Everything was great!

Where do u start. Check in seamless... The ambience is stunning, the scent of the place is exquisite, food so yummy had breakfast at Basta and also dinned at the Tabu restaurant. The Butler service is top notch.... Anthony thank you for curating a special birthday for me. Christmae thank you.... the best concierge support everrrrr.... you got me experiencing Dubai in a whole new light! Thanks, Abdul, for the express checkout! Hianeef for chauffeuring me to the airport on time. Last but no means the least .... the world's best Hotel Manager Caroline! Thanks for making me feel like a super star......no scratch that.......making me feel like a queen, royalty! Can't ever forget this trip to Dubai.... thank you once again! I am coming back and bringing everyone with me and I'm for sure telling everyone I know ........St Regis Dubai Downtown is Littttttt!

A little bit to far to walk for a walk to the Dubai Mall. Although it seems like its closeby, its approximately a 30 minutes walk.

The overall experience at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai was elegant and memorable. The hospitality from the moment of arrival was warm and professional. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s premium facilities, including the coffee lounge, bar, and spa, which were all exceptional in service and ambiance. The attention to detail, the calm atmosphere, and the quality of service made the stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few small delays and minor details that could be improved, but nothing that affected the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and warm – both at the reception and during breakfast. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out. For my birthday, we were generously upgraded to a better room, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. I was also greeted with lovely birthday surprises both in the room and at breakfast – such thoughtful gestures that made the day even more special. The room itself was stunning – very spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The hotel's location is also perfect for exploring Dubai, especially with the Dubai Mall just around the corner. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel – not only because of its stylish, modern design but especially thanks to its outstanding staff. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the staff. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The upgrade I received added a luxurious touch that truly elevated the entire experience. I also appreciated the calm ambiance, excellent room service, and the overall atmosphere of privacy and relaxation. The amazing staff in breakfast buffet ( the food variety and taste was amazing) the lovely restaurants available. It felt like a perfect escape within the city everything exceeded my expectations.

To my surprise, I was upgraded to the Signature King Suite with a stunning canal view, which was a delightful bonus. The luxurious service was exceptional, especially the Signature St. Regis Butler Service, which made my stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to various attractions and dining options. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return! The St. Regis Downtown Dubai will be my top choice whenever I’m in town.

-Room: The deluxe room was spacious (70m²), with a beautiful and well-organized closet space. It felt both luxurious and comfortable -Staff: The staff were very friendly and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile -Location: Less than a 10-minute drive to Dubai Mall, which was perfect for me. The area also has many nearby malls and shops, adding to the convenience -Service: One of the highlights was the complimentary steaming service—up to two pieces per person each day, which I found extremely thoughtful and useful -Hotel overall: The decor throughout the hotel is modern and elegant, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere

The location is perfect — very well situated, making it easy to get around on foot or by public transport. The room was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped – it was a real pleasure to come back to after a busy day. A big thank you to Gonçalo’s team, always available, friendly, and attentive. Their professionalism and positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to highlight the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff, whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant. Everyone was truly attentive, and it shows! I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back!
