Property needs updating. Stayed here in 2021 was amazing now it seems over used. A little refurbishment would help.

The view of Burj Khalifa was exceptional! the location is very good, the apartment is spacious.

The facilities are a bit old and rickety. The cleaning wasn’t the best, one of the bathrooms had some of what appeared to be blood stains and another one was leaking water from the roof. Also, there was exposed wires on some rooms.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was seamless and welcoming. Mohammed ensured our check-in was smooth and stress-free, even accommodating our early flight with such ease. It was the perfect start to an unforgettable stay. Stepping into our apartment, we were delighted by the spacious and luxurious setup. With two lounge areas, a separate dining area, two bathrooms, and three toilets, the layout was ideal for our family of five, providing everyone with plenty of room and comfort. The front-row view of the iconic Burj Khalifa, sprawling mall, beautifully manicured gardens, and the captivating fountain show added a magical touch. By day, the view was stunning, but by night, it transformed into something truly enchanting. When the lights illuminated the skyline, we found ourselves staying up just to take it all in. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. A supermarket right outside our entrance made it easy to prepare a few meals and enjoy cozy dinners in. Plus, with a fantastic selection of nearby restaurants and taxis available right out front, exploring the area was effortless. The balcony was a wonderful bonus, where we enjoyed breakfast with a view in the morning and drinks in the evening, capturing some glamorous photos to remember our stay. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. We truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality and the attention to detail that made our time there so memorable. Excellent organisation host came within 5 minutes to take us to property and was very helpful and understanding. Excellent location and view on 1st expression.

It is not hotel apartment but residence, so reception does not belong to host. Our arrival was not updated in their system. got bit difficulty in check in but our host was very helpful and resolved issue immediately.

Location is spectacular with view of Burj Khalifa. We were enjoying the Burj Khalifa water show. You can easly to Dubai Mall, Mohd bin Rashid Boulevard, Opera and Burj Khalifa. Mr.Ryan (from Philippine) was so kind. He explained to us everything in the apartment and the services. He was answering all questions at any time.

Minor Maintenance is required for the apartment. There is no sleeping lights in all room. You have also to pay DHM 2000 for security deposit. WiFi was not reaching in the middle room. Nearby residents Cooking smells was reaching to our apartment, that was annoying us.

Location could not have been better. The Burj and fountain shows were in full view!!! The layout is large and the decor is very beautiful! There are a lot of things to do within walking distance, very easy access to everywhere. Parking passes are available. If we go back, we would definitely stay here with this owner again!!!! Upon arrival, the front desk security was less than helpful. They expect you to already know everything, as if you live there. I would never let this negatively affect my review because it is not the rental owner it is the building. Just make sure you send your passport pictures to the owner and have everything ready upon arrival.

Excellent location and responsive, friendly staff. Christopher was quite helpful and so was Fatima in assisting us with an early check in and a smooth check out process. Christopher was especially outstanding, promptly responding to requests at any time.

The kitchen set up seemed a bit dated and not quite like the pictures. But it was still well equipped and well stocked in terms of crockery, cutlery, and appliances

I like the veiw the most... From the apartment I can see burj Khalifa and dancing fountain... There is a balcony to sit and enjoy. The apartment is big.. It has two connecting room of a king bed and 2 twin beds. Also there is one master room. It has 2 living room and one has smart TV. 4 bathrooms. Lunderyroom and kitchen. Free wifi. nespresso machine. Clean comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully equipped with tools
