Everything about this apartment is just perfect. It’s safe, the rooms are spacious and the ac units are very powerful to combat the heat in the country. They have a pool and a 24 hour gym which is well equipped. I HIGHLY recommend choosing this place if you’re a tourist. It’s like 17 mins walk from the Dubai mall… which has burj khalifa and the water fountain close to it. It’s just the perfect spot! Most popular attractions are close to the place like the museum of the future and the Dubai frame. Choose this and you won’t regret it.

Everything was perfect

Rooms were huge and really nice, we had an amazing view on Burj Khalifa. We didn’t like that strong light would automatically get turned on in the bathroom and if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night, you would not be able to sleep afterwards. If you leave the door open, sometimes it would get turned on if you are just passing by the room. It’s not super convenient to use public transport from this location. You need to walk for 20 minutes under a strong sun and it’s unbearable. Some bus stations here don’t have sun shade and they are not punctual. Also, we expected that room cleaning is included but it was not! Also, Booking offered free taxi from the airport on arrival, but I didn’t get any link and had to pay an expensive taxi - there was a surge in pricing so it was more than double of a regular price.

Loved the location, personal attention from the staff and the spacious apartments. The cafe in the lobby does great coffees and smoothies. I received a call from the reception to ask how my stay was going and how they could help me. That was amazing! The toiletries in the shower could be more upscale. They didn’t have any aroma which was a missed opportunity.

Excellent location and very convenient for us to roam around downtown Dubai and get to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall for the last day's shopping spree in UAE. Also for the size of the apartment, it is totally worth the $.

There was the chute being cleaned when we just arrived right next to our unit and that was smelly. On top of that, we received multiple notifications asking us to check in online with passport ID, birth date, 360 facial recognition involved which sounds unsafe and redundant, given that we had to check in anyway at the counter of the property. Maybe consider to streamline this.

Easy access via taxi or walking to business bay. Our studio was very spacious and offered all the facilities you’d expect from a studio at this price range. The gym was brilliant and was once of the highlights of the stay. Ideal for long stays.

The pool was great, but was very small and cramped given the huge outdoor space the hotel offers. We were harassed numerous times by the lifeguard and security about were our loungers were, although these were not impacting anybody staying at the hotel. Given the amount of rooms the hotel has, the pool area is very insufficient.

It was very nice and pleasant stay overall. Room was very much perfect as per my need - it was clean, there were enough to cook your food, and staffs were very much cooperative. Location was really nice i.e. super markets are close by, and having good restaurants as per my need, Dubai mall just 1.8 KM walkable.

There is nothing as such to mention, but just only one thing the kids swimming pool was not working for few days. While I conveyed the staff at reception it seems they are unaware, even after following up multiple times it seems they don't have taken into account to look for the issue and solve. Every other stuff at the reception was taken on surprise of the swimming pool issue and it is clear that they did not log the problem even after I told multiple times. This does not comply with the service standard of Sonder

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Great value for money. Good location. Friendly staff. Fast elevators. Good gym.

When you take a shower, you need to keep the door closed or the fire alarm in the kitchen goes off. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so, not ideal. No way to manually set the air-conditioning. You freeze at night. Not enough working umbrellas/ sunbeds at the pool.

Clean and spacious room. Hotel was clean as well and the location was good.

The rooms are not available until 4pm, which by itself is a problem. On top of it, the room wasn’t ready at 4. We got there by 1:30 after an all night flight, had lunch and returned at 3pm, hoping to get in as soon as possible. At 4 o’clock I was told to wait another half hour for the room to be ready, which was unacceptable. Once I asked to talk to the manager, we were offered a different room. The rep was nice and offered an apology as well. The rest of our stay was great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **Sonder Business Bay**! Everything was exceptional, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The apartment was stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the room was breathtaking, making our mornings and evenings truly special. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The team at the reception was always prompt and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. To our surprise, they even prepared a special treat for us—a delicious cake waiting in the room to celebrate both my birthday and my mother’s. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding experience in Business Bay.
