The room was well appointed and the amenities available were good. The cleaning crew did a great job daily with the room. I would like to make a special commendation for both Ibraim and EiBek (who were both stationed at the front desk/reception in the lobby) for being very accommodating, professional, helpful and engaging and whom helped to make the stay more enjoyable.

The fact that the entertainment areas (Glow Restaurant and Brick Top) closed by 11pm and 12am respectively. I am a passionately football (soccer) fan and I was not able to enjoy the games being televised at the Glow lounge due to this fact.

We had an amazing stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi! We were celebrating our second anniversary and were so touched by the thoughtful surprises prepared for us—there were balloons on the bed, a cake with a sweet dedication, a handwritten note, and even a cute mirror drawing that said “Congratulations on your wedding.” The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Aloft, for making our stay extra special!

Staff are accommodating - special mention to Twinkle and Ebeik (not sure if I got the names right) Room is cozy. We can easily connect our phones to the Smart TV for entertainment and the variety of breakfast options is superb. We will definitely go back again.

Phone is not working during our stay so I have to go down to order our room in dinner. I also asked for a complimentary ice and fresh milk to come with it but was never delivered. We didn't bothered to go down again in the reception since the line is bad. This is just minor issue - could be an isolated case. Over-all stay was grand!

My stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff, particularly Twinkle, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Twinkle's assistance was invaluable. She helped me secure a room with a breathtaking view that provided the perfect backdrop for my stay. Her knowledge of the city was also a huge help, as she provided me with invaluable tips and recommendations for things to do and see. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. I would highly recommend Aloft Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience in the city.

The room and the bed in particular were extremely comfortable. The staff are also really great, helpful and responsive at all times. I chose this hotel for the 25m swimming pool and I wasn't disappointed. What a great place to hang out.

Really minor issues: Breakfast is a bit chaotic; the staff clear things away without paying attention - twice I went for coffee and found someone else sitting at my table. The decor is a bit schizophrenic - the bedrooms are like a stylish business property, the outside areas are like a resort, the public areas around the lobby are like a youth hostel, the restaurant is like a convention centre dining room.

I like everything about aloft, location, staffs food and cleanliness. Check in to check out was too easy with the assistance of their receptionist (Ms. Twinkle), she was amazing and always wear a smile. The housekeeping team was also excellent specially Mr. Aamir. Thanks to this people we have a great stay. What touched me a lot was the birthday cake that was send to our room on my birthday with a heart warming message....thank you aloft team from the bottom of my heart!!!!

The room was beautifully decorated, even better than the photos! The view was stunning! You could see a part of the bustling city built along a large canal, then leading onto the sea. The entrance to the hotel was designed in a retro style, in such a way as to welcome all types of travellers, from businessmen to families, to backpackers. It was like a blend of the 1970's to present day, 2024. I hit the gym at around 6:30am and found it nice and empty with good quality equipment. There seemed to be so much choice of what to eat, where to eat and when to eat. It all depends on your budget and food preferences. Prayer facilities located just before the entrance, for both men and women was a nice reminder that you're in the Middle East ! If you've got a car, then the huge Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is a 10 minute drive, whilst the corniche is about 15 minutes away. Both are definitely worth checking out. A big thanks to the staff who worked as a team to make the whole experience worthwhile and many thanks for the room upgrade!

Clean and modern and good facilities. The staff were helpful and kind even though it was super busy. It was great that the car park was free too by getting card endorsed by staff. Coffee machine in the room made it great too. We really liked our stay and would stay again if the price stays in our budget.

It was a shame they didn’t have a sauna or steam room but they did have a gym and pool and cafe by the pool which was great to watch my kids swim while I relaxed in the cafe.

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as we were at an exhibition which was just below the hotel. The staff did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay and tried to make it up to us for not being able to allocate the room we had reserved. We were given complimentary breakfast to compensate and the Duty Manager even called us to check that everything else was satisfactory and also apologised once again. This gesture made the inconvenience of not having the room we booked a little more acceptable. Excellent customer service... in fact all of the staff we had interactions with were extremely courteous and helpful.

We had booked a twin room but unfortunately when we checked in we were told that there were no twin rooms available which was extremely disappointing to say the least. We were given a slightly bigger room whereby a rollaway bed was added, which again was not ideal but there was no alternative. The rooms had no direct portal for phone charging which is pretty standard in most hotels now. You had to make sure you had a charger with a plug. There is no area to plug a hairdryer/straightener etc which is in front of a mirror. This was very frustrating and also standard in most hotels.

The check in and out experience was quick and efficient. The staff here are well trained and know how to deal with guests. The pool was fantastic and big enough for other people to use without it being overcrowded. I also ordered from the pool restaurant and the food was amazing! The service was also excellent and efficient.

The only issue I had was when a noisy group moved next door on Saturday night. They were shouting across the corridors and being very inconsiderate to other guests. Other than that, it was a very pleasant visit.
