The hotel was beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the food - the breakfast was always delicious and there was plenty of choice, and the Bombay brasserie served some of the best Indian food we have ever had. We had booked a partial view burj khalifa view and the view was excellent, we watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room

The only slight downside is that whilst the hotel looks close to the Dubai Mall and Burj khalifa, it wasn’t very easy or quick to walk there (no direct route), it was about a 25 minute walk. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Dubai mall

The Taj Dubai feels like a second home. What makes it so is the true caring and hospitality of the staff. Whether it is at check in, in the breakfast room, at the club level high tea/cocktails or the room service team - they go above and beyond. You feel happy and cared for! The breakfasts are a feast - there is every kind of cuisine you can think of - American, British, Indian, Asian, middle eastern with eggs or other dishes to order a la carte. Fresh juices, fruits, and the list goes on!

I love the hotel and would return if I went to Dubai again. However it is getting a little dated. Our first suite had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and we were moved to a larger suite thanks for the General Manager. However there was a leak in the shower door and water kept coming out over the bathroom floor. We had to put extra towels on the floor to soak up the water. We could live with it as we didn’t want to move again and the fix would take some time as the door needed new sealing. So some updates and maintenance are required. This was the only drawback.

We loved absolutely everything about Taj Dubai. I wish we could stay there longer. Location is great, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (you can see it from your hotel room). It's only a few minutes taxi ride, perhaps even walkable but it was too hot. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so many varieties. We didn't get a chance to use spa or pool as only stayed there for one day, but otherwise very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

We spent 6 days on vacation in Dubai, and our stay at the Taj Dubai was simply wonderful. The hotel met all our expectations — the breakfast was extremely varied and delicious, with options for every taste. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer an amazing view that made every moment even more special. What impressed us the most was the hospitality: all the staff were always polite, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We are very grateful for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was centrally located, pretty close to the Dubai Mall and downtown area. The best thing about the Taj, is it's staff, I have never witnessed such a sweet and courteous staff before, right from Ms Loubnah at the check-in, to Sahil, Htet and Michael with room service and Siddique, Varun, Flora and Ritika at the breakfast section. The Taj should ensure that such staff members are not poached by other hotels, they are really really good. The breakfast selection was also really good, with a wide variety of stuff available in buffet and a lot more stuff they make on order. Overall i had a great experience.

Our stay at Taj Dubai was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning view from our room. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch hospitality and creating a welcoming ambience throughout our stay. The shuttle service to Dubai Mall was a fantastic convenience that made our exploration of the city so much easier. We appreciated the ease of transportation and the timely service provided. The dining experiences at Taj Dubai were truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and we couldn't resist indulging in the mouthwatering Mysore Masala dosa - the best we've ever had! Bombay Brassiere also stood out, offering excellent food quality, taste, and attentive service. We would like to give a special shoutout to Bharat Kalpasi for his exceptional service and attention to detail. Usha and Jaideep also deserve recognition for their warm and helpful assistance during our morning breakfasts. They were always welcoming and ready to assist. Pooja also made our dining experiences memorable. We had a fantastic time at the Treehouse as well. The ambiance and service were excellent, creating a delightful dining experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the attention and care shown towards our 5-year-old son by Bharat, Jaideep, Usha, and Pooja. They went above and beyond to make him feel special and ensured his needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, our stay at Taj Dubai was incredible, with breathtaking views, exceptional staff, and outstanding dining experiences. It would have been a perfect 5-star rating if not for our disappointing encounter at Miss Tess. Nonetheless, we highly recommend Taj Dubai for its exceptional service and memorable experiences. We must mention our disappointing experience at Miss Tess - the Asian restaurant. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality from the reception to the wait staff. Even basic questions were met with short and unengaging responses. We even encountered an eye roll and a rude answer when we asked for directions to the Treehouse on a previous occasion. Despite this, we must commend the two performers of the night at Tesoro who were absolutely fantastic. They interacted with the kids and were engaging, adding a wonderful touch to our dining experience. We were told that kids under 12 eat free. However, in-room dining and all the other restaurants (except Bombay Brassiere) charged us for our kids' meals.

Our experience at Taj Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The breakfast was a standout highlight—rich, diverse, and absolutely delicious, with options to suit every palate. A special mention goes to the young Manager at breakfast (whose name I sadly forgot), who went above and beyond. He not only made thoughtful food recommendations but also warmly thanked us for choosing the hotel and even requested a photo with his team as a lovely gesture of appreciation. The location is perfect, with easy access to many of Dubai’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views, which made every moment even more special. We stayed for three nights, and every detail was well thought out and refined. Following our stay at Taj, we moved to another highly-rated hotel—Kempinski at Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, the experience there didn't come close to what we had just enjoyed. While the rates were significantly higher, the rooms felt dated and cramped, the food quality was underwhelming, and the overall hospitality lacked the warmth and attentiveness we had come to appreciate at Taj. We quickly found ourselves missing the comfort, service, and elegance of Taj Dubai—and honestly wished we had continued our stay there instead. What truly sets Taj apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We were made to feel like truly valued guests from the moment we arrived. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Taj Dubai for making our vacation so memorable. We will most certainly return—and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and heartfelt experience in Dubai.

This isn't a typical hotel; this is your second family. I have never laughed and cried at a hotel as I did here. The staff treats you like a family member, ensuring you enjoy every second. Everything is perfect, from the cleaning to the team and the food. There is nothing that I can complain about. They have spoiled my family and me with their love and care. I want to thank Hemant, Pooja, Shubham, Soumaya, Navil, Puja, Jaideep, Sandeep, Meghanath, Navin, Nilanjan, Siddhant, Tushar, Usha, Anil, Ahmad, Donald, Marwan and John. They made it a bit more special. Thank you for being fantastic people; my girls miss you already <3

We stayed too short and didn't know about this fantastic place until now. It makes you addicted to their warmth.

This was the most luxurious hotel you could wish for. From the moment of arrival, we were treated royally. Our luggage was taken care of, we were given beverages and a blessing, and checked in quickly, despite our early arrival. Experiences in this hotel were intended to make the guests' stay special. The service was amazing and the staff couldn't have done more for us. Astha, who was our breakfast waitress, was so friendly and informative. The breakfast itself was the best we have had in any hotel, and we tried lots of different foods over the course of the week. The rooms were spotless and the bedroom service and cleaning was flawless. The air conditioning was easy to set to our preferred temperature and there was a shower and separate bath which, in sweaty weather, was great. We visited the various restaurants in the hotel over the week and had great service and food. Our waiters, Bhagwan in the Meda tapas bar and the waiters and hostess in the Treehouse deserve special mention, but everyone on staff did all they could to make our stay memorable.

This was an impeccable experience, no complaints or suggestions.

We stayed at the Taj Dubai for my wife's birthday. It is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, tidy, all fittings sparkling and working, the room was quite spacious and the views amazing. The location is really good, being walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and an easy taxi ride to The Frame. We had an initial issue the first night due to something in the room triggering allergies, despite the fact it was late at night, the staff were super helpful and bent over backwards to assist. They even moved us to a new room for the night and then re-roomed us the following day to ensure everything was ok. We joined the Taj Lounge where the treatment stepped up even more. Jaideep, and Shange, working with Khevana provided an absolute first class service for us. Jaideep's cocktails are truly a work of art! I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. A true five star destination, that we will surely visit again.
