I stayed at Marina Byblos Hotel with my family for five nights, and honestly, it was an amazing experience — especially considering the value for the price in Marina. What stood out most was the staff: hands-down some of the most accommodating and genuinely helpful people I’ve encountered in any hotel in the area. Whatever we needed, they handled it quickly, politely, and without hesitation. That level of service made a huge difference for us as a family. The location is another major plus. It's in one of the best spots in Dubai Marina, just a short walk to the beach, unlike many other hotels that are either one block closer but with twice or triple the price. We had a rental car, and the hotel’s private underground parking made things very easy. While the room décor was a bit dated and the breakfast lacked variety, those were minor things for us. If your priority is comfort, service, and a prime location without overspending, this place is a no-brainer for Marina when you're pretty much outside all day. For what we paid and what we got, I’d easily rate it 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

the hotel is in a great location n the Dubai marina. close to the highway and public transport if that is what you need. you are close to the water and a mall. there is a great roof top pool and bar.

there is a club downstairs and if you are audio sensitive you can hear the music a little

I decided for the hotel because of 3 factors: 1) location (check) - great location in Dubai Marina, almost right at the walking side, metro station like 200m, very close to the public beach. 2) price/ quality ratio - very good price for the stay with such room. Had also nice view too. 3) Pool and Gym - My goal was to spend some free time they and get exercise. pool was great, big enough and even during this period, the water was a bit refreshing.

Only 2 things: 1) Gym - the only one and big disappointment. Picture looks quite ok, however half of the equipment was broken or not useable. If that would be all functioning, is enough to train hard. And no airconditioning in gym room and 2) small thing at pool - the sun beds were from material that got very hot, had to bring my towel with the pool towel so I cover all places and could lie on that bed.

I loved the location, and the decoration and cleanliness of the room! Also all the staff are very friendly and I want to thank especially Rizza for the welcoming and being an excellent front desk.

This was the 3th time I was staying at Marina Byblos with my daughter, this time - also with my friends, we took 2 rooms. As always, the location is excellent - near Marina bridge, close to the beach. The food is very tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms too - large, with bathtubs. The pool is what I like the most. It has a beautiful view to the city, the water always has good, warm temperature. The stuff always is ready to help. Definitely I will come again. Marina Byblos is my permanent staying location for Dubai. Special thanks to Ana and Kate at the reception. See you next time!

Good location near the marina but not on the marina strip. Some nice cheap little eateries in the vicinity. It's nice to have the option of going across the road for something different. I liked the British pub in the building. Nice to have a pint (although expensive). The British breakfast in the pub was good value and real pork sausages and bacon is hard to get in Dubai so this was a treat. Prices for the food were reasonable.

Some of the staff need a little training. To many male staff hanging around the lobby. |Although they were probably there as security for the pub and club they gave off a nightclub vibe that is unnecessary in a hotel lobby.

It is placed really good for almost everything what to do in the marina and around the marina. Close to the beach, close to the harbor where many of the boat trip goes from and just a 10 minute walk to the metro station from the hotel. A all the staff was very helpful and kind with everything. Always asked if it was something they could help you with. Very much appreciated all the service and help I had from everyone in the staff during my stay here. And the office team leader Bhoj Gurung and the team always make you feel very welcome when you enter the hotel. 🙏 A huge thanks to the whole team for fantastic service here during my days in Dubai!

Nothing was bad with the hotel. Only one thing, during late nights, a lot of sports car is driving around in the marina area, you can hear them some times.

Fast check in and check out, thank you for Katrina and Krizia at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The view of the marina was nice. Walking distance from the metro station. Walking distance as well to Jumeirah Beach Residence and Blue Waters.

Room is kinda outdated and need some renovation, the carpets was not that cleaned, tv channels was not working(however it was fixed when we reported it), the room doesn't have smart tv cannot connect our devices, kettle is old need to be changed. Requested some housekeeping amenities from the QR code/app but it took long time to be delivered (it was placed in the evening when we came from outside)

Awesome staff (so friendly, Like a big family! Helpful too, and they make a big deal around kids which is nice), very good location (convenience store across the road, freshly squeezed juice and kebabs), awesome breakfast buffet, nice rooftop pool. We had room 902, which had the best view ever of the marina, we loved it and the kids too!

It takes a long time for the water in the shower to get hot, and it never gets hot - only warm. It is expensive, but then again this is Dubai and you get what you pay for. There is no kids playroom, which would have been really nice as we have seen in other hotels (just a room with balls, puzzles and slides will do!)

It was memorable stay, starting from reservation team ms. Ana she really made our stay comfortable and unforgettable she arranged every thing for my husband birthday even it's complementary but was really awesome she was caring too much about small details❤️ since we step the reception we felt good vibes, stuff are smiling welcoming specialy ms. Klaire.. I hope i write her name right. She gave us very nice room with view as we requested and also she was fixable for late check out ❤️ housekeeping stuff very polite and clean and quick service ❤️

Swimming pool wasn't enough clean,, the area and chairs andd towels was clean but the water wasn't clean
