The host lady whom we talk to was very kind. We arrived earlier than our check in time. The lady was very kind enough to find us a room at the earliest possible. She kept us updated during the whole stay and was helpful. Not so near to Burj Khalifa yet not so far either. A nice view from the balcony. The apartment was very well equipped. Despite the humidity during summer season, the room was cleaned. Garbage room on the same floor too. Dubai Mall & Mall of Emirates not far either. Bus stop & taxi accessible. A supermarket at low prices accessible.

The security guy who was a little sceptical to us upon our arrival. Not very kind. Not really helpful. Even when we left earlier than our checkout time. Sewage odour that keeps lingering in the room everyday from time to time, more at night when we sleep. Access to swimming pool closed. Yet we received a welcoming message on the same week upon our arrival but no mention of the unavailability of the swimming pool. If i have known earlier, I would have book elsewhere cause this booking included access to swimming pool and access to Gym. We were much disappointed about it cause for a mostly two weeks vacation, we opt for a stay with access to the pool only to find out upon our arrival that it was closed.

The location was excellent, middle of business bay. All areas of Dubai are easy to reach from there. The amenities were quite good as well, fridge, cooker, washing machine. The view is stunning from the balcony! Relatively quiet in the apartment as well. Excellent value for money!

The water pressure was low in the shower sometimes reduced to just dripping. Also, the property didn’t have many kitchen utensils and pans/pots, all in quite a bad condition as well. Dishwasher would have been nice to have. No basic kitchen supplies there like salt, pepper, dish soap, etc. No cleaning included in the price and there is no mop/bucket, no broom or dustpan so you have to pay for cleaning even if you could do it yourself.

Mr. Hussain is so helpful in upgrading the room if there was availability. If there is chance of late check out. He helps always. The view is fantastic.

Cleaning the room is chargeable. They charge 100 dirhams now. Sometimes they do it for free, it depends on the mood of hotel management. Hotel should clean the room next day, all other hotels clean it for free. They should provide towels for shower, there wasn’t any.

Good location and spectacular view. Great thing was the swimming pool located outside the building and the gym.

It was almost a perfect 10!. Generously sized, full apartment. I'm traveling for an extended period of time, so it was great to be able to do all my laundry in the apartment. Very comfortable bed. Amazing views!!!. The Burj Khalifa and the water look beautiful from the balconies. Everything you need is in the room. I used the pool, which was also nice, and there's a convenience store just below the building. Great value for money. I'd stay again.

The only thing that would have made it perfect, would be having some restaurants and shopping within close proximity. I was able to catch taxis quickly and easily just outside though.

The checking is a problem.... you have to wait for someone to come from a other location... if you have a tight schedule it may be a holdup... bit the staff are really helpful and friendly

Great location with Burg views and on the canal with great restaurant in the base of the building. Easy to get downtown by taxi. Host is very helpful as located within the building, so fast to respond to any issues. Its a very functional building and room. Good size TV and bed. The host allowed my son to stop over for a week at no extra charge, providing bedding but no pillows ! There is a lovely pool open 8-8 again with great views, plus its heated at night. Gym also open 24hrs

What spoilt it just a bit was that there were no wine glasses, no cleaning equipment for floors et, no hoover. The host did provide cleaning equipment if you asked, but would then collect it again 20 mins later. Apart from this aspect we had a good stay. Bear in mind we were there for 3 weeks not 2 nights.

As many others have mentioned, the bathroom needs renovation Small shower area. The water goes everywhere and the strong smell from the bathroom can really throw you off as you enter

The room was very clean and an amazing view of the city.

Since we arrived very early, We informed that we are planning to leave our bags at the reception. However, the building security/reception didn't know about our arrival. We had to message the owner and he had to come and collect our bags. Our bags were taken to a different building and later brought to our room when we checked in. It would have been great if this was communicated to us in advance.
