The best asset of this hotel is the staff. My total stay in the hotel is over one month. Shout out to the friendliest front desk - Bella and the bellhop personnel who were very attentive and quite helpful. Shout out also to Rahul who attended my room 2522 and to Omar who attended my room 2808. They were thorough and efficient. Shout out also to the gym attendant Shaik Khadeer. His ready smile in the morning and personal attention are commendable. All these personnel of the hotel made me feel I'm family to them. They are exceptional in their service and have made my long stay a very pleasant experience.

Only item is the gym and pool hours closing early at 8 pm. May I suggest to extend it to 10 pm. As for the operation of just the gym, have it accessible to guests 24/7 with our keys. Have towels available all the time.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Having worked in the bar and hospitality industry myself, I really appreciate excellent service—and the team here did not disappoint. A special mention goes to Shabrin from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. At the front office, Kavita and Rai provided outstanding service with professionalism and a friendly attitude that made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The location is also fantastic, just near Burj Khalifa, which made getting around very convenient. Even though it’s a dry hotel, the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and high-quality service made my stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The entire staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had all the comforts I could ask for, with stunning views of the city skyline. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel restaurant—absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious, with an impressive menu that offered something for every palate. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was impeccable, making every meal a memorable experience. The location was also perfect, close to all the key areas I needed access to, yet peaceful enough to unwind and relax. Park Regis Business Bay truly sets the standard for hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Dubai. Can’t wait to return!

Breakfast had very good selection of vegetarian food, fresh fruits, salad, cheese. nuts and drinks. Housekeeping and room service was prompt and attentive. Room was spacious with good view and all equipment functioning very well.

Daily cleaning of room, furniture, bathroom, carpet vacuuming etc., could have been better. TV entertainment should have more channels especially international, local and Indian news/movies. Reception staff could have provided information on sightseeing places, availability of full/half day tours, charges etc. and assistance in arranging same.

I truly appreciated the complimentary night with the panoramic view and breakfast ,the view was absolutely breathtaking. I was able to relax and recharge during my stay. A special thank you to the Front Office Manager, Irene, and to Ali for their warm welcome and continuous efforts to make everything perfect. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, which makes it even more convenient. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Overall good hotel to stay in, friendly customer service including assistance & service from Bellman Raju and Shabrin, close proximity to Dubai mall/ Burj Khalifa/ business bay metro train station. I had issue with mini bar fridge on day 1, which was promptly responded to & replaced. Only feedback for improvement I have (not changing overall rating / review over this), for customers who have booked a stay in the hotel in coming days, suggest staff to proactively offer or ask if they need any assistance or information with sight seeing tours and woukd like contact details of travel desk. As I was travelling for first time and enquired about sight seeing tours with receiption, I was advised to talk to travel desk when I arrive, which upon arrival I ended up organising over messaging or talking over the phone to book sight seeing tour. I could have done that before arrival with more time at hand and don't have rush through last time arrangements.

Staff on the whole very helpful. Free panoramic room upgrade which was great. Breakfast was amazing. A word of warning however, the laundry service was a total disaster. Firstly we had to chase them after 2 days to get it returned with no communication from them. Secondly they tried to deny us the 20% discount which we had through booking.com because we had the room upgrade. Then they overcharged us for the number of items and they also lost a dress. The worst part was the laundry team argued on multiple occasions that it was our fault not theirs. Each time I had to escalate to the hotel manager to resolve the issue. We had no compensation offered for any of the above issues. The hotel staff were great. The laundry staff were very rude and incompetent.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights to visit Dubai after a week long cruise with Costa. I had booked "a room with a view" on Burj Khalifa and was not disappointed! Wonderful room on the 23rd floor with the most beautiful view. I would also like to thank the staff, especially Mr. Muhammad Zaheer, for their prompt and comprehensive care after my wife who is still recovering from an accident and provided a wheelchair, which proved to be a godsend to visit Dubai! Small detail: the beds are most comfortable and I never got up in the morning with back pains, despite a chronic bad back. Huge shower for two. This hotel certainly deserves a second visit!

Feels Like Home at Park Ridge Businessman Hotel! I stayed at Park Ridge Businessman Hotel for over a month, and it truly felt like home. The service provided by the staff was incredible. Iqra was especially welcoming, always ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Raju, Shoaib, Shakeb, and Muhamad Zaheer also provided outstanding service, always going the extra mile to assist. Shahzad made sure my room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. While the service was exceptional, I must mention that I wasn't particularly impressed with the breakfast. It could have been better, but the amazing staff more than made up for it. After spending so much time here, I’m really going to miss the hotel and the wonderful people who made my stay so memorable!

Breakfast - every day the same, almost everything is not tasty, no coffee machine for guests (only for workers). King size bed was meant actually two separate beds placing near to each other (the next day staff changed my room to a bigger one with real double bed which was much better). Windows were very dirty (even though it was written that these days there is a cleaning of windows going).
