I always stay in this hotel when I go to Prague. It is located in a villa in a nice residental area, but still close (a 10 minute walk) to Želivského on metro line A, which makes it convenient to reach from the airport. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre, including the walk to the metro station. Rooms are spacious and have aircon (a must in the summer), the staff is exceptionally nice, and the hotel offers a good selection for breakfast. The restaurant in the basement/rose garden is open until 22:00 (kitchen closes at 21:00) if you want to eat in.

The free WiFi was a bit unreliable in my room (kicked in and out), otherwise nothing. I will be back!

I loved the friendly family atmosphere and art deco style. The rose garden was a beautiful place to sit with coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very good shower, too! About a 12 minute walk to many trams and metro, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet and relaxing to come home to after being out in the town center. Staff were helpful and responsive.

We were at the top of the house so it was a but warm, but keeping the shades down during the day helped us keep the room cool.

Since the first time I stopped comparing hotels in Prague. Every time we are in Prague over night, we keep coming back there. If you book breakfast and dinner you get a voucher for each night. You can use them freely on lunch or dinner. For that voucher, you get to choose from a menu. Either starter and main, or main and dessert. Great chef. I always enjoy the food there. Late arrival is no problem, you just inform them via mail or phone. They have a 24h reception service. Just the kitchen will close at 22:00… so you might want to use a “dinner” voucher for the late day on your next days lunch. Will keep coming there.

I liked the quiet and the neighborhood. From the hotel to my work venue I got to walk through peaceful cemeteries, marveling thumb stones and graves. The hotel itself is also OK, the breakfast offered was rich although a bit boring by the end of my stay. Cleanliness was OK-ish, I've noticed the cleaning staff was in the room, but nothing really exceptional. All in all I have nothing to rally say against this place, and it also offers good price to quality.

I didn't like the room, it was too small, when it was occupied by two individuals we felt we don't have any space. I've also missed some shelves or racks to put some of the clothes on. Turning onto the weekend some other guests were too loud in the rest area on front of the rooms and that was a bit disturbing to our sleep.

Peaceful, calm and welcoming Villa for a nice stay in Prague. Very quiet and with its own charm. The staff is pleasant. The room is big enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is just ok. Simple breakfast, but still a good start of the day. Their restaurant is good and have an outdoor zone which is great in the summer days.

Not very comfortable beds. No toiletries except 2 little soaps and a shower gel which wasn't very good. Paid parking - 11 euro per night.

Lovely small hotel. Very quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space for clothes etc. A ten minute walk from the metro and bus station for travel in to the city centre.The lady receptionist was wonderful. Friendly and efficient also helped with what to see and public transport around the city.

The pillows were too soft and unsupportive.

Not far from the subway station, so you can quickly get to the center. 400 meters to the grave of Franz Kafka, right next door you have the New Jewish Cemetery - if you're interested in Jewish culture this is an additional plus of the hotel location. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are just right.

I think it's worth adding electric kettles in the rooms. Breakfast tasty, but it would be worth adding something new - similar things every day.

This is still my favorite Prague hotel. Located in a residental area in Prague 10, it is close enough to the metro (Zelivskeho) to be convenient, but outside the tourist track (a pre in my view). The rooms are spaceous and the staff is always superb, going out of their way to help. In summer it can be hot in Prague, but aircondition takes care of that. There is also an on-site restaurant with reasonably priced food (now including pizza) in case you do not want to venture out. I will be back!

The room was clean with a balcony and quite spacious. there is a lift so carrying our suitcases was not a issue. Very good breakfast and about 6 minutes walk to the metro and / or bus station. Nice and quite location. They have a restaurant below so lunch and dinner is also not an issue.
