Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ottoman life deluxe and I must say, the service was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles from lilia and Burak and a genuine eagerness to assist. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They provided a detailed overview of the hotel amenities and offered personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team [Guisleine) maintained the room impeccably, paying attention to every detail. The concierge was incredibly friendly helpful...Murat and Sonat. What truly stood out was the staff's ability to anticipate my needs. Whether it was an extra towel or any other basic need. Breakfast was good...it catered everyone's needs. The vast variety of food was remarkable. The staff at breakfast were outstanding wether they were checking you in or making an egg or cleaning your table. Overall, Ottoman life deluxe hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service made my trip memorable, and I look forward to returning. Nothing to complain about!

We liked the hotel very much not only due to its facilities , but also the staff. Huge thanks to Lilly at the reception. She is amazing, very professional and kind. We didn’t like our room, she helped us to find and change to a suitable one. She was very attentive and was helping us during the time of our stay. The location of the hotel is in a quiet place, yet close to a small mall Historia, where all major Brenda, Starbucks and a supermarket can be found. There is a tram stop in 5 minutes by walking from the hotel. Very convenient, because the tram will take you to all major tourist places. Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque are just in a few stops, as well as Galataport mall a little further on the same tram line. The metro station is around 10 minutes walk, not far from Historia mall. And it is really convenient to go to Firum Istanbul mall , for example. There are two swimming pools and saunas in the hotel, for women and for men, the one which is for men is also for families, as well as the gym. The restaurant and room service work 24 hours. There is a nice restaurant garden area with glass ceiling and air conditioned, with nice sofas and tables. Half of it is a smoking area, but the ventilation is good. I have allergy but could be there as long as no one smoked next to me. The last two floors of the hotel are smoking floor, guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms. The first and the second floors are non smoking floors. Rooms are big enough , nice furniture, very convenient arrangement. No bathtub, only a shower, but nice and convenient. Breakfast is not western or continental, a lot of options for bread and pastries, can order omelet the way you like, big choice of cheese, fruits. Overall we liked the hotel, definitely we will come back.

Just as a suggestion: would be nice to have smart TV, we could connect to Netflix or YouTube. Not many options for TV channels, mostly in Turkish or Arabic, just a few in English ( mostly news) We like to watch movies, unfortunately had to watch on our devises, but not on the big , beautiful TV in the room.

The hotel feels luxurious and well-designed ✨. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was spacious, and the attention to small details like soap and amenities was impressive. Unfortunately, the reception staff lacked warmth and friendliness — this was my second visit and I felt the same cold attitude. Also, the rooms are poorly soundproofed 🔊; I could hear everything from nearby rooms and the hallway.

The services were of high quality and the staff was helpful throughout the stay.

The size of the room was disappointing. The "Room with Balcony" was advertised as 30 sqm, but in reality, it was much smaller—clearly under 15 sqm, maybe even half of what was promised.

We were highly satisfied with all aspects of this hotel (rooms, breakfast, location, servis....), , with the exception of the two points outlined in the 'Dislikes' section.

Wellness center is available to the public. This is not problem for morning swim or late night sauna. But If you wanna go there during afternoon expect to meet locals who "owns" the place. Also the stuff in wellness was really unpleasant. Not like the receptionist who were super helpful and friendly all the time. Restaurant looks really nice but the meal failed to meet our expectations. - Chinese dumplings as a starter were cancelled from kitchen as not available. - Chicken burger was missing breadcrumbs coating as was stated in menu - plain roasted minced meat I was not expecting. - Cesar salad.. well every single ingredient was OK and well cooked, but all combined together it was not Cesar salad

I initially chose this hotel for its strategic location and good PT connections, as I visited Istanbul for work. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The cleaning lady cleaning would always smile and greet, and my room was always spotless clean; Lilia the receptionist was helpful and friendly about any question or request I had during my one week stay; Not least, at this hotel the hamam ritual was a unique and relaxing experience, uncomparable with places listed as top in Istambul central area - Thank you, Dilek!

My stay in this hotel was extremely great. This was my third stay. I would like to thank all staff who were really doing their job perfectly, specifically the admin guys Lilia, Imen, Kubilay and Burak. Not to forget Sefer as well. They never hesitate to help me. Big thanks to all staff I strongly recommend this hotel.. I liked everything in the hotel everything was perfect the view, location especially the breakfast which was amazing and having lots of variety. For sure I will be coming next time to this hotel.

Early Check-in, great location beside bus & tram stations (Iskander basha & Fendekzade) and near to Sultan Ahmed, very delicious breakfast, nice room, great staf ( housekeeping, reception team, concirge and restaurant). Pool and Gym were very nice.

- Insurance value (100 USD), during my check-in, I have paid 100 USD as insurance as per hotel policy which was strange for me; however, I have collected them during Check-out. My recommendation to all travellers is that this value to be paid in cash to be refunded. in cash also rather than cards and waiting for long period. - location was great; however, street was very sloped in the direction into Fendicazade bus station which is not good for families and kids. There are many facilities beside hotel like mini markets.

The property was in a good location with transport links close by. Tram and bus stops were minutes away. The hotel looked very luxurious and was very well decorated giving a vintage look and feel. Breakfast at the hotel was great with a lot of options. Staff were friendly and helpful with any needs that arose.

The room we stayed in was spacious and came with the facilities we required however the room was dusty and carpets were stained. Sheets and towels were changed only on request. The room we stayed in also did not have a great view as the view was covered by the roof of the restaurant. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from people walking in the corridor and noises from next door rooms.
