Great location. Direct access to beach side road through the pool garden. one step out of hotel youll find bars and shops, open till late. 5 mins walk to walking street. In contrast to all these above, inside of the hotel property was so quiet and calm.

Avani has a great location and nice swimming pool area in the middle of hustle and crowded streets of Pattaya. It is an oasis and you don't want to go outside of it. A lot of good restaurants also nearby. Rooms were spacious and nice, breakfast was good. Mostly friendly staff.

The check-in was slow both times when I checked into the hotel and it was impossible to get the room before 2 pm. It takes a long time to get the required safety deposit back if you pay it by card.

Located between Beach and 2nd Roads. Easily accessible from each road and a dedicated entrance into Royal Garden Shopping Mall. The buffet style breakfast is up there with the best that we have encountered while travelling. Giving you a selection of foods/dishes from around the world, Thai, western, Indian and Middle Eastern. Add in to that pastries from their on site bakery. The superbly trained and happy staff always on hand to help and make your stay more comfortable, with glowing smiles. The pool, gardens and play areas are all beautiful and superbly maintained. This is our third visit here. But, it will not be our last.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The shower over the bath tub arrangements are not the best, easiest or safest. Ideally a normal walk in shower would better suit.

The staff is a real embodiment of the Thai culture. Respectful, warm, welcoming and helpful. The room is extremely comfortable and convenient.

The bathtub could use a little refurbishing. And some customers really should be told off for the night disturbance, I get we are here for the fun and parties but a little sobering is respectful to avoid big scenes in the hallway.

We have been coming back to the avani for about 14 years . The hotel is 1st class. We have never had a problem. All.the staff are absolutely fantastic. Especially art who works the pool bar and Tony in dicey riley's. Bank at the pool bar fantastic nice to see Matthew back at the avani. We will always go back to the avani . The hotel is perfectly placed.

The great location of the hotel with access from Beach Road or 2nd Road. The lush tropical gardens on the property! The undercover shelter for guests when it does rain! Special mention of the great staff from Housekeeping, Front Desk, Dining Restaurant.

No ramp available to use for luggage or disability issues. Shower didn’t have an anti slip mat inside. On the 2nd night of our holiday I had a very bad fall after slipping on the shower tiles. There’s no rails to hold onto either! The glass shower screen needs to be a little longer to stop water spilling out. After my fall in the shower staff & management provided me with 2 anti slip mats & a chair to sit on inside the shower which was greatly appreciated!!

The staff was so nice and very helpful. The reception staff are gorgeous.

Some residents talk load in balcony and smash doors hard after midnight.
