The whole of the apartment Kalma the property manager was so calm and professional. Proximity to Burj Khalifa, the view was magnificent and proximity to the shops

The filthy lounge curtains, the long wait and delay in refunding my initial payment I have been waiting for approximately 4 weeks n still waiting for feedback about the progress of refund. The wrong address given to me of the property caused delays and one booked taxi which I had paid for in advance claimed it turned up on the property but because no access to WiFi in our apartment we missed the taxi and paid for a second taxi

Extremely close to Burj Khalifa! You get an unobstructed view of Burj from the balcony. Quite close to the Dubai mall, there is a 24hrs super market close to the apartment which is quite useful. The staff at front desk seemed polite and helpful. Javed, was brilliant, always available on phone, such a shame that we never got a chance to meet him face to face, he was always there to help and resolve any minor glitches.

Not a lot actually besides we had issues getting in and out through the barrier gate system as we were not given a key for it.. Jawad, our guest experience maker, told us that the previous guest lost it, but it really was a nuisance without the fob, as every time I had to get in I had to explain this to gateman and to make it more difficult there was a new gateman every time. Also we expected room cleaner service daily, which was not the case.

Wonderful experience living in this apartment. Jawad Malik was very nice person and very helpful. I would definitely come back to this apartment again. Anyone looking for a great affordable apartment can consider this as best option.

Everything was perfect the employees were really friendly and made us feel like home . And also the guy who made it happen and make sure everything was smooth JAWAD. Perfect location everything was near . The view was amazing also

Location was amazing, easy walk to Burj Khalifa and fountains and the mall. Awesome value for a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment with access to a swimming pool.

Beds weren't the most comfortable.

Excellent location…direct views of Burj Fountain. Easy walking distance to Dubai Mall. Very good pool. Supermarket 50m walk.

Bathrooms need to be renovated, however very spacious & functional.

Good view of the Burj Khalifa and The Fountain, place is big and it got everything we needed, good location.

Beds are big and comfortable but it makes a squeaky sound everytime you move, aircon on the main bedroom is not cold we have to leave the door open the whole time.

the location is just second to none. in the heart of the downtown Dubai. Two bedroom, two bathrooms a kitchen and a nice living room complemented with a balcony the view from which opens up to the one of the main architectural marvel of the modern day “the Burj Khalifa” and the dancing fountains beneath it, is also in a clear and up close view. Dubai mall is just 5-10 minute walking distance, grocery shops, restaurants and cafes are literally on your doorstep. Parking is also provided which is very convenient in Dubai centre. A fantastic place to explore dubai from and feel like home in the same time.

can be a little noisy on the weekends but I particularly had no issue with that. batteries in the tv remote were flat which also didn’t matter to me that much.
