Rooms are really nice, clean, well equipped. They offer toothbrush too, in case you would have forgotten. Only a few hotel does so nowadays. Staff is experienced, kind. Breakfast was rich enough to fulfill all kind of tastes. And costs point of view, it is fair. I really recommend this hotel to spend your stay.

Melted ice was dropping from above the main entrance, the wet floor frozen during the night, it was slippery and risky.

Personal is very friendly and tries to help you as they can and their kitchen is superb. Every room has a bath-tube (I think), which is very uncommon and one of the reasons I love it so much here, besides the nice terrace where you can watch a sundown.

I wish the restaurant opening hours were at least one more hour (it's currently until 10pm). No mini-fridge at the room. Coffee machine would be nice, but coffee at restaurant is good.

Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Bath tube, as it simply helps a lot with small kid(s), after long distance travelling. The breakfast supplies you with good choices and tasty food. Including free coffee from the machine. It's good enough taste, too. No worries. Alternatively, a extra made good coffee and its presentation when served for breakfast. It's extra pay but fair price. Nice sitting areas with few tables with view. The wine bar is worth a visit, too. Free parking including enough parking spaces around the building, too. Late check-in possible.

10 o'clock check-out.

The hotel is ideally located for a stopover: easily accessible by car, yet you can reach the city center by bus in 15 minutes. We had a room on the back side which was very quiet, even with the windows open. The person at the reception was initially a bit cold then upon reading our filled registration form proceeded with a big smile in perfect french.

The restaurant is apparently under-staffed (as of mid-august 2023): service in the evening was slow, a bit rude (had already run away without going over our order) and as a result got one dish wrong. Some of the other tables seemed to run out of patience too. On the next morning when we saw the same employee attending breakfast, we realized she could not be blamed for trying to keep everything working while not having enough staff for that to be seamless.

Nice Hotel with a good restaurant. Very good value for money. A bit outside of Plzeň, but they have a big parking lot and are close to a trolley bus stop, so it's easy to get around.

Breakfast times were a bit restrictive and short (Mo-Fr 6:30-9:30, Sa-Su 7:30-10:30). Some SPA facilities would also have been cool.

The lift to the rooms is very far away, there are no cofee/tea tools in the rooms (kettle, coffee, teabags, sugar...)

The Hotel is located very near the highway and the reception is 24/7 available. The breakfast has a wide range of items and relaxing. Also many parking places and security service in the night.

The could be more selection of beers on the reception and the bar could be longer open.

Parking is big and there is plenty of a space. Surrounding is quiet and quite nice. Rooms are clean, quite nice and comfortable. Bathroom was also nice, clean and big. Staff is friendly and helps when they can. Breakfast was quite ok. Price / value comparison is really good.

Nearly nothing.

Big room, big comfortable bed, clean. A la carte food in the restaurant was top. Wish I could stay more nights to try everything they had on menu 😄

The glass steps leading upstairs from lobby to congress area. Luckily there was a concrete/tiles staircase alternative bc otherwise i would be staying there until my last day 😆

The food was very good. The bed was comfortable and is equipped for either winter or summer. Everything was very clean. We had a nice view from our room.

The wifi connection was a little bit unstable, but I could work. The location is far from the city center, but if public transport or taxi is not a problem, then it should be alright.
