🤵🏻‍♂️🤵🏼‍♀️ Service & Staff: From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were outstanding. Everyone we spoke to at the reception, bar, shop, and breakfast area spoke clear and excellent English. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and eager to explain anything we needed. Not to mention the small gifts we received at the end of our stay and the option to keep the Prague Pass for our next visit — a very thoughtful touch! • The hotel has a shop that’s open until midnight. It offers everything you might need, and hotel guests get a 10% discount. Prices are a bit higher, but still reasonable. • The Prague Pass is given to every guest. By scanning the QR code, you can see all the available discounts. We used it in several places, including the Žižkov Tower, which I highly recommend visiting! • You can store your luggage in a separate room if you arrive early or have to wait for your bus or flight. While there are no lockers or safety boxes, access is limited to hotel staff, which felt secure. • !!! I highly recommend buying souvenirs from the hotel shop. They were much cheaper than those in the city center or outskirts and surprisingly creative and high-quality — far better than the usual “tourist shop” stuff. Definitely take a look! Ⓜ️🛒 Transportation & Surroundings: • The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away (or less). It takes around 5–7 stations to reach the city center, depending on where you want to go. There are also bus and tram stops at that same station. • I highly recommend installing Moovit (or a similar app) to help navigate the transport system, especially when the metro isn’t an option. • On the way to the metro, there’s a street with public (paid) parking and a Billa supermarket. 🍳 Breakfast: We only booked the breakfast option, and it was great — wide selection and good quality. It’s served from 6:30 to 11:00. • Hot options: Eggs (sunny-side up and scrambled), sausages, baked beans, bacon, potatoes.

Honestly, I did not expect such a comfortable and lovely stay. I travelled from India and was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent—just a 5 to 6-minute walk from the Strašnická underground station, which offers direct access to Old Town (Můstek station). The hotel staff are extremely polite, speak English well, and are genuinely humble. I would especially like to thank the reception desk team: 1) Mykyta – {she understood the needs of someone travelling from a long distance and responded quickly with thoughtful solutions.} ; 2) Aruzhan and 3) Vadim They were all incredibly professional and helpful. Previously, I stayed at a different hotel in Prague (Hotel Comfort), but I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff there. This hotel, however, was a completely different and much better experience. The property is very well maintained, and there's a convenient store on the ground floor—so you don’t have to go anywhere else for essentials. I’m very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was good and clean, just toilet was outdated. Stuff works perfect,very helpful. 10 min to metro station. Breakfast good enough you can find even few gluten free options such as tofu,bread etc. Welcome drink and small gifts on check out ❤️

Free parking too small for such big hotel. Other option is 700m away but your need to go out every 24 hours and and enter again it costs 100 czk and hotel refunds it. It is not convenient when you want to stay longer and use only public transport. Very crowded in restaurant at breakfast time from 8.00 to 9.00. but stuff works quickly and you can find a table.

I liked everything pretty much. Everything was clean, nice view from the windows. The bed was really comfortable. Big wardrobe and table with hidden mirror. Mini fridge was awesome , kettle set up with different teas, coffee, mini milk, sugar . We got complimentary vine, gift card for free car wash, free welcome drinks for 2, Prague card for cheaper attractions all over the Prague, card with 10% off everything in their Uno shop. The breakfast was delicious, lots of food variety.

The bathroom door was a bit noisy, shower was tiny but it did the job.

Room and service were good. Reception was open round the clock and that was really helpful as we arrived late. Breakfast was also good. Even though the hotel is not so close to the city center, it is accessible via public transport. It is inside the urban area. There is a tran station within the walking distance and a bus stop directly infront. There is a ticket vending machine inside hotel where we can purchase ticket. But could not use it as only cash payment was possible. There is also a mini market inside the hotel where we can purchase the essentials.

Parking slots are limited. So, as mentioned already in the description here, pre booking a parking slot is better.

First of all, the staff was very polite and efficient - we were really impressed. The location was okay - it is about 10 minutes on foot from the nearest Metro station (Strasnicka, green line) and it takes about 15 mins to get to the centre. For us this totally worked. There is not much near the hotel though, except a Billa supermarket nearby. The breakfast was very decent, quite good choice (maybe if there had been more fruit, and perhaps kolacki...). We were told that free parking at the hotel was only available for the first night and then we would have to move the car somewhere else, 10 mins on foot, but in the end we were told that it was ok to keep the car in the carpark downstairs, which was good. The rooms were clean and made up daily. We were on a higher floor, so the view oover the city was good and there was no noise from the outside. There were nice small things, a bottle of wine, free welcome drinks (which we never had), etc.

Given the standard and location, I would expect the price to be lower, but we booked last moment, so maybe that was the reason the price seemed a bit high. The hotel is a commie block that has been done up, somewhat superficially - the rooms are on the smaller side, have some silly comic-like wallpaper, are nothing special really, but the weakest point is the bathroom - probably renovated around 2000 - it was clean though. There were two small lifts and it is not enough - they tend to get crowded and we had to wait.

The food is plentiful, varied and high-quality, I missed pancakes :) and some kind of change in food between days. The city is close and it is convenient and quick to reach by underground tram.

Amazing stay so many bonuses, spotless room, and top service! We were honestly blown away by how unbelievably clean everything was it felt like someone was cleaning the room every five minutes! 😄 The room was spacious, super cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The shower was amazing strong water pressure, perfect drainage, and super refreshing. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and it was great that we could fully open the window to get fresh air if it got too hot or cold. There’s no air conditioning, but a huge fan was provided, which cooled the room perfectly we felt totally comfortable. On arrival, we were given a discount card for local places, a welcome drink, and even free bottled water ans wine in the room. On top of that wait for it we received a free car wash voucher, parking was included, and so was a delicious breakfast. Parking can be reserved in advance, which is smart to do, but even without a reservation, there were still spots available. The value for the price was just insane so many perks, it honestly felt like a luxury experience for a budget price. Location-wise, it’s also perfect tram 22 stops just nearby and takes you directly to the Old Town and city center, no transfers needed. Just hop on and enjoy the ride. And last but not least the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Vlada, Maksym, and Illia — these guys were absolutely amazing! The hotel is quite old, but it was very clean and perfectly sufficient for a standard stay. At the original price listed by Booking, it wouldn't apply, but with the discount, it was a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. Hotel 9/10, room 7/10, cleanliness 9/10, breakfast 15/10 — the breakfast was truly excellent. Also, very close to underground station.

Although they really try and it looks like it was modernized, the building is quite old. Also, the modernized parts are getting cracks. But the worst thing is the very little bathroom and not very pleasant toilet room. But as I said, it's enough for a short stay.

Overall, my impression of this hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The room I received was clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds and a good shower. I also want to mention the large number of additional bonuses I received, including a free drink at the restaurant bar, a voucher for a free car wash, a discount at the branded supermarket, and a Prague Card which offers discounts on various leisure activities in Prague. Another plus is the very tasty buffet with a wide selection of products, if you booked a room with breakfast. Also, a significant advantage is the rather large free parking lot on the hotel grounds. Overall, I can describe my stay at this hotel as very satisfactory. If you're planning to visit Prague for a few days and want to get maximum service for a small cost, I recommend it! P.S. It's also worth noting that not far from the hotel (10-15 minutes on foot) there's a green metro line that will take you to the very center of Prague in 10 minutes.
