The staff was very friendly, the location was also good, 5-7 mins walk to the metro, directly near the hotel there is a bus station. There is UNO market inside the hotel, which is open till midnight. The guests are provided with discount card for the market, as well as Prague pass card which gives account to different places. There was a vine in the room as a gift. At the end they gave us 500 Czk discount for our next visit. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfasts I ever had. The rooms were very clean. The bed was super comfortable.

The furniture was old. The toilet and bathroom are separated and small, but clean. It seamed kind of Soviet Union building.

Really good and versatile breakfast with options for anyone. The rooms are clean and have all the supplies needed. The staff is incredibly nice. The location was fine, but there is a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. On the weekends the breakfast is prolonged until 12 which is good for people who like to sleep longer. There is parking on site if you book it on time. There is a small shop inside the hotel which is amazing if you need something, you don't need to go out.

Only thing we didn't like is that there was always so many people at breakfast, and sometimes you even have to wait in line to enter the dining room. We had an issue with the window in the room, it was broken and they obviously didn't check it before we entered, but they fixed it quickly.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. First thing I liked was the amazing smell in the lobby. Then the room welcomed us with bottle of wine and bottles of water. It was not spacious but cosy, clean, there was a small fridge for your own stuff (luckily not minibar) and a tea/coffee set which was really useful in winter. TV was not working much though, I think only 2 Czech channels. Cleaning was happening every day. Breakfast was rich, everyone could choose and there were plenty of spaces, as well lifts were always free. The personnel was not Czech but they were very nice and polite. The hotel also gave us welcome drinks, free tickets to the Prague zoo, free car wash voucher, discount to the supermarket in the ground floor and the Prague Pass. Parking was free next to the hotel upon reservation. The location seems remote but right next to the hotel there is a bus stop which goes 2mins to Strašnická metro stop or you can walk 8-10mins. The metro itself takes less than 10mins to center. While leaving we again got bottles of water. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall my experience was good, the room was a good size, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

1-The bathroom was separated into two compartments, one with the toilet and the other with the shower, and it was also very basic. 2-Also one of the days we went to have breakfast, a girl/staff informed us that the buffer would be open until 12pm, however 2 minutes later she asked us to leave because it was closing. I questioned her and she just told me “you have 5 minutes to leave.” I found her manner very rude. Unfortunately, I ended up having to swallow what was on my plate and didn't have a proper coffee that day. 3-The hotel is far from the center/attractions.

The hotel is very practical, conveniently located near bus stops and the metro. It has its own grocery shop, which is especially useful if you return late at night or forget to do some shopping earlier. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are decent, though nothing special. The hotel offers various amenities, such as parking, a Prague Pass, a free drink, and a free car wash. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay while exploring the city, this hotel is a great choice.

For a four-star hotel, I believe the bathroom should be more elegant and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers a limited range of activities, such as billiards or a gym. The bar is also quite small. Tv does not have smart, so if you don't know czech language, there will be some issues with understanding.

The breakfast was truly exceptional: very generous, varied, and delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a hairdryer, bathroom products, and towels provided. We really appreciated the little extras: a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, vouchers for a free drink at the bar next door, a car wash voucher, and free parking. The location is also great – not too far from the city center. The only small downside, if I had to mention one, is that the room wasn’t completely dark— light came through the door and windows despite the curtains. However, this is a very personal thing, as I’m used to sleeping in total darkness. In any case, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Although we stayed for just one night, we really enjoyed everything that the hotel was offering. For starters, the young people that welcomed us at the reception were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were welcomed with some discounts and the offer of welcome drinks at the hotel bar. The room was very nice, clean and comfy with a really beautiful view of the city. The hotel is near the metro station, which is really convenient and easy to use. We also had our breakfast there and the least we can say is that it was amazing, it had everything you could think of, as well as some decent vegan options. Lastly, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities we have visited and the hotel Uno only added to the impression and good experience.

We had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our dog and overall stay. They also provided numerous vouchers, discounts, and thoughtful gifts. The breakfast was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I enjoyed everything about my stay, but the cleanliness could have been better. There was noticeable dust on the headboard and bedside table, and some of our sheets had stains from previous use. However, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Everything at the hotel was perfect. The service we received upon arrival was of a very high standard. The hotel constantly gave us complimentary items (water, wine, welcome drinks, discounts at their shop, bottled water for the road when we were leaving, and a discount card for attractions). The breakfast was very good. The parking was free, and there were enough spaces when we arrived. The metro was just a 5-10 minute walk away, which was great. There was always someone at the reception, and they always greeted us as we passed by. We would gladly return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

I am a local and booked the property for parents visiting. The stuff is friendly, location is good - close to the metro, good quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast is outstanding - definitely book with breakfast because you won’t find better alternatives for that price. The view is nice, the rooms are good and clean. Also the hotel has a shop that has nearly everything. Parents are experienced travellers and they were very happy with their stay.

Not a con, just better to know - if you would need parking you need to ask in advance because slots are limited.
