Strategic location, opposite burj khalifa and mall of dubai. Very comfy beds. Our meet and greet prople, Mr.Kalma annd Mr.Kevin were very nice, their responses were prompt, they helped us check in early and also helpd us load our bags when we checked out. Both of them we very kind and helpful gentlemen!

Lighting everywhere in unit was too dim. There was no dust pan provided although there was a broom. The access card provided never worked all throughout our stay though security revalidated it.

Loved that it was close to everything and an easy walk to grocery (literally across the street), so many restaurants, Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa. Gorgeous city views from the terrace.

Nothing we didn’t like. would’ve liked instructions on operating the washer/dryer.

The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking both at night and at sunset, just grab some food along with your friends and you will have best time ever on this balcony staring at the fountain show. Convinient placed at a walking distance from Burj Khalifa & the Mall where there are lots of restaurants/clubs etc nearby. Overall a very spacious room which covers every need.

The location is marvellous as in front of Burj Khalifa and the Fountains.

walkable to burj and mall. Has large balcony with chairs and full view of Burj and fountains. Apartment was clean. Host was in contact all the time.

Parking and building access was not working on arrival which should be managed well in advance.

Location was great, and the view from terrace of apt. #3305 was awesome 👌 . Very supportive personnel (Mr. Khalid was fast in replying to the messages and calls). The most recommended one.

No separate guest's toilet and one of the bathrooms was smaller.
