The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast is generous and offers a wide variety of options. A heartfelt thank you to Amina from housekeeping and Murat, the luggage assistant, for their outstanding service and kindness. The property is very well maintained, reflecting excellent quality control and diligent management. A thoughtful touch was the lovely cake and kind letter provided by the hotel on our final night. A gesture we truly appreciated.

The Titanic City Taksim exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city and the bus station with direct routes to the airports is very close to the hotel, making it one of the best and most convenient options for travelers.The rooms are clean, and comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were incredibly warm welcoming and friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and the staff were well organized. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!”

It was very clean and the room that we had was very specious, its bathroom also was a cherry on top of the cake! Water pressure was fabulous. Air conditioner was very effective. The swimming pool and the spa were nice and cosy.

The first thing I’ve found a bit not professional was that when we checked in they request a $100 deposit for any use of the bar stuffs, breaking things or using any other facilities like Turkish bath! Since I didn’t see any information about this deposit while I was booking the hotel, I have not had any cash on me! They request $100 cash! Any way I was feeling a bit nervous since it was late at night I was checking in and It wasn’t possible for me to go to the cash machine but I was lucky we had a family member there they paid for us! The second thing was the attitude of the breakfast crew! They are treating you like a robot no smile no charming but very polite!

The hotel was amazingly luxurious for the price I paid. Beautiful decor, good gym, great breakfast choice. But it is the friendly staff that I will remember the most. I was assisted to room to show me around and offered complimentary water and fruit. Then they called me to ask if I like the room. The breakfast restaurant was full of friendly staff ready to serve immediately. The Consierge in the lobby was super helpful and friendly too. The hotel is very centrally located in a pedestrianised area full of restaurants and close to metro station.

The bed materace was a little too soft for my liking, and there could be more vegan options for breakfast.

For our six-day stay, we took a long time to select a hotel that would meet all our requirements. The Titanic is located on a street a short distance from Taksim Square, so the metro station, the "cable car" station connecting Taksim to the waterfront, and the stop for the historic tram are all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is beautiful, clean, with a pool (pleasantly warm water, hot tub), a wellness center, massages, and a gym. However, a silly rubber swimming cap is required for the pool... During our stay, it was quite crowded, yet we did not experience any issues during breakfast or disturbances to our peace at night. The staff was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Our room was modernly furnished, bright, with a sitting area and very comfortable beds. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, was cozy and sufficiently spacious. The window insulated all street noises well. It was nice to have daily replenishment of bottled water (for free) in the room, as well as the option to prepare coffee and tea. The breakfasts were great, with a large selection of hot and cold food, pastries, and fruit, all continuously replenished. Throughout our entire stay, we had no complaints, and for our next visit to Istanbul, the Titanic will be our choice again.

The location is perfect. You only need to walk 2 minutes to the buses for IST airport. Very convenient. Also, the hotel is very close to Taksim makes it very easy to reach different part of the city with metro or bus. Rooms are very clean, staff with good attitude, always with a nice smile and helpful. Breakfast: worth to have it. Many options, warm, cold, and sweet. We fisrt want to eat outside but then decided to give a try for one day and the offered breakfast really exceeded our expectation.

Not really a thing that we did not like it. We only had an issue with our safe which was solved within minutes.

Room temperature control is NOT air-conditioning. You have two options, ON or OFF. Don't let the thermostat mislead anyone. When queried to the front desk about temperature being too warm: I was informed that the temperature is set to a constant and, if it is too warm, to open the window. The outside temperature was cold. So, I had to find a sweet spot to open the window at the right amount to maintain comfort.

The hotel is exactly as advertised: clean, elegant, comfortable, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful: we briefly waited to check-in and were immediately seated and offered refreshing juice! The day before check out, we found delicious cake and juice in our room with a handwritten note thanking us for staying with them: amazing! The breakfast buffet is fresh and varied. The facilities are clean with great opening hours and also offer hammam services! Taxis are readily available in front of the hotel at all times, so it's super handy. The neighborhood is safe and authentic, lively with lots of shops and restaurants.

Due to the awesome weather and views, a rooftop pool or restaurant would make this property even better 😉.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location, close to Taksim Square, Istiklal St, restaurants and public transport. Comfortable and clean beds. Descent breakfast buffet.

We arrived on a hot day and the air-con in the room wasn't working as it needed more than 24 hours to cool down the room, but it was OK for the rest of the stay. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel is in a commercial location and you can hear cars on the road all the time.
