Clean rooms and nice personal. The location is super awesome that have acces to metro, bus, taxi. The room was cleaned every day with new bedsheets and offers a verry pleasent feeling.

The spa is to much overpriced and would advice to pay in the valute you made the booking but for sure dont use the spa as for same price you have two times vip package to any spa you find in the city .

Excellent breakfast, not the largest selection, but great quality food. Great food for OK prices at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay with all our questions. The spa is good (sauna, steam, pool), gym is decent sized, not great variety, but enough for a short stay. The room was spacious enough even for two people working from there.

Not a major problem for us, but the first feel was that the hotel could use a bit of a renovation. Everything was in good condition, just a little tired. A coffee machine in the room could be considered (nespresso or sth), instead of the instant coffee. There could be larger bottles (0.5-1l) of drinking water, as the little bottles go very quick.

This was my first time traveling to Istanbul as a solo female and it took me three tries to find the right neighborhood and hotel - I'm super happy with my choice. The location was safe and only a 1 minute walk to a train station so it was easy to get around. There are three shopping malls near the hotel and also many restaurants in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful - all my calls to the service desk were picked up and addressed swiftly. Rooms were more spacious than I expected, well cleaned, and very comfy beds. The bar was undergoing renovations so I didn't get to try it out. Breakfast was good, nothing too spectacular but the fruit was really fresh which I appreciated.

The building was not as new as it looks in the pictures here, however everything is still in good condition.

Excellent location, staff very helpful, quality of the rooms and areas, exceptional. The tiny Maitre D, was particularly welcoming and attentive.

This is a very minor moan, breakfast staff were t always in places to provide coffee and take orders for food (like omelettes). This happened a few times but could be improved, otherwise service from staff was very good.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and smells great everywhere. The staff are all nice and welcoming, they provided cake for my birthday during our stay which was very pleasant. The area is the best you can reach everywhere easily using metro and buses. Also, there are 2 very big mall opposite to the hotel which made shopping an easy task. Overall i would 100% recommend this hotel

Great facilities in the room. Very good amenities. Excellent service from reception staff, always available. Very friendly staff, always keen to help when needed.

A better selection on the breakfast (particularly savoury options). There were parts of the room that were not particularly well cleaned before arrival (eg. bath plug area was not clean). A bit more information regarding the immediate area and what was available would have been appreciated.

Great location, fantastic room size and decor, Overall a very nice experience with very polite and helpful staff.

Spa area is great but need a bit of TLC, overall need staff to replenish water, towels. Mop the sleepery floor etcc... and need to limits or block the access to small screaming children's, with or without uneducated nannies or parents to certain hours only. Defently not in the evening after a long day When u want to relax.

I loved the interior of the room, it was large and very comfortable. The swimming people area and spa were definitely the highlight of my stay.

When I was checking out, I was asked if I used anything in the mini bar. My answer was 'no' I stepped out for breakfast outside the hotel and when I came back to collect my luggage, I was told by the staff at reception that 2 items from the mini bar where missing and I had been charged. I didn't like that. Especially as he was the same person who had initially checked me out.

I experienced excellent customer service in all my interactions with everyone including the security, front office, house keeping and the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Ms. Elif Bay, Front Office Supervisor, for her warm welcome, flexibility and hospitality. The property is spotless, very comfortable room with plenty of space. Good variety of food and fruits at the breakfast buffet. Absolute value for money.
