach front location and staffs manner are excellent. Location is good and you can find foods at the front of the hotel where many restaurants around. However prices a bit over price if you compare what you get or what you pay for. It’s a tourist an area so it seems normal. Staffs are lovely and helpful. My opinion staffs have made a huge different for the hotel. They are hard working, well manner and very helpful.

Pillows are not comfortable even it looks big and looks comfy but it’s too soft and flat after you put your head on it. The details around the hotel need quality check at small details. Pool area need to look at because tiles chipped and cracked around pool and underneath (my daughter toe been cut with pool tiles while she’s in the pool (deep side)

We had a beach view villa - fantastic room and location. It is truly beachfront with great views of the glorious beach. Staff at this resort were without exception very helpful, hospitable and cheerful and contributed immensely to the great ambience of the resort. I would like to particularly mention Khun Nam at the breakfast for her great and tireless service and Khun Dada at the front desk who was so helpful about places to visit.

I can't think of any improvement.
