Huge and beautiful hotel. Everything corresponds to the description on Booking. Check in and check out in 2 minutes. No problem with payment. The rooms and the entire hotel are clean. By car to the city center 15 minutes (without traffic jams during the Christmas holidays). We used convenient large parking. Breakfast is good. Simple, but nobody won't go hungry (several types of slicing meat and cheese, yoghurts, muesli, eggs, sausages, different vegetables, fruits and a lot of bakeries). Everything was fresh. Coffee machine with different types of coffee. There are a lot of people, but the food never runs out and there are almost no queues. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms (shower and bath). There is a safe and a fridge. The plumbing new and works great. Very comfortable mattress and snow-white bed linen. During the Christmas period the room was warm, even hot. Great option - you could cancel your booking before the day of arrival. The hotel staff does not seem friendly, but they resolve problems quickly.

WI-FI was not good. The signal kept dropping out. The hotel is located on a very large area. There are many parking lots around. We spent 30 minutes to find the right one. It would be good to receive instructions before check-in. The parking elevator was not working. I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. The hotel is dog friendly. But many of the huge dogs walk around without a muzzle. Next to us in the room, a dog barked for 2 hours while the owners were absent. Huge pillows are a disaster. But there were small bed pillows that we used.

There was a bus stop in front of the hotel making it easy to get to the subway station. The bus came every 10 minutes during weekends. The size of the room was incredible. The breakfast was very good. There were a number of cheeses and meats but there was also a variety of salads and breads. The last day we were there, they even provided soy milk which was great for me being a vegan. The souvenir shop had good products at good prices.

We had requested one double bed but received two single ones. It was fine. We just cuddled in a single bed. They were too heavy or maybe attached so we couldn't move them together. The bed mattresses were very hard. The tub was huge for two people but difficult to shower in. The facilities online showed shampoo provided. I would recommend bringing extra because there was not enough. There was no light in the living room area so half the room stayed dark. It is a huge hotel with lots of attached buildings. Our room was in building c which was quite a distance from the main entrance. There was a second souvenir shop, but it was never open when we were around in the morning or in the afternoon/evening. There was no sign showing the hours of operation.

Overall, it's a good hotel. We had multiple interactions with the staff with some questions, and they were always super helpful. Thank you for that, it's always nice to see some positive people doing they job. Very clean room and toilets. Toilet was equipped with a fan and some additional toiletries (shampoo, body lotion etc) Breakfast was also very tasty and fresh prepared.

The only issue we had is that we couldn't turn off the heating in the room so at some point it was too hot and you had to open the window every hour to have a normal temperature in the room.

We went there with kids specifically because at this venue there's a monthly exhibition of insects and reptiles. The hotel is huge but well organised. I'd say it has its best days behind it but it's clean and comfy, the room was huge and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were satisfied.

The only thing which was a bit annoying was the breakfast - the hotel was probably full due to the hockey tournament so everyone went for breakfast at 7 am and there was not enough room. But they opened another hall so it was ok in the end. I missed buttered toast though;)

Absolutely great value for money. We had the Wellness access in during our stay and it was delightful. The hotel grounds are absolutely enormous, we had a jacuzzi sized bathtub in our room and the bedroom was twice the size of my living room at home! The little fridge was an added bonus for the hot days too. Easy to get to the centre using the bus right at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast is fairly basic, but enough choice to be satiated. Would stay again.

Bacon at breakfast would have been great. No complaints otherwise.

The Hotel was very nice, the rooms are spacious even the Bathrooms. The Location is great though, very quite and peaceful place. If you don’t have a car You can order a Taxi or Bolt to drive you to the city center for 6/7 euros.

But the matrices were not very comfortable, maybe I had an old one. The breakfast is medium, not large choice but sufficient. The Staff was not very nice to be honest. I was really disappointed from that.

The hotel was very good, lots of facilities although not all open when we went, They have a bar, restaurants, bowling, casino, tennis courts, Pool and sauna. We arrived late Wednesday night, we had breakfast Thursday and Friday morning both were very good and then we went out for the day, The bus stop is just outside which takes you to the underground and then into the city centre so very good transport, it takes about 20/30 mins to get into town centre. The Pool we used on Friday which cost 700ck for 3 adults & 1 child for an hour the pool was ok temperature and the jacuzzi was small but nice, my husband and daughter used the sauna

The room was big and comfy, we had 2 bathrooms 🛁🚿 breakfast was fabulous big choice of everything,there were 2 bars with a good Czech beer 🍺and big lovely garden

The air- condition was very old and noisy, the fridge in the room was old and didn't work well There was buffet in the evening 450czk per person the food was cold or burnt was not nice for that price at all

Breakfast was sufficient, however the room where breakfast was served seemed more like a canteen, very noisy and a little disorganised. The hotel requires some renovation - it's charme is of Moscow in the 80s :) We took the bus which stopped right in front of the building to take us into Prag city, very convenient.

Very good value for money, the lobby is actually quite impressive and large (the picture of the entrance does not show it), of course it is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are solid but not superb

No laundry service, but, again, it is not a 5-star hotel and it has really good value for money
