The resort is beautiful and has an excellent location as it overlooks the sea and is next to a mall. In the mall there is Lulu Hypermarket, restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the hotel staff are cooperative and kind. The check-in was fast and my room was upgraded to the largest one. The check-out was also fast and they gave me extra time to get out of the room. The breakfast is varied and the restaurant is large and has outdoor seating as well. The room is spacious and the bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The view is beautiful from the balcony as you can see the sea and the swimming pool. There is a special air-conditioned place for children where there are many electronic and non-electronic games. Thank you Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa

The children's water slides were not working due to maintenance, so my son did not use them. Also, the sea was not clear.

The housekeeping staff Akhilesh always cleaned our room thoroughly and loved the bed towel art he left every day. My Hammam was a great experience with Moza, who is an experienced hammam therapist, and I had a very relaxing massage done by Moza aswell, the food hall had a good selection off food, and we were very happy there was a mall attached to the hotel. The swimming pool area and beach was always clean, staff were always helpful and friendly. My experience in the hotel was a positive experience.

I didn’t like that I had to pay buffet cost for my 9 year old child, I thought kids stay and buffet price were included.

Full board option! Quite and empty beach A small mall with money exchange point is available right from the hotel Spacious rooms with both a bath and shower. Just to mention. There is a window between bathroom and bedroom which can be made transparent or not.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was my anniversary and they provided a very nice decoration and a cake, the breakfast was good as well, the pool was nice, we enjoyed it a lot

Well the sea was not clean, If you are going there for the beach then choose another location as the water in the sea was very bad, it is much better to use the pool, also the hotel sounded a bit old with old decoration

Food was very good and staff was kind although they had the annoying habit to close the playing ground in the middle of the day for cleaning process

Beach was small with noisy work in progress and sand was not that clean

Spacious room, total 70m2, cleanliness of hotel in general, especially room. Concierge helpfulness in arranging trips, restuarants and other requirements. The adjacent shopping mall with large supermarket, fast food outlets. Beach and swimming pool cleanliness, layout, enough sunbeds around both. Gym good equiped. Food very fresh, large buffet selection at breakfast, main restuarant evening excellent choice of food and meats etc. Serving staff friendly.

Older room 416, needs wall paper replacing, lacks power sockets, all used for lighting, tv etc. None available near desk, need to put multi socket adapter to give access for computer, phone charging, ereaders etc. Note the room was keep very clean with great service by Housekeeping staff & Room service. Too long to wait to be served on beach bar, food took long to arrive and was nearly cold several times, especially french fries. Same issues in Azur restuarant. Same daily minor issues at breakfast, never eggcups for boiled eggs, lack of spoons in general Recommend more control by management personnel in the details in these areas.

Great rooms, very comfortable. The hotel is near Yas island so useful if you are planning to go there. The "beach" might iddsapoint some people as it is on a channel and not at all on the golf. But if you already know this like I did, then you are ok with it. Pool is big and beautiful. The food at this hotel is very good and breakfast is a must.

The music band by the pool was very loud and played until 10h30pm one night. It should always stop at 10pm maximum in my opinion. The indoor pool should be included in the price.

Even if we wanted, we couldn't complain about anything - from spacious room, great bathroom with both bath tab and huge shower, big balcony, good food choice with local specialties, clean and refreshing pool - to absolutely great staff, always polite, greeting, smiling. We were feeling, I suppose like all the others, like special guests. We arrived to the hotel at 2 a.m., but we got great dinner served at our room. Hotel is very near to the airport, to which you can get Uber at any time for less than 10 euro. Room was exceptionally clean, with roses and sweets every day on the bed :) The gym is very nice and well equipped. Every evening in the lobby there was cute young couple, guy on piano and a girl on flute, playing pop hits in classical arrangements. It was special pleasure to listen to them. So, we had very good time here, much better than expected.

Hotel beach was disappointment, but it is only matter of geography, since the hotel is not at the open sea but at some small sea canal which is not that attractive. The feeling was like you're swimming in the hot, narrow river. Beach itself is small, sandy and cozy, very well kept and clean - like all the other facilities in the hotel.

- The staff was really warm, right from the guards to everyone, who would always be smiling and greeting! - The rooms are in a very good condition (almost similar to the pictures on the net!) - hygiene was maintained at all levels.

- the 3rd floor had a very weird smell (of the carpets/water, unsure) it puts you off as soon as you get out of the elevators. - having stayed for 5 days - 6 nights, the breakfast buffet was repetitive for pure vegetarians, could include more options as well - they do provide shuttle services, to the theme park, but would expect more frequency. They were currently providing only two timings 10 am & 11.25am to the theme parks

Everything was amazing, breakfast; facilities, servises, just perfect! very close to the airport, to the beach, to Al Raha Malĺ as it was connected with hotel. Especially would like to say thanks to the very kind, very helpful and so lovely personal at the reception, the guy upgraded our room for like big beautiful suit with balcony view to the beach, and also late check out for 3 hours with no charge. Sorry didnt carch the guy’s name (Also thanks to Edwin, and Tamshir hope thats correct spell too and all personel as well). There was a shuttle bus to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque there and back for free. Just one big thanks for making us happy! one sad thing, that we didnt stay for longer time. Will come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!
