Most of all the staff was super friendly - especially a man named "Bilal" in the cafe went above and beyond in friendly helpful service that made me love my stay there. The front desk staff were also nice and let me check in early when a room became available, the concierge and the rest of the cafe staff were helpful as was the hotel taxi driver. It was also nice having a spacious apartment vs just a small hotel room, great location just around 4 minutes walk from the business bay metro station and also bike rentals there.

Only thing that would have made it even better is if I could have gotten a room facing away from the freeway noise so if you are a light sleeper like me, would request that although it wasn't too bad and mostly covered by my ear plugs and the soft sound of the AC.

The room size exceeded expectations. We booked it for the washing machine as were in the middle of a long trip and needed to wash our clothes. The pool was OK but it was overlooked by building and located in an adjacent building. It did not worry us, but it might have concerned some of us.

Taxis in Dubai is a nightmare. Asked concierge to book a taxi for us and none arrived. I felt it was never booked and we then had to take the hotel taxi at double the price. I really, really don't like Dubai and only stayed because of connecting flights. So this may colour my review. Some of the appliances were a bit old, and we had to go out and find some washing detergent. Not the end of the world

Nice hotel , with good location right next to the metro station. Facilities are good rooms are spacious. The pool is in the roof of garage rigt next to the hotel , so to get there you must make a small trip, but the good thing is that garage connected with main the building with gallery and you don't need to go outside to get there. Balcony (at least from the side where the garage is) is dusty because of the construction site next door. And if you plan to sit outside, you will not be able to stay clean afterwards. For us the hotel was suitable and totally fulfilled our demands. Two best things were having a washing machine in the room wich is a must when you travel with kids, and a beautiful view from the window. Room service also was great 👍 One downside the breakfast is overpriced, usually in the morning people do not eat much maybe couple of eggs or a sandwich with coffee. We stayed for quite a long time and the breakfast price for that time was around 600 eur in total for 3 persons wich is nonsense. Anyhow our room had a beautiful fully equipped kitchen where we made breakfast ourselves, saving a ton of money.

The hotel and its location are wonderful — within walking distance to the metro station, several supermarkets nearby, and a pharmacy as well. You can also walk to the downtown with Burj Khalifa, which is not far at all. Shuttle minibusses run daily from the hotel to the wonderful Jumeirah Public Beach we visited and back to the Dubai Mall. There's also such a spread of hotel prices around the city. So when I was looking for a hotel, I was constantly surprised, so I chose the City Premiere Hotel. Plus, we also had the room level raised for free upon check-in. Thanks for this! Large living room, a kitchen, separate bedroom, two bathrooms (one with bath, the other smaller, at the entrance). With the balcony (however, it was closed, and a sofa blocked the entrance to; there was a sign that due to high humidity, please do not open the windows). The window opened in the bedroom, and sometimes I let in fresh air at night, fortunately, at the end of March it was still not particularly humid and not at all dusty. It was on the twelfth floor. By the way, the hotel has a gym and a swimming pool in the next building, where you need to go through a short gallery from the fifth floor. This is by no means a problem. Breakfasts are very nice, and the personal is amazing!

The location is perfect - the metro station is just in front of the hotel. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, with a lot of amenities. Personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Some of the equipment was a bit old and damaged. The TV didn't work properly and the entrance to the balcony was broken. Some of the kitchen equipment did not work properly.

The staff was very kind and offered me an upgrade to a better appartment as my flight arrived early in the morning before the check in. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and the view was fantastic. Taxis available at any time. Also, it is in the center close to the main landmarks and walking distance from metro station. Overall a very good choice.

Everything was good nothing to complaint. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly too. Maybe i wish to be able to open the doors to access the balcony but i understand the weather can get very hot and i never requested anyway.

Room was very big with complete amenities with its own kitchen and LG washer & dryer which we used on a daily basis. The bed was big and comfy. The bathrooms were nice with great water pressure for hot/cold shower. Lots of closet space with hangers included. Everything was more than I expected and my family was very satisfied with our 9 nights stay. Location was perfect with the business bay metro station very near the hotel (like 3 mins walk). There were 2 supermarkets next to the hotel so it was also very convenient. Nearest mall was Dubai mall, also accessible by metro or taxi.

The bathroom glass enclosure/ door in the shower area did not prevent water from spilling on to the bathroom floor, making a big puddle after each shower. A plain shower curtain would have prevented this.

Loved the room, the gym and the swimming pool. The Wifi was great...this is something I was worried about (travelling for work) I stayed here for 6 weeks and the Wifi was fantastic. (5th floor)

The food in the restaurant could have been better. It was ok but not super fresh.

Always a pleasure and comfort to stay at City premier. Any visit to Dubai this hotel is our only preferred for family. Comfort is good, location is perfect and facilities are good. Have stayed here numerous times. And will stay again if visit Dubai.

Very warm and helpful staff. Always eager to help. Local tips on shopping and places to visit highly appreciated. Very ideal location for families coming to visit Dubai for the first time-near most of the main attractions. Easiest checkout process we have ever experienced. We recommend the apartments for families-with the kitchenette and separate living area, they are a home away from home. Also, use the hotel recommended taxis for fixed transportation rates and friendly drivers.

Visit Dubai during the cooler months. August was hot in the afternoon outside!
