Wide hotel location, lot of trees, walking ways! Live music bar is great place!!! Nice show program spot, easy to watch scene action for hundreds of people! Kids club nurses were very friendly and helpfull!!!

Old carpets on the floors pf the rooms, have specific smells, i guess its time to replace those!

hotel is locates on a nice beach, good placement, not too far from the airport. room was not too spacious but just enough for 3 people to live together, and not too large so that air conditioning was efficient enough. beds are nice, not too soft and not too hard. pillows are ok also. kitchen sometimes had really nice but limited things like meat or seafood.

renovation would be in order. sanitary is bit are outdated, water outlets were partially blocked so you would take a shower standing in a puddle. switching off air conditioning in the main hall overnight is understandable and might be ok for people who have adjusted to the heat, but not for newcomers. minifridge is nearly useless as its confined within the cupboard and has no heat exchange possibility - design flaw. we also missed a pier to jump into the sea.

The food is great. The staff works tirelessly. The hotel is green and clean. We come to Belconti every summer. it was nice to see the updates and work that has been done for a new season. A new beach bar is v nice. We enjoy Belconti.

The wifi is not stable. The booking team tried to re-schedule our visit. The reception did not give us the room we asked for. As for the customers who stay there every summer, it was disappointing.

Very cozy hotel with a great beach: I liked the fact that you can walk or go for jogging a long distance there even passing other hotels. The hotel personnel is amazing and very welcoming. As the hotel has a large park, you can find lots of shady spots and get a feeling of being in a country side. There are sport facilities as tennis court or table tennis as well as many others in a yoga center

We arrived at the hotel, we were received quickly, the manager approached us and introduced himself and gave a business card in case of a problem or help In my opinion, the whole attitude is because I arrived for one day and by me there was a chain of Hotel Granada and apparently they thought I was visiting hotels Because they immediately upgraded my room to a suite. The next day when I asked to stay in the room or in another paid room until they picked me up after 12:00 I was refused even though they saw that I was with a small child. I tried to talk to the manager, let's not analyze at all. I asked the staff to call the manager but for about an hour he claimed that the manager was on a call and could not speak I think it became clear to him after a little clarification that I don't visit hotels That's why it took me away from the hotel experience Nevertheless, I enjoyed the hotel

It was possible to consider and give a small room so that the child could take an afternoon nap

the number of sun bed is very little around the pool the wifi was very very bad in all resort food need to add more type as it is the same in lunch and dinner kids program unknown need to have specific place to have all day program there is a door between our room and next room we can hear them very clear

The facilities were great, the service was good, the staff are generally helpful and happy to assist. The hotel is very well designed to entertain kids.

The food was generally good. however if you are staying for a week, you will start to dislike the food because many meals are offered every day. quality of food, in my opinion can be improved. instead of trying to offer so many different dishes, they could focus on quality as well as varying food between days. in regards to location, you need to know that the hotel is not close to Antalya, and transportation is quite expensive. for couples or other travellers without children, I would advise to stay in Antalya not Belek. the bed is not the best. blankets are too tiny and thin. I felt cold when the AC was on.

It's a very nice and luxurious hotel where you can find all what you need. Beautiful landscape with gardens and swimming pools, variated food all day long, spectacular shows every night, a lot of activities and playgrounds for kids... And a very friendly and professional staff who makes their best to satisfy their guests, especially loyal ones. It was our second time there so they gave us an upgrade to a very beautiful family room with a bottle of wine and fruits... We really appreciated this. They always do their best to meet your expectations. I hightly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much Belconti Hotel for everything and for considering us VIP guests. We passed a very beautiful time and will definitely be back !!
