A perfect accommodation experience in the heart of Istanbul. Ibis Istanbul Sisli Hotel was newly built in 2024, and the hotel with the highest level of Ibis Accor quality.This amazing hotel located in the center of the Sisli region, which is the central location of Istanbul. The rooms are very spacious, everything is perfectly thought out and designed for a wonderful stay. I was also very happy that it is located just 4 minutes walking distance from Cevahir shopping center and also very close to Nisantasi district, where luxury brands and elite restaurants are available. I would like to thank the wonderful team for providing perfect service to the entire hotel management with this perfect accommodation service and true hotel management principles. Our only choice for our next stay in Istanbul will be Ibis Istanbul Şişli Hotel. (By the way, the breakfast is incredibly delicious!)

Very hot without possibility to regulate

The hotel is in a great location — close to shops, cafés, and the metro. My room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. The staff were helpful and check-in and check-out was smooth. Breakfast was decent, though a bit more variety would be nice but overall, it was a very good experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

What could be improved: The breakfast options were quite limited, especially for longer stays — more variety would be appreciated. Also, the cleaning service needs some improvement Overall, a good value for the price and I would consider staying again.

Even before my arrival I did witness the warm welcoming either from Mr. Murat the GM or the Assistant front office manager Elif whome showed high professional level of hospitality by the proper response for my email and my pre arrival inquiries. Upon arrival the I was positively surprised with the warm welcoming taking in c9nsideration that this is my 4th visit to Istanbul and absolutely the best as the GM and the entire team has made my stay very special. The hotel location is perfect among all the attraction sites and away from the noise of Tax8m and pera and the other high traffic touristic sites. The room was just perfect with very nice view at rhe 6th floor ( actually I had been upgraded to a suite) the HK services is very good and the team is very polite and helpful. The reception team speaks good English and very willing to help and assist. They have as well very nice coffee shop at rhe lobby level which is very vibrant and cool. Definitely if I decided to visit istanbul again this will be my first choice. Thank you for the GM and the team to make my holiday a remarkable one.

The staff at the reception is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfy and the bed was comfortable and large. I asked to bring me an iron, got it 10 minutes later. It was nice to have two bottles of water for free each day. And although there was no indication on booking.com whether the breakfast would be included, it was. For me the location was very convenient for my purposes. It is a bit noisy both from outside and inside (I could hear pings from the elevators through the night) but manageable.

I had two main issues: 1) cleanliness of the room and 2) breakfast. It would have been great if the cleaning staff properly cleaned the bathroom, hoovered the floors (I found hair of the previous guests and mine stayed there for as long as I was in) and checked the shampoo/shower gel tank. Also, getting a hair conditioner would have been nice. As for the breakfast, having English and continental breakfast, and more juices, would have helped a lot. Also, the tables with food are not particularly suitable for kids - they cannot reach food properly (but if the staff is around, they are very helpful).

The stay was comfortable and quiet, and I thank all the staff, especially the staff of the morning, brother Omar and his colleagues, for their keenness to meet all our students and our comfort.

Evening reception staff need more experience and development in dealing with inmates Unfortunately, there is no special parking for the car except the valet parking service.

Staff checked us in quickly. The room was large and comfortable. Altogether a smooth professional hotel. Would say one of the better hotels in the area.

I could not fault the hotel on anything. It met my expectations exactly.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Amazing breakfast, amazing rooms and we really appreciated the care of the team for the details. Definitely choosing it for our next trip!
