Very good location, very close to a metro station. Impeccable hygiene, bed and sheets changed daily. Warm welcome from all the staff. They were very friendly and attentive, especially Mr Sachin and Mr Salah. Not forgetting Mr Gafar who welcomed us well when we arrived. We can't name everyone, but thanks also to Atif and a little wink to Usman. Swimming pool with other facilities on the roof top (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym). We just had a little problem with the room category, but it was very quickly resolved. Wifi was very good. Taxis are available within minutes, making every journey effortless. The 24-hour room service turned late-night cravings into indulgent feasts—whether it’s a midnight snack or a sunrise breakfast, fresh ans steamy food satisfaction is always just a call away. What truly sets the experience apart is the exceptional customer care. The entire team operates with seamless efficiency and genuine warmth, always ready to assist with anything you need. Special shoutouts to Abdul, Spun, and Ann as well as Fatima at the front desk—whose dedication stood out day after day. The night front desk staff, Mohsin in room service along with the incredible room service and housekeeping teams, deserve every bit of praise for making guests feel pampered and cared for. The rooms and bathrooms are impressively spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat. However, some areas could benefit from maintenance and a touch of modernization to match the overall ambiance. For rooms facing the roadside, soundproof windows would be a fantastic addition—allowing guests to enjoy the vibrant street views without the disturbance of traffic noise. Due to the constant buzz outside, I eventually switched to an atrium-facing room for a more peaceful experience.

Super friendly staff (shout out to Atif, Allan & Maricar!) who were attentive to our needs and requirements. Travelled with two toddlers and both felt right at home. We made full use of the kitchen in our King Suite, all basic necessities were provided (pots/pans/utensils etc) and The pool was a hit and the temperature controlled water was a huge plus in the scorching heat. A stone's throw away from the Business Bay Metro station, a well stocked super market and several very good restaurants, we would love to stay here again!

We liked everything!

Very central location (about 5-7 minutes walking to the metro through the overhead bridge + bus station right outside the hotel). A supermarket and a couple cafes/restaurants nearby (less than 5 minutes walking distance). The room was spacious, clean, with a lot of sunlight and a small kitchen (fridge, sink, a small stove). Housekeeping team did a great job every day. The pool area was a little small yet very comfortable to swim with kids. The staff in all hotel parts was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to Supun who went out of his way to find us a baby stroller.

The only big problem was with loud neighbours who got drunk and were screaming for 2 nights in a row in the room right next to ours at 2-3AM. The rooms have a possibility to be merged so the wall behind the bed was thin and loud noises from the other bedroom could be heard. However, reception staff was very helpful and would respond to our complaints immediately. Minor inconveniences: No microwave in kitchen. Dental kits and bath ropes have to be requested.

The Staff is incredible at Rotana. Being used to many other Hotels in Dubai, it is refreshing that great customer care and help still exist. Abdul and the entire Team went way beyond normal Duties and made sure every single Day that I am ok. Help with so many little things, from finding some coffee in the Room through dealing with Amazon Orders and helping with Luggage. Simply amazing person what Abdul does on a daily base!

For the price, the Room could be a little more modern and fresh. Although all was in perfectly good working order, the Room is a little 'worn" and would need some renovation soon.

The reception / front desk staff (especially Anne were) always there to help. Also the housekeeping staff was very helpful .

My check-in had been a bit problematic since I arrived early. Although I let them know the early arrival probability and they answered as if there is availaibilty they will be accepting me .However they couldn't find a room for me at 4.00 am in this hotel with 160 rooms and I had to wait for more than 2 hours to check-in.

Everything, from location to the services, Everything was just spot on. Hotel is located only 5 minute walk away from Dubai Metro station which connects to every major tourist attraction. Every time we requested cleanup, we found our room spotless on our return. It was secure and safe. Plus it is also near to some dessert places and supermarkets so if you are up for getting some snacks, or getting a late night icecream, you are not disappointed. Also ordering food through Deloverro and Careem is handy too, both are super quick. The only thing we didn't try was hotels food so cannot comment on that. However our complementary tea coffee and water was topped up every day.

On arrival we met very aggressive check in lady. She took my phone without asking and run in back office to call booking to double check the price. This kind of attitude I have not seen in any hotel. Unacceptable. She spoiled our first impression. And we wanted to run away. Room we were offered smelled bad, we were offered another less smelly room. The rest if the staff was nice. Thank you!
