The hotel was beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the food - the breakfast was always delicious and there was plenty of choice, and the Bombay brasserie served some of the best Indian food we have ever had. We had booked a partial view burj khalifa view and the view was excellent, we watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room

The only slight downside is that whilst the hotel looks close to the Dubai Mall and Burj khalifa, it wasn’t very easy or quick to walk there (no direct route), it was about a 25 minute walk. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Dubai mall

The room was very spacious and luxurious and the bedding sheets and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom is beautiful, and the rain shower powerful. The amenities are delightful (only wish we could still take some home like the last time I visited). The breakfast was beyond delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful. I couldn't have enjoyed the hotel anymore. The fire and roses ceremony offered is a sweet touch, and the candles by the elevators at night, so romantic!! These are only a few of the reasons I returned to the Taj Dubai, and will return again the next time I'm in Dubai!!

Nothing really, but because of my allergies, the artificial air freshener in the lobby seems overpowering and I could only stay there for short periods of time before having to go outside for fresh air.

Very, very nice rooms. Super spacious. Very comfy bed. Nice view on the Burj Khalifa. Taxy always there waiting for you to pick up. Hotel staff was always helpful getting one booked and they always coming up with information about the maximum price that should be paid for that trip - nice thing, especially for those who had never been in that town.

Breakfast - if you like Indian cuisine - that's the place to go. Very rich selection of indian meals. As I not the fan of it, not my taste, I need to admit that I have seen my colleagues eating with the smile on their faces. I wish I could get something intercontinental at the same time.

The Taj Dubai feels like a second home. What makes it so is the true caring and hospitality of the staff. Whether it is at check in, in the breakfast room, at the club level high tea/cocktails or the room service team - they go above and beyond. You feel happy and cared for! The breakfasts are a feast - there is every kind of cuisine you can think of - American, British, Indian, Asian, middle eastern with eggs or other dishes to order a la carte. Fresh juices, fruits, and the list goes on!

I love the hotel and would return if I went to Dubai again. However it is getting a little dated. Our first suite had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and we were moved to a larger suite thanks for the General Manager. However there was a leak in the shower door and water kept coming out over the bathroom floor. We had to put extra towels on the floor to soak up the water. We could live with it as we didn’t want to move again and the fix would take some time as the door needed new sealing. So some updates and maintenance are required. This was the only drawback.

We spent 6 days on vacation in Dubai, and our stay at the Taj Dubai was simply wonderful. The hotel met all our expectations — the breakfast was extremely varied and delicious, with options for every taste. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer an amazing view that made every moment even more special. What impressed us the most was the hospitality: all the staff were always polite, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We are very grateful for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!

Taj Dubai is a nice stay , the breakfast staff are very good. The rooms were clean and spacious .

On our first day of the stay we were disturbed by the loud music noise , although we were staying on the 12th floor. We informed the receptionist , who kindly helped us to move to a higher floor room which was quiet and we had a peaceful stay after this incident . My advice will be for the hotel to have a sound proof windows .

We loved absolutely everything about Taj Dubai. I wish we could stay there longer. Location is great, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (you can see it from your hotel room). It's only a few minutes taxi ride, perhaps even walkable but it was too hot. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so many varieties. We didn't get a chance to use spa or pool as only stayed there for one day, but otherwise very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived at Taj Dubai, the service was outstanding. A special thanks goes to Kirti at the reception, who welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She made check-in effortless, provided excellent recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out. The Indian restaurant at the hotel is an absolute must-visit. The flavors, presentation, and service were all exceptional — easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt both luxurious and comfortable. Pool area could be improved

The hotel was centrally located, pretty close to the Dubai Mall and downtown area. The best thing about the Taj, is it's staff, I have never witnessed such a sweet and courteous staff before, right from Ms Loubnah at the check-in, to Sahil, Htet and Michael with room service and Siddique, Varun, Flora and Ritika at the breakfast section. The Taj should ensure that such staff members are not poached by other hotels, they are really really good. The breakfast selection was also really good, with a wide variety of stuff available in buffet and a lot more stuff they make on order. Overall i had a great experience.

Our experience at Taj Dubai was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The breakfast was a standout highlight—rich, diverse, and absolutely delicious, with options to suit every palate. A special mention goes to the young Manager at breakfast (whose name I sadly forgot), who went above and beyond. He not only made thoughtful food recommendations but also warmly thanked us for choosing the hotel and even requested a photo with his team as a lovely gesture of appreciation. The location is perfect, with easy access to many of Dubai’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views, which made every moment even more special. We stayed for three nights, and every detail was well thought out and refined. Following our stay at Taj, we moved to another highly-rated hotel—Kempinski at Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, the experience there didn't come close to what we had just enjoyed. While the rates were significantly higher, the rooms felt dated and cramped, the food quality was underwhelming, and the overall hospitality lacked the warmth and attentiveness we had come to appreciate at Taj. We quickly found ourselves missing the comfort, service, and elegance of Taj Dubai—and honestly wished we had continued our stay there instead. What truly sets Taj apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We were made to feel like truly valued guests from the moment we arrived. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Taj Dubai for making our vacation so memorable. We will most certainly return—and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and heartfelt experience in Dubai.
