Great location and central to the busyness of Patong and the chilled Kamala Beach. It is a small boutique resort and is a lot smaller than it looks online, but still well maintained. Great choice for our first time to Phuket. On the main road so not really much within walking distance to be able to 'pop out' for breakkie or shops. We still loved the location for what we wanted out of our holiday. The food was really nice!

We had a pleasant stay, but felt the buffet breakfast could have been better for what you pay. The room was nice but we probably wouldn't recommend paying the extra to get the room with a spa on the balcony. We used it once and they're not very private, would have preferred a table and chairs on the balcony so we could enjoy the view if we wanted to. These are just things we would do different, not really dislikes.

Beautiful view and the pool upstairs is great. Definitely recommend going to The Reef for lunch. The food for lunch and dinner is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and were very helpful with taxis and activities around Phuket.

The pool access rooms have shared pools with no barriers and we had kids/ other people swimming in front of our room so had to keep the curtains closed for a lot of the time. The air conditioner placement in the rooms is awkward as the air constantly blows in your face above the bed. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, with cold food.

The best part of this hotel is the infinity pool. The view is beautiful & pool water is temperature controlled. The sea view rooms have a jaccuzi in the balcony which is really nice. The special rooms have their own little pool with the terrace. Plus points: - not too far from main patong beach & 10 mins drive to bangla road if you are a night life fan - beautiful infinity pool with a great view - jacuzzi in rooms - their hotel manager Mike made our stay very comfortable. Hes very helpful, accommodating, understands english, & extremely helpful

- its seafacing, does have access to beach, however there are too many rocks so not a place to swim at all. To swim you need to go down to main patong beach - there was construction happening in the cafe at the hotel so all day you could hear drilling. You should email them to check about construction before the visit - they need to work on their customer service as they are very slow. Our room key kept getting stuck daily, nobody took notice until we raised it to the hotel Manager, Mike who upgraded our room & made sure our remaining stay was comfortable

We were excited to get to Phuket and see the ocean, as soon as we entered the lobby you can begin to see the infinity view of the ocean. Our room was bright, and we got the perfect view of Patong bay from the bathroom and the balcony. On the weekends they had music downstairs and that was loud but the view made up for it. On our 3rd day we finally had time to check out the infinity pool, we had it to ourselves for awhile. It was lovely and relaxing after days out and about Phuket.

The music our first night was something to get used to and mosquitoes came in if we left the door open for fresh air.

Maybe because it was raining that day so the room feels more cozy. Overall the room is neat and tidy, though there were some stainings in the toilet, but I guess it’s also due to the age of the building. So I am not really bothered. The toilet is well equipped, but I hope they provide a bar soap holder or tray, so it doesn’t just sit on the countertop. The bed is comfortable. There’s a sofa beside the bed which is nice to lounge around. I love that they have plenty of mirrors in the room. My room have an ocean view with jacuzzi in the balcony. So it was nice to just chill and enjoy the jacuzzi. I appreciate that they have a clothes hanger in the balcony too so can hang wet clothes. The staff are also very nice. I booked 2 extra days because of very early check in and late check out. Since I arrived on the next day and didn’t use the 1st night, the staff modified my booking by lessening 1 day and give me free late check out. The hotel offers airport transfer at an extra cost, but it’s good and I prefered it so I felt more secure. The hotel restaurant’s mango sticky rice is a must try!

If you’re looking for a good breakfast, do not go to this hotel. But if breakfast doesn’t matter to you, the view at this hotel is incredible—the room view, the pool view, and the in-room jacuzzi were amazing. The staff was generally nice, except for the breakfast waitresses—two rude girls. (If the hotel manager wants to know which staff members I’m referring to, both of them were on duty on March 22.)

On the first day, I asked one of them to make me a coffee, and she replied, “Not my problem, make it yourself.” Imagine—I don’t even make coffee at home because my housekeeper does it for me, yet in a five-star hotel, where I paid a lot of money, a waitress treats me like this! Extremely rude! Also, breakfast was the same every day with very little variety. If my room hadn’t been so good, I would have definitely left the hotel. But my room and the view were amazing.

We loved the whole staff in particular Kiby she’s one of the managers she was very sweet,kind & very helpful always making sure we had everything we needed it she made us feel very special from the first day we got there she welcomed us with cocktails & our suite was beautiful decorated with flowers ,fruits & chocolates , she made sure our trip was very fun & special , also Khun Nocc & Mike the other 2 managers on site went far & beyond to make sure our stay was good & fun we can’t say enough about them & the whole staff , we highly appreciated, we’ll definitely be back next year to stay there once again , a great location ♥️

We liked everything

1) Excellent location close to Paying beach, has it's own private beach only accessible to the hotel 2) Top notch facilities - could not fault anything 3) staff were friendly and very helpful with everything 4) very good breakfast - up to the standards of a 5* hotel 5) rooms were large and well equipped with everything from a couch, to modern amenities, jacuzzi, large walk in shower, huge TV, and Aircon. There was even a Nespresso-tye coffee machine. 6) housekeeping was excellent. Everything restocked and cleaned everyday, even the floors were swept and mopped everyday 7) stunning views of the Patong bay and ocean

1) had to pay for breakfast separately at 445Baht (13.50 EUR) per person per day 2) heard rats in the ceiling the first night, but the hotel called rodent control the next morning which sorted out the issue ( no more jumping rats after that)

The staff was fabulous! So friendly and yet very professional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. Disabled access is not great but they always jump to help out

The setting is really cool but it leaves a lot to be desired for anyone with a mobility disability. The area is full of a lot of hills and busy traffic so it's not really good for taking a walk.
