The location is excellent, a good base for seeing Dubai. An excellent water-cooker.

1) The airport transfer offered by this hotel was way too expensive for us. The very good transfer that Booking.com offered us was only 20% of the price that the hotel offered us (personal mini-van at 01:00). 2) We were contacted by various telephone numbers via Whatsapp. For each subject a different person and number. The unannounced number that came to collect (!) the deposit called (in the hotel, at the roomdoor) an hour after we slept (02:30 local time) to collect the credit card deposit. No serious imperfections, but this could be more professional.

Location!!!! Pool with amazing view!! Staff!!! In the room we have everything what we need and it was very luxury . Christofer was kind, helpful ,and cooperation for fast early Chek in and check out was very amazing because it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the holiday without wondering how to fill the time with luggage in hand

Cristopher, the person who checked us in, was very responsive making the check in a smoothly process. Also the housekeeping team made their job very good. The apartment is very close to Burj Khalifa, in a good area.

The apartment needs some adjustments.

The staffs was very accommodating and the property was awesome specially receptionist Ali, Mohamed and Bobby. Housekeeper are also friendly. We are looking forward to stay in the future. There still a room for improvement about the apartment that needs to renovate thank y’all.

Lovely apartment, spacious good facilities and all round excellent.

Westminster wasn’t very helpful and the claren towers reception staff weren’t very helpful but other than that the place was excellent.

Very spacious, clean and neat . Fantastic location. Stayed at this property a few times.

The Beds could be more comfortable. Needs a coffee table in the living room.
