Viewsight is excellent on 14 floors. Room is clean and quiet. Hotel is located next Central Plaza Udon, one minute walk to the plaza, so it's very convenient to buy any daily necessities.

Everthing is good except for breakfast, every series of food quantities looked big in the restaurant, but there are very few varieties that are actually liked, Thai food is made of fluid porridge and soup , but not exquisite, food color matching and flesh quality need to be improved, too much carb food, and most of the meat is pre-made package food without appetites. Cutlery is also not in the necessary places for easy access to guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centara Udon, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I stepped into the beautifully designed lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with all the comforts a traveler could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities felt luxurious. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the crisp linens to the ambient lighting, everything was designed for relaxation. One of the standout features of the hotel is its central location – everything in Udon Thani is within easy reach, whether you're shopping at Central Plaza (connected to the hotel), exploring local markets, or heading out for sightseeing. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The variety was excellent, blending both Western and Thai cuisine, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The fresh fruit, traditional Thai dishes, and perfectly brewed coffee made every morning something to look forward to. But what truly sets Centara Udon apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with – from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant team – was kind, professional, and eager to help. They made my stay not just comfortable but memorable.

As for what I didn’t like — there was really nothing out of the ordinary or worth complaining about. Every stay has small imperfections, but nothing stood out or affected the quality of my visit in any negative way. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable

Location was good,Reception and restaurant staff were a perfect 10 and the breakfast was delicious with great options and variety. Outside security was very rude and unprofessional needs retraining how-to react to arriving customers after a 3 hour bike ride,worst welcome we received anywhere on our travels around isan at many hotels and resorts.The Centara in Korat is perfect how you treat arriving guests this Centara Udon was the complete opposite.Minibar not stocked correctly,Both Key Cards stopped working.Aircon controlls was inconvenient

Check in was quick and easy. Good location, next to central mall. Nice bar on the ground floor. The room itself was specious (we got a suite).Bed was comfortable and Internet was strong. Staff were really lovely

Parking was patchy at best. The hotel shared parking area with central mall and we couldn't get a space when the mall was busy. It was a bit of a trek from the car to reception when we checked in (with our luggage). We've stayed in Cantara hotels in other parts of Thailand. This one didn't quite measure up

The room was very nice, airy, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely city view (and also good soundproofing so the city noises weren't intrusive). The mattresses were excellent. There were two chairs, and a good number of outlets. The bathroom was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a real highlight!

I would have liked the ability to more precisely control the air conditioning from the panel by the bed. It was difficult to get it to be a perfect temperature for my preferences.

The staff were very hospitable and helpful from the front office staff to the concierge team. Breakfast area was spacious and the hotel provided plenty of options.

The mattress was not firm, especially in the middle, and this could lead to back pain. Compared to the other branch that I stayed during my trip to the northeast, the room here looked dated, especially the bathroom despite the marble finishing. Renovation will definitely revitalise the overall room ambience.

A lovely hotel, although it’s older it’s kept you really nice condition and modern. Wonderful staff, nice food and a really nice experience overall.

The check in experience is good. The staff are wonderful, but I’m not sure about the policy of actually taking funds out of your credit card and holding them, you don’t get the money back for a month. So in the meantime I’m getting charged interest on the deposit that they withdrew from my account. I understand why they do hold funds, but most hotels just put a hold on the money, not actually withdraw it from your credit card.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great location next to Central mall and a short walk to various markets and UD Town food court. Convenient parking for hotel guests. Good breakfast. Nice scent when you enter the hotel. Good sauna, herbal steam room and hot & cold jacuzzis in the health club. Comfortable beds and walk-in shower.

Nothing really. The pool was not very inspirational and was deserted, but that is probably due to the weather and it being low season. For the WiFi you have to sign in again every time after leaving the premises or after the night.

Everything was fine. We checked into a room, but I didn't like it because it smelled a bit like a sewer, so they changed it for me without any problems. In another room, the shower didn't drain properly, but I told the staff, and they quickly fixed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the cleaning was excellent.

It's a bit stuffy in the elevator and on the floors. But that's just me being picky

Comfort, cleanliness, size, friendliness of the staff. Quality of the breakfast.

Here is a message I sent to the hotel a few days after our stay. Ten days later we have not received a reply. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in your hotel between 16 - 19 November. We were in room 729. The service was excellent. I have a request to make. I have mislaid an envelope with around 4000 baht in it. I do not know if it happened in the hotel or somewhere else.
