Nice spacious rooms, great view, lovely bathrooms, good breakfast.

Staff , specifically Vineet did not assist with luggage during check out despite cab reaching. Neither did he bother locating our luggage which was in Concierge nor did he bother answering or assist in getting a taxi. Rude & only interested in White European guests. Other staff was okay but not overly helpful, they were average. Housekeeping staff & room service was good. Reception staff below average.

We stayed for 8 days in this hotel - so it is might be different when you stay for max 2-3 nights. The breakfast/lunch/dinner was good, but other 5star hotels with reasonable price has the same or maybe better choice. So the variety of the food could be improved. But the quality of the food was great and everything was tasty. The service was also great, all the waiters were very kind and helpful and when we had an extra wish for the children, they were happy to please. Our favourite waiter was Wahab, and we also like the other guy (short) from India, we were very happy with their service. We stayed in the 11th floor, the room was big enough even for 4 of us. We got an extra bed for free of charge. The cleaning was very good when a guy named Yan did our room. We also used the room service it was quick and the food was good. We visited the pool everyday. Even though it is a small pool, it was only some hours when it was crowded, otherwise sometimes there were only us. The pool stafff (waiters, lifeguards) was also kind, food was good at the pool restaurant as well. We had a rental car which they valet parked for us for free. They took the car out always fast, so we were satisfied with it as well. The location of course is really good, just 5-10 minutes walk from Dubai Mall.

Our stay was very nice. The location of the hotel is amazing — very close to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful, big thanks for the early check in and late check out opportunities. Another big plus was the daily complimentary shuttle bus to and from Dubai mall — super comfortable. Breakfast was nice as well, with a range of pastries, eggs, drinks. A lot of people talk about construction noise in the reviews, but while our room was indeed facing the construction side — we didn’t hear any noise at night. We were on floor 13.

The staff, location and hotel facilities were all excellent. The food in the restaurants was delicious, and there was a great selection of items by the pool. They also made a huge fuss of our little boy who had just had a birthday and was visiting Dubai for the first time. The creek in Business Bay is also a great area for walks, good restaurants and easy access to downtown Dubai, the Mall and Burj Khalifa. For the price, we couldn't have asked for better.

The construction noise from surrounding building works was, at times, unbearable. We had to ask for ear plugs as the work happened throughout the night! This did affect our sleep, but was no fault of the hotel.

Lovely room and staff, fantastic choice at breakfast and very comfortable. Mini bus to mall and beach was handy. Huge choice for breakfast and accommodated requests as well.

We paid extra for a balcony - but would have liked to have had the heads up there is major construction obscuring the view and very noisy when you open the doors. We were out most of the time so not a big issue but wouldn’t have paid the extra if we’d known.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was also very good, there is also a shuttle in the morning to the Mall of Dubai that’s very helpful

The hotel is in a location near heavy traffic and construction in the block next to the building is going on 24/7 was noisy

The staff were very kind and professional, the room was comfortable and spacious.

The TV, the blow dryer and the wifi did not work properly. There is noise at night due to construction nearby.

Wonderful Hotel Experience! 1. Staff Attitude: The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted even during check-out by carrying the luggage to the car. The reception team is fantastic, always ready to help with any questions and providing excellent, professional service. 2. Room Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The room was very clean with regular daily housekeeping. Room service is excellent and responsive to any needs, available 24/7. Just dialing (0) ensures quick and efficient service. 3. Room Amenities: The room is spacious with a large bed and a roomy sitting area that includes a comfortable sofa and chair facing the TV. It also features an iron with an ironing board, an electric kettle for coffee and tea, and daily replenishment of 3 to 5 small water bottles for added convenience. 4. Bathroom Amenities: The bathroom is well-equipped with dental kits (toothbrush and toothpaste), a comb, a shaving kit with cream, personal care items (cotton swabs, cotton pads, nail file, and shower cap), tissues, body lotion, hand soap, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and even a weighing scale. 5. Comfort & Quiet: The room is well soundproofed, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay. 6. Check-in & Check-out Experience: Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick, with no delays. 7. Temperature Control: The room’s temperature can be easily adjusted using a modern, efficient air conditioning system. 8. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was simple with limited variety, but the restaurant service was excellent, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. 9. Parking System: Valet parking is available where you hand over your car at the entrance, and the staff park it for you. Upon departure, you collect your car from the parking area. Refreshments like juices, water, and sweets are provided while waiting for your car. --

Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Internet Service: The Wi-Fi is not fast and requires daily reconnection due to hotel policy, allowing access for only one day at a time. This can be inconvenient, especially since the network doesn’t require a password but frequently disconnects. 2. Location & View: While the hotel offers a view of Burj Khalifa, it’s not a direct view as some buildings partially obstruct it. Although geographically close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, driving there takes about 15 minutes, and with navigation errors, the trip can extend to 30 minutes or more. 3. Furniture Details: There’s a table in the middle of the room near the sofa, with legs that stick out slightly, posing a minor tripping hazard. I had to move it aside for easier movement.
