For a 5 star hotel the furniture in rooms could be upgraded and Renewed. Desk, chairs look ages and tatty. Door frames ( bathroom ) with chipper paint . Bed was cheap metal frame .for sharp eyes only but these things make a difference and make a 5 star hotel be a 5 star hotel

The room was comfortable, but could have been a little bit bigger. The view over the city is amazing from the 11th floor. Breakfast variety is excellent. The coffee pods and machine in the room was very nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The Manager, Volkan secured my booking the day before arrival when my card didn't work - thanks!

The soap dispenser in the shower was not filled for my whole stay. I saw cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom. The place needs a thorough cleaning.

This stay was amazing. The hotel staff is very welcoming, doing their ultimately best to accommodate every request that you may have, also making you feel so welcomed during your stay. The hotel facilities such as the pool, lobby, fitness etc. are up to date and, again, the staff working the pool was so welcoming and dedicated troughout or pool-day making sure we did not need anything. The rooms are spacious and very clean! The beds are quite comfortable, and with a big tv with several streaming/casting possibilities you are all set. This will not be my last time.

Great location, only 30 mins away from Istanbul SAW. Mall is a 10 minute walk. There are lots of amenities. A good place to stay if you are recovering from surgery. They have ice on hand all the time. Gym is also good and so is the hamam , sauna and spa.

Jacuzzi wasn’t working when arrived. No prior notice of works happening in the women’s changing room so it was awkward when we walked in and seen men working there.

I was visiting my parents in Atasehir so the location for me was perfect! There are very nearby places for food and drinks! It’s also a safe place and area to stay.

On our first day the room was extremely hot and it took a while to cool down. They sent us a technician who was really helpful and solved the problem. But we wished the room cooled down quicker! The furniture seems a bit old but they serve the purpose.

It's a very good hotel, the room was very comfortable, it's located in a residential and office area, there are some green areas/parks to walk around, many restaurant and supermarkets nearby if one needs anything. The breakfast is very very good, the dinner (I had twice) was average unfortunately, on both occasions, the dinner I had in room service was much better. The staff at reception are very welcoming and smiling.

The restaurant manager in the evening could smile a bit more, he was not welcoming, pity.

It was our second stay in last two months and I’m happy to write another review. Clean, modern design rooms and common areas. Very convenient and well thought storage space with plenty of shelves and hangers. Coffee machine, bath robes, slippers, iron and ironing board in the room. Bathroom is clean, new feel and enough space. Perfect location for us as we were staying close to friends. Next to shops and supermarkets. Friendly staff, nice gesture - fresh lemonade, Turkish snacks and fruits in the lobby every afternoon.

Room was clean. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, and the Core restaurant was great overall. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The spa area included many facilities which was nice. Overall I am pleased.

The water in the pool at the spa floor was too cold for comfort and was more suited for cooling off after a spa rather a simple pool swimming session. The windows were not clean, but I think that is understandable.

Security did fantastic job, the taxi driver who tried to cheat me, security handled professionally, very impressed, unfortunately did not get the name of the person to thank specifically, overall very impressed with staff attitude. Bed, the room size were perfect.

Complimentary water in the room was not cold and seemed old, the fridge was not switch on.
