I like the hotel’s environment, there is shade pavilion in the swimming pool side which is really good . And all staffs are very friendly .

Only there are so many black crows on the pool side .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Pavel, Abdul, Sunday, Ghadeer, and Vera. The pool is amazing and my little one had a lot of fun. The restaurant by the sea was really nice(Bahari Grill) and the food was tasty.

we booked a room with pool view. However, the view was blocked by the palm trees which they helped us to move to another room but the carpet in the second room was very smelly. The breakfast was not that great and needs improvement.

Miramar is a great hotel, we didn't expect much, but that is very comfortable place. Very clean, quiet, wonderful beach, great pool without chlorine, very fresh bed linen and towels. Special thanks for very good quality breakfast, which is available till 10.30 and not such crowded as in other hotels in the area. Will come back with pleasure ❤️ A year ago we were staying in Royal M hotel and we're very disappointed with a service. With Miramar we felt great being there, thanks for the good vacation ❤️

From the time we parked our car we felt very welcome, especially seeing the smiling happy face of Mr. Sunday. We decided to park it and take our luggage instead of stopping by the lobby entrance to offload our luggage. Sunday, came to the car in his cart and greeted us and took our luggage and even forced us to give him our garbage that we were happy to discard. Everything else was excellent during the stay, especially Javed at breakfast and Edgar at the pool bar. Toki from the recreation team was excellent and we had a great time. We were about 21 people altogether, freinds and families.

Overall the food could have been better. The breakfast was nto bad but there's room for improvement there. We went to Bahari grill one night and the steaks were nto the great quality, hoever the staff and service everywhere were excellent.

Property was nice however AC was not good .

Property is nice and people are great . Sunday , shawky . Mahmoud . Doaa and Amal from spa were great and we had an excellent experience for the message . Breakfast was ok . We tried to book for HB but they said only for 3 nights which were strange for me . Product of cocktails around the pool was not good comparing to the price . They didn’t use proper product

We love staying at Miramar Al Aqah. This is not the first time we stay in the hotel and we tried other hotels in the same area but this remains to be our favorite. ✅ seamless check-in and check-out experience even during Eid peak time ✅ great friendly and attentive staff ✅ family rooms are spacious and good fit and comfortable for family. The ground floor rooms also provide extra comfort because we can go to the pool/beach without the need to take the elevator. ✅ breakfast buffet even during Eid peak time was very well organized and the flow of queues and availability of food was great. ✅ we love shaded outdoor pool, which means we can stay longer in the pool during the hot hours ✅ food at the restaurants is delicious. We tried the seafood platter at cucina and we ordered it again the next day because it was really good. We tried the brisket at bahari and it was the best.

Nothin really major. Our room had some ants because we are staying at the ground floor. More regular pest control can help.

The setting, location, design, cleanliness and staff were exceptional.

Food choices and quality were surprisingly disappointing. The pizza in the Italian restaurant was “soulless”. The dough bland and the tomato sauce tasteless. A pizza is a very simple dish, the foundation of which consisting of a crispy dough, hearty tomato sauce and cheese. If that is not balanced it doesn’t matter what else is added. The cost was exorbitantly out of proportion for something I would otherwise have returned at a lesser establishment. The evening buffet lacked variety. Buttered spaghetti was on offer without any sauce. Why would offer plain pasta without at least tomato sauce in a family restaurant flooded with children? That’s a staple food for kids anywhere.

I loved the property lay out , low rise buildings with plenty of green. Rooms have a terrace or balcony which is very nice. What makes the stay is the staff, they are extremely helpfull and polite from the pool boys, the checkin staff and the waiters/waitresses. The two that stood out were Niman and May at the Italian restaurant. Food was excellent at all the restaurants on site There were plenty of sun beds and the pool had the perfect temperature I would definitely go again.

The only bad point were the toilets near the pool, they were disgustingly most days and with the staff numbers at this hotel there is no need for that.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They have an amazing swimming pool which was chilled making it very refreshing during summer. The beach access made it easy to move from the pool to the beach for a swim. I was very happy that they had an on site dive shop.

An onsite bar/nightclub was advertised but, was closed. This meant that evening entertainment was a bit limited. There are a few small shops on site but, they are a bit expensive. I suppose it is to be expected in a 5 start hotel. My only real issue with the room was that the bathroom sink plug release rod kept coming loose but, the staff fixed it day after day without me even mentioning it. This is a great place to stay but, not really ideal for single travelers.

We had a very nice staycation! We liked the staff first of all. Administrator Lasheen welcomed us and without hassle checked us in, while we were treated by welcome drinks. Our upgraded room was ready earlier and we managed to get it to change for the pool. The family suite was spacious and it was great for 2 adults and 2 kids, who had their separate bedding laid for them. Also, buffet staff was so helpful, Javed and Joni were there all days and help with service and always held door for us when we were carrying plates with food. The food was various and it had halal and non-halal dishes. Variety of veggies and tasty desserts was satisfying. The pool and beach areas are no that big, but we had it all to spend two days and have a lot of fun by the beach, as they also have beach-activities team to serve you at best.

The only is issue in the room was lack of sockets to charge the devices, we needed to unplug lamps to charge. However, it is not a minus to put bad rating for. Just bring multiplug chargers if you have more of electronics to charge.
