The hotel was beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the food - the breakfast was always delicious and there was plenty of choice, and the Bombay brasserie served some of the best Indian food we have ever had. We had booked a partial view burj khalifa view and the view was excellent, we watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room

The only slight downside is that whilst the hotel looks close to the Dubai Mall and Burj khalifa, it wasn’t very easy or quick to walk there (no direct route), it was about a 25 minute walk. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Dubai mall

We loved absolutely everything about Taj Dubai. I wish we could stay there longer. Location is great, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (you can see it from your hotel room). It's only a few minutes taxi ride, perhaps even walkable but it was too hot. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so many varieties. We didn't get a chance to use spa or pool as only stayed there for one day, but otherwise very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Our stay at Taj Dubai was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning view from our room. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch hospitality and creating a welcoming ambience throughout our stay. The shuttle service to Dubai Mall was a fantastic convenience that made our exploration of the city so much easier. We appreciated the ease of transportation and the timely service provided. The dining experiences at Taj Dubai were truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and we couldn't resist indulging in the mouthwatering Mysore Masala dosa - the best we've ever had! Bombay Brassiere also stood out, offering excellent food quality, taste, and attentive service. We would like to give a special shoutout to Bharat Kalpasi for his exceptional service and attention to detail. Usha and Jaideep also deserve recognition for their warm and helpful assistance during our morning breakfasts. They were always welcoming and ready to assist. Pooja also made our dining experiences memorable. We had a fantastic time at the Treehouse as well. The ambiance and service were excellent, creating a delightful dining experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the attention and care shown towards our 5-year-old son by Bharat, Jaideep, Usha, and Pooja. They went above and beyond to make him feel special and ensured his needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, our stay at Taj Dubai was incredible, with breathtaking views, exceptional staff, and outstanding dining experiences. It would have been a perfect 5-star rating if not for our disappointing encounter at Miss Tess. Nonetheless, we highly recommend Taj Dubai for its exceptional service and memorable experiences. Thank you, Taj Dubai, for making our trip unforgettable!

We must mention our disappointing experience at Miss Tess - the Asian restaurant. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality from the reception to the wait staff. Even basic questions were met with short and unengaging responses. We even encountered an eye roll and a rude answer when we asked for directions to the Treehouse on a previous occasion. Despite this, we must commend the two performers of the night at Tesoro who were absolutely fantastic. They interacted with the kids and were engaging, adding a wonderful touch to our dining experience. We were told that kids under 12 eat free. However, in-room dining and all the other restaurants (except Bombay Brassiere) charged us for our kids' meals.

This isn't a typical hotel; this is your second family. I have never laughed and cried at a hotel as I did here. The staff treats you like a family member, ensuring you enjoy every second. Everything is perfect, from the cleaning to the team and the food. There is nothing that I can complain about. They have spoiled my family and me with their love and care. I want to thank Hemant, Pooja, Shubham, Soumaya, Navil, Puja, Jaideep, Sandeep, Meghanath, Navin, Nilanjan, Siddhant, Tushar, Usha, Anil, Ahmad, Donald, Marwan and John. They made it a bit more special. Thank you for being fantastic people; my girls miss you already <3

We stayed too short and didn't know about this fantastic place until now. It makes you addicted to their warmth.

This was the most luxurious hotel you could wish for. From the moment of arrival, we were treated royally. Our luggage was taken care of, we were given beverages and a blessing, and checked in quickly, despite our early arrival. Experiences in this hotel were intended to make the guests' stay special. The service was amazing and the staff couldn't have done more for us. Astha, who was our breakfast waitress, was so friendly and informative. The breakfast itself was the best we have had in any hotel, and we tried lots of different foods over the course of the week. The rooms were spotless and the bedroom service and cleaning was flawless. The air conditioning was easy to set to our preferred temperature and there was a shower and separate bath which, in sweaty weather, was great. We visited the various restaurants in the hotel over the week and had great service and food. Our waiters, Bhagwan in the Meda tapas bar and the waiters and hostess in the Treehouse deserve special mention, but everyone on staff did all they could to make our stay memorable.

This was an impeccable experience, no complaints or suggestions.

We stayed at the Taj Dubai for my wife's birthday. It is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, tidy, all fittings sparkling and working, the room was quite spacious and the views amazing. The location is really good, being walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and an easy taxi ride to The Frame. We had an initial issue the first night due to something in the room triggering allergies, despite the fact it was late at night, the staff were super helpful and bent over backwards to assist. They even moved us to a new room for the night and then re-roomed us the following day to ensure everything was ok. We joined the Taj Lounge where the treatment stepped up even more. Jaideep, and Shange, working with Khevana provided an absolute first class service for us. Jaideep's cocktails are truly a work of art! I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. A true five star destination, that we will surely visit again.

The signature Taj hospitality, the frequent room-makeup service. The food on 3rd (Tesoro) and fourth floor (Bombay brassiere). The ever helpful and cheerful staff right from Mr. Gurwinder Singh and the gates to Ms. Mansi on the reception everyone at Taj Dubai is exceptionally delightful.

Paying an extra amount around 1000, which was not mentioned in booking.com I thought the price included all VAT but around 25% was not mentioned at all

Literally everyone we met were outstanding and this is why we always love staying at a Taj property. We arrived around 930am after a very long international flight. Although we never expected a room we were pleased with the arrival staff who led us to the wellness center where they provided us with everything needed to freshen up and made bookings for us to enjoy a superb breakfast next door. By 1030am they had a room ready with an upgrade and moved the bags as well. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed many meals and our highlight was meeting the chefs at all the restaurants who were so warm and inviting. They made our nostalgic Indian favorites that weren’t even in the menu : wow! The spa was great too. Shuttle to Dubai mall was convenient. The concierge was outstanding and they helped us with everything.. from offering to take our shopping bags when we were tired to ensuring our laundry was done to planning our meals.

The restaurant decor didn’t feel like 5 star or like the Taj properties in India. There was a travel desk that sold us a terrible desert safari morning tour on an expensive private tour that was terrible and none of the activities were offered. Royal tours or something like that..Tacky, Terrible waste of money, misleading and no communication: we trusted since they had a desk in the hotel! what a waste of time!
