The location is just right. you are a walking distance from the city center. The parking space at the hotel is large so you can always find a place for your car. The Best thing about this place is the gym. you have access to the Omega gym right next door with Sauna and heated pool. Got everything you need. The room is spacious and clean and has a mini bar with all the amenities that you need. The staff are friendly and attend to your need. the shower and the toilet also very large. I stayed for 10 11 nights and i will definitely stay here during my next stay.

The bed was not that comfortable maybe they can be renewed. although the parking is paid i guess a kind of special discount would be an advantage for guests staying for more than a week. other than that the Stay was perfect.

Dog allowed in hotel...as person with strong allergy I cannot understand people obsession taking dogs into luxury hotel. Luckily these were on other floor, but point is if someone gets extreme allergic reaction who is charged. Some an issue could backfire on such a amazing hotel.

The hotel is located in a fairly new building 10 minutes walk from the historic center. I provides everything you would expect from a hotel. - Great location - Convenient parking lots - Clean rooms - Some basic amenities like coffee and tea in the room - Great breakfasts with variety of tasty options - Option not to have your room cleaned up during the day with a coupon for a wine/beer/coffee etc in the bar - The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable - Air conditioning is really good and silent

The are a couple of small things: - Wifi is not protected, so anyone could probably access it - The TV's seem ancient and really really slow (if you want to run youtube for example) - The last things is not any kind of a secret (we knew that before the reservation), but the wellness center is very expensive

Excellent breakfasts with a large selection of products- several types of bread, pastry, smoked salmon, herring, hams and cheeses, sweet and dairy breakfasts, as well as various tea blends to choose from. As a rule, Tesla Destination Chargers are an incentive for Tesla drivers, and are free of charge. This hotel decided to charge for the electricity, not only covering the cost of energy, but making a profit of it. Beside this, I was trying to call the hotel many times, unseccessfuly, Finally I have called NH hotels call center, in which the agent told me that the charger is free of charge, which was incorrect. Considering that in Olomouc I have also free Tesla charger, this wrong information cost me money. It was late evening and I chose the hotel charger instead.

Every member of the team exuded warmth and willingness to assist, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Cleanliness was evidently a priority throughout the hotel, and everything was impeccably maintained, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the place. A thoughtful touch that added to the holiday spirit was the presence of small Christmas treats in the hotel lobby, which was a delightful surprise. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel. The level of service, cleanliness, and the small, thoughtful gestures, such as the Christmas treats, make it an ideal choice for a memorable stay.

I would have thought that the Spa would be included in the room rate and stay rather than paying extra. Otherwise, this is my only minor comment on what I didn't like.

Hotel is located aprox 10 min. walking from city center, good access with public transport too. Connected with wellness centrum via corridor where you can relax in sauna, poll until 10 PM (paied extra). The breakfast was average, appropriate for location and hotel stars. The room cleaned, comfortable beds.

Strong message in hotel room to inform in reception how to buy the bathrobe and not to ,,steal it,, The guest had a feeling immediately that the bathrobes were stolen a lot there.

Very spacious and clean hotel room which was also very well equipped, including kettle and minibar. Soundproof walls and non-transparent curtains make my sleep uninterrupted and very refreshing.

Reception staff was friendly but a but detached from hotel guests, chatting about their personal things behind their monitors not recognising waiting customers - a bit strange. Location of NH Collection hotel is not exactly in city centre and despite this fact the price is higher in comparison to centrally located hotels - interesting to know.

The room was big and comfortable. There is parking available at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

The only negative thing about this stay was the climate control in the room . It was hot outside and the air conditioning was off, we had to open the windows. It was colder at night so it was ok. During the day the room was really hot.

As always, everything was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s consistently a good experience staying here, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The scratched floors and the furniture in the room showed noticeable signs of use. Some renovation would definitely help to freshen things up.
