I had a truly wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Pattaya Beach Road. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special mention to Joey and Praew at the reception – both were incredibly courteous, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. The room was lavish, spacious, and well-appointed with a stunning view of the Pattaya cityscape – the perfect place to relax after a day out. Room service was prompt, and the staff maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. The swimming pool and fitness center were both very well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind and stay active during the trip. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Pattaya for anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience with warm hospitality and modern amenities. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent Location. One of the best staff seen. Very courteous and helpful. Comfortable room with a superb view of the sea. Located in a great, well lit area. Decent to a good breakfast spread.

Nothing to take a specific note of. Some of the lights and electric work can be worked upon but then this may have been a problem only in my room. Like mentioned above, nothing specifically to Take a note of.

The hotel is in an excellent location and has excellent staff. I was in the Executive Tower, and Teddy the Concierge was incredibly helpful, spoke good English and was excellent at his job. Reception staff were always friendly, spoke good English, were helpful and although we arrived early, they went out of their way to accommodate us as quickly as possible - Kay on reception was particularly helpful. In addition, the facilities were excellent both in the room and in the hotel: excellent air conditioning, clean, comfortable and spacious. The sea view was good due to the angle of the building and although our room was towards the back of the hotel from the beach, we could still watch the sun set over the sea from our balcony.

The pool could get very busy and there needed to be some fans on the rooftop bar - it was very warm up there.

Great and gentle staff. Much kindness. Wonderful place to enjoy a vacation. Versatile breakfast and again, staff very kind. I must say this experience at a Holiday Inn is a great surprise to me. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Location and proximity to the beach is definitely the most lucrative aspect of the property .View of the Pattaya beach from the room is excellent.Rooms are big in size and the room given to us had two bathrooms as well. Newly constructed kids club looked exciting but kids couldn't enjoy as we were short of time.Same with the spa,looked good wanted to visit but couldn't go due to lack of time.

Had to struggle a little to get an extra bed although we had booked a suite room for a family of 4. We had booked for the new years eve so room tariff was very high!!(as compared to other properties in same category) Working hours of Spa can be extended beyond 8pm. Far from major tourist spots like Noong Noch and Ramayana water park.

Just opposite to the beach. A sunning sea view from the room. You can walk by the beach and buy fruits and juices.The Hotel is very clean, the staff are really caring, and it is 7 minutes walk to Terminal 21, which a good mall with a full floor restaurants.

Away from Halal food restaurants. I found just one place in Terminal 21. But the I used Grab application for delivery to the hotel. So, not really an issue. If you dont't need Halal food then you can find the area full of nice and clean restaurants. The other point is that the shower in the toilet has a glass wall at the bed room. Though non transparent, but will lit the room at night.

Balcony was shaded so not too hot. The breakfast selection was fantastic that even my husband came down to breakfast! He particularly enjoyed the poached eggs, saying he'd never had them cooked so well. The location being just across the road from the beach was most appealing as well as being on the main road with the frequent hop on hop off taxi service. The SOAK toiletries were good quality and especially welcome was the body conditioner.

Having to go to the other building for the roof terrace and spa facilities meant that we didn't use them as often as we would have.

One of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. We were on the 9th floor and the bay view was stunning. Room and staff were fantastic. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Hopefully it will be possible to get a higher floor for our next visit.

The lunch at the coffee shop near the lobby was very disappointing. I never send anything back in Thailand but in this case, the coffee was so bad we sent it back. The cesar salad and the tuna salad were not good at all and we did not finish them. Also, we ordered appetizers but they were very salty with way too much soy sauce, and my gf couldn't eat them. This was surprising since everything else with this hotel, including the breakfast buffet, was exceptional.

The rooms were amazingly comftable the service is great as well as the kids club it was so much fun and such a great place to leave your children tge buffet food was good too everything was really good.

Although the meals in the buffet was good but the hallal options are so few not enough hallal options so hard to eat because your not sure if your food contains cooking wine or alcahol or pork i recommend adding a few more hallal food.

A fantastic hotel. Perfect location on the beach but not too central. Impeccably clean. AMAZING for kids. Great soft play and kids pool. Lots of wonderful staff in the kids area. We ate at the Collective restaurant a few times and it was great. Delicious food and lovely setting outside. Peter the restaurant manager made our trip. Always checking if we were ok and magic tricks for the kids - excellent customer service.
