We had a wonderful stay here. Every staff we encountered from the Security, Reception, Housekeeping, Pool, the chef that made our omelette each morning to all the waiting staff were so friendly and nice. Special mention to Chedli who looked after us at breakfast each morning, from the first day he knew exactly how we liked our coffee and would bring it without us even having to ask. Great service! Music by the swimming pool!!! Taste in music is so subjective and the pool area was so beautiful and relaxing and personally I find loud music so distracting (especially when it’s not to my taste). On the first day we stayed it didn’t start until 1pm so I didn’t mind so much but the next morning it started at 10am. After some very gentle pleading with the reception the volume was turned down and then eventually the music was turned off which I really appreciated. Thank you!

The resort is beautiful and exceptionally well‑kept. All the staff are helpful and always ready to ensure your every wish is met. The housekeeping team is amazing—we always returned to a room that was spotless and tidy. The resort is convenientely positioned and I was welcomed by the best receptionist ever! The security people at the gate are also very friendly!

Despite having satellite TV, it’s not possible to watch any Italian channels, which can be a downside for elderly guests who may want to relax in their room watching something familiar. Also, we had booked two rooms as standard for the first week and a superior room for the second week, but they kept us in the same room, saying it was basically the same. So, I would suggest choosing the standard room, as it’s the more economical option and there appears to be no real difference.

We booked two rooms, one of the rooms was a family room. The beds in the family rooms were very comfortable, although one was a sofa bed, it was exceptionally comfy. The staff were very helpful and the service was great. The hotel was clean, breakfast had a variety of choices which was also highly appreciated. We also appreciated the pool activities, aqua gym and pool volley that was great for the kids.

For the non-family room our family comnplained about the smell of cigarette smoke, so maybe have the option of discussing options of smoking vs non-smoking areas. We would also recommend considering better animation that serves both young and old for the night actiivty at the hotel.

We booked a last-minute room on the same day as check-in, and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly accommodating despite the short notice. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the property from the lobby to the common areas was impressive. Every aspect of the hotel, including the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere, was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We actually ended up extending our stay here. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay! All staff members were welcoming and always smiling. Ehab and the girl at the reception were amazing!! Keep up the great customer service.

There is nothing about the property we didn’t like. We paid for the dinner buffet at the hotel which was in the pricey side and drinks like water, coffee or tea were not included.

We checked in because we had a bad experience in a duffer Hotel. This was like paradise in comparison. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable. The air conditioner stayed on even when we’re were there so you weren’t coming into a boiling hot room. The food was 10/10. With a huge selection of choice. The staff were also very friendly. The kids entertainment team were fantastic. Even tho we were the only English speaking family the interacted with her so much and helped her interact with other kids. The language barrier wasn’t a problem

All the staff were amazing and kind but especially Nihal at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we see each other, we chatted and laughed so much. When we ask for help, they were there. So it is good to know that there is someone to help you when in need :) It was my birthday, so the staff left a note before we went into the room. It was so nice and thoughtful. In the room, bed was very comfortable and clean.

Elevators were so old and buttons were hardly working. Some parts of the hotel needs to be restored. For dinner, you have to pay extra money for even water. Indoor pool wasn't clean.

The hotel was very clean and located a bit off the main streets but close enough to walk to the shops. The pool area was quite big and had plenty of chairs. There is also an indoor pool. The beach is very accessible (right down the stairs) and is kept very clean by the staff. The room I stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and a large balcony. It was also quite large with several chairs to relax. The staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to, or needed assistance from, was pleasant and very accommodating. Lastly, I'd like to say a special thank you to Rym.She was at the main reception and was there for me every day to help me out and make my trip more enjoyable. I had an unfortunate instance with a double booked tour. Although it took Rym some time to resolve the issue, she took care of the whole thing without any issues. All in all a great stay!

The food at the restaurant was not impressive. It was not bad, just not impressive. The breakfast was very nice though and the staff was very accommodating.

Perfect location. Nice variety of food. Very clean. The lady who cleaned our room, Salawa, was super efficient and friendly.

The hotel entertainment was exceptionally loud up until 11.30 pm. If you want to go to sleep before it finished then this was absolutely impossible as the bass sound shook the room. Im it would be possible to reduce the volume. This is the second time we have stayed here and had the same problem despite requesting a quiet room. Obviously there aren’t any quiet rooms as the music is so loud.

This hotel is located in a quieter part of Hammamet so food, facilities and other services are usually a taxi drive away. Not really an issue as we just used bolt. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept providing everything you may expect from a five star hotel. The rooms were spacious, balconies had amazing views food was great too. Staff were really nice - I didn’t catch many names but ONS was really helpful in particular. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is ideally located on the beach, close to the center of Hammamet, and conveniently near my customers' location. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Mrs. Ons at the reception, who provided detailed information about the restaurants and even offered a discount on the high-quality buffet dinner. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Tunisia.
