The speediness of the staff to correct the bedding situation. We requested 2 separate beds in November 2023 which was confirmed. On arriving it was made as 1 bed. Looking out to the Burj Kalifa was lovely.

No separate door to the bathroom. We were 2 sisters travelling together and still like our privacy.

The location is very good, just a walk from dubai mall. The hotel feels very exclusive which is the thing I like the most. In the heart of Dubai you get a exclusive place and it doesn't feel like a very busy rushy hotel rather a very peaceful, distinctive home like environment. You get a feeling of personalised service. Plus it is surrounded by small cosy cafes.

The location of the hotel was perfect, but what truly made my stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly understanding of my late check-in and graciously offered a few extra hours for late check-out, which I deeply appreciated. The laundry service was impressively fast, and the team’s dedication to ensuring my comfort was evident throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the hotel staff for their outstanding service. A special thanks to Sandeep, Patrisha, Niyas, Yogesh, Parvej, and Srijala for understanding of my needs, and for their warm hospitality, truly appreciate it.

The rooms lacked proper soundproofing, and the room service was slower than expected.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed spending time at the courtyard cafe - a wide open, calm and pleasant space to relax. Last but not least, I would like to personally thank Ms. Naema at the front desk for her utmost professionalism and respect. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out and left a lasting impression.

Our flight arrived before 7am and we were allowed to store our luggage until our room was ready which was also very early - around 9am - so we could have a couple of hours sleep before we went out.

The price of food and drinks was quite high.

Breakfast is not as other hotels in Dubai, does not reflect price paid I was expecting more items

It was an awesome experience. Very centrally situated in downtown Dubai and 10 minutes’ walk from Burj Khalifa and 7’ from the fountains. The arabesque style, smells, music and atmosphere in this hotel transferred you to the Middle East even before you went out of the door! The view from our little balcony : amazing. The skyscrapers and on the left Burj Khalifa in lights! The room was superior about 35 m, beautifully furnished with a separate shower and a separate area for a desk and tea/coffee amenities. Flawlessly clean. The staff was amazing and kind and immediately helped us with every problem we faced. The courtyard ( bar restaurant) on the ground floor was another unique arabesque experience. After a very tiring day we couldn’t help but spend a couple of hours there. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to go back to Dubai and this beautiful hotel with the amazing staff. Thank you for everything

It is almost impossible to beat location of this hotel. For a walk or run or access to Dubai mall or nearby restaurants and stores - it the best location. Rooms are quite spacious. The hotel also offers a pool, which is nice and on the sunny side (which plays to advantage or disadvantage depending on the time of the year.

There is no spa. Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant which is in fact a separate business. I would rate it four out of five.

First i would like to start by thanking Nemaa for her cooperative help and making sure how to make her customers happy she gave us the best room with the best view !:) it was amazing and very clean i loved their services and it’s have been my favorite hotel in dubai so far and it’s like 5 min walk to dubai mall and everything is near, very comfortable and neat and calm. I recommend this to everyone coming to dubai you will enjoy your stay and its worth every penny!
