The location of the hotel is just about right. There is a really clean and awesome beach at only 1km. You don't even need to go to the popular Pattaya beach which is crowded. Just go to the "Wong Amat Beach". The size of the room is really good. There's a little view of sea from the from rooms. It's not much but still better to have. I was able to checkin early than 2PM, the room was ready because I arrived early from Bangkok. They also have ample parking and provide beach towels separately. There's a 7 eleven & petrol bunk right next to the hotel. There are also some good places to eat within walking distance.

I don't like when the shower is inside the bathtub and the shower head holder was little broken so I can't set the angle. They could've built a bigger pool but it's fine. They could definitely do with more sunbeds. Only 2-3 sunbeds had umbrella shade, rest others didn't. If I remember correctly there's only 5-6 sunbeds. But I would not recommend going to the pool but instead go to the beach which is great.

The staff are useful and very friendly. The facilities are not so new, but tidy and clean. Rooms always cleaned well. Design made in traditional art way. Good lighting. Big bath. Location is suitable for walking to many different places. Parking.

Soundproofing in the apartment is not so good. Some moldy smell always when entering the room. Probably in the air conditioning. The lighting buttons were very modern and nice, but main button was lighting blue during all night just straight near our heads. Breakfast “not bad but not fantastic” for 5 stars. Other things are very fine.

The AC in the room was too cold , then we would turn it off and it would warm up quickly again to a point an hour later we had to turn on the AC again for 15 minutes . Couldnt set it on auto , and a couple of friends complained they had sore throats due to the possible bacteria being recycled . It would be good to know they clean the filters on a regular basis , and that the aC temp was set at an overall comfy temp

We have stayed at family suite for 5 days. Room was enough large, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs. Beds were comfortable. Children and we have enjoyed playing at pool.. Easy going to Terminal 21, just a few minutes with public for 10 baht. Staff were helpful. Around hotel have many eating, drinking and massage places.

I think breakfast little weak for my mouth taste 🙃 Thai style food mostly. No omelette. Just fried egg was ready on the table. No cheese. Thankfully I had kroasan with jam and tea.

The safety deposit box needed locking in the cabinet and not loose noisy rooms on the front although not hotels fault. Seemed to have coach pull in every morning either Chinese or Indians completely took over the breakfast not good at all

We had a nice, big room and the service was excellent. The rooftop pool is a good size and well looked after. Nice, fluffy bathtowels too. We liked the location and found some nice Restaurants nearby. Gate21 is within walking distance.

We stayed in the adjoining building and our first 5 nights were quiet. Unfortunately, the last 2 nights were disturbed by door banging from other inconsiderat customers. The shower is a bit funny.

Wonderful staff, great comfortable rooms and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and other food options.

Rooms near the road can be loud with traffic. Somewhat far from the beach but the rooftop pool is as good or better.

I loved this hotel. We had a 2 room suite and 3 televisions, each with Netflix- which came in handy for the kids. The rooftop pool was great. I loved that after being out all day we came back to a clean and made up room. The price was good and staff were friendly. It's not as close to the beach and craziness so it was peaceful. But its only a short ride or a 20-30 minute walk if you wanna get there.

The only things, and they are minor, that I would say could improve this hotel are; I wish they had a laundry guests could use onsite. There is a place down the street to get laundry done but be nice if one was onsite. The bed was more comfortable than most but mattress pads would be an improvement. Also there are other hotels with similar names and if you are in a Grab or Taxi, make sure you have the right one or you may drive around awhile.

Breakfast was fine. Location was a bit distant, but connections to the city were good. Actually I liked Naklua area, because it wasn't so crowded. The room was superb, and so was the service :-)

Pattaya traffic :-D Everything about the hotel was fine. Maybe the breakfast variety was not excellent though, satisfying anyway. The WiFi generally worked fine, occasionally stopped working for a while.

A very nice hotel. I have stayed here before and it only gets better. Lovely staff and very helpful, especially the lady who was cleaning my room, She was always very helpful and very cheerful.

All okay with me. Nothing to complain about.
