From the moment we arrived at The First Collection, we were treated like royalty. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. The lobby exuded elegance, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Our room was nothing short of spectacular—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The plush bedding, breathtaking views, and high-end amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning sunrise, and the turn-down service at night added a touch of luxury. The hotel's facilities were world-class. The pool was a serene oasis, the spa offered the most relaxing treatments, and the gym was well-equipped. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight, with gourmet dishes prepared to perfection and a wine selection that complemented the experience. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, featuring a variety of fresh, delicious options. What truly set The First Collection apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to go above and beyond to make our stay special. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference.

There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Everything was clean and cool. We gad great time.

We came early before check in time, they had empty room but they took from us 100$ more to entire the room before check in time. I already sent the mail and text an information about comşng early from Turkey and they said they will help about it. No one said about extra payment.

We had an amazing time at the First Collection Business Bay hotel. Everything was as advertised, if not better. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, and anything that you could need (bathrobes, bath products, hair dryer, iron, tea kettle and coffee and so much more). Although we had the city view room, we could still see the Burj Khalifa through our window, it was just a little bit to the side. Everything is clean and in good shape, and cleaning is done daily. The pool area is great, with a Burj Khalifa view, but it is in the shade most of the day - which can be a good or bad thing, depending on the day. It was very helpful to have shuttle buses to the Jumeirah Palm and Burj Khalifa, and there were always taxis in front of the hotel ready to take you anywhere for a very reasonable price. Before booking, we saw that some people had some issues with the food, but our experience was amazing - the breakfast buffet had many different options. The offer is the same every day, but you can choose between different types of eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, salads, pastries, cereal, dips, even some perhaps more lunch foods - even after five days I didn't manage to try everything I wanted to. Especially enjoyable are fresh cooked omelette and crepes that you can get every day. Also regarding the food, our big recommendation is to get the half board. Dinner options are even better than breakfast. Every day you could choose to visit one of three restaurants in the hotel. One of which is buffet style (and every day you have a different theme, such as BBQ, Italian Food, International Food...), and at the other two you get a menu you can choose from, including a appetizer, main course and dessert. You can visit all these restaurant without having a half board option, but you will save a lot of money this way. Especially we recommend the Aaliya Lounge, which had lovely music and was a great place to be at night.

The only slightly negative experience was when we got an incorrect information about the shuttle bus time to the Soluna Beach, which made us miss the shuttle bus and not be able to go to the beach that day. Luckily, that was our first day of vacation, so we visited Soluna later. We understand that mistakes happen, but be aware that you should trust the information on the pamphlet which they give you at check in.

The friendliness of two of the Concierge: Harrison and Richard. They were both always eager to ceator to the needs of both my son and myself. It was not just only to us in particular, as I notice that they both excercise their profession with passion. The Bistro's Staff in the Lobby and their croussant made it pleasant for me to sit and unwine or wait for my son or a taxi at times. The Staff that Cleaned my Room were so correct and friendly. It's the all around service, but deffinately the kindness of Concierge Harrison and Richard for me!!! My son has stayed here 3 times now when ever he is in Dubai and recommend this Hotel to me. It was worth every second of my stay there!!! Special thanks to Harrison and Richard, Keep up the good work.

I wish I had booked a longer stay in Dubai

Breakfast was lovely great choices. Restaurant, bar & housekeeping staff were great.

The courtesy buses were set times which didn’t suit us however they might suit others? We had an email confirming the Soluna beach club was inclusive however the reception changed this to chargeable the week before we arrived.

The staff were very friendly and let us check in early and check out late without a charge. The hotel itself is very immaculate and clean. Would highly recommend to stay here and for the price it was amazing.

Location could be better but taxi to Dubai mall is quite cheap and they do offer free shuttle service so not really an issue

We loved everything! The stuff was great, breakfast exceptional, room was very spacious and they refilled it daily with fresh water, coffee, tea. The balcony has a great view of the city and Burj Khalifa as well as the pool area! We also had a dinner buffet one evening for 25€ per Person, needless to say the food and the offer was as expected amazing! It is easy to get a taxi (be careful there are Private drivers waiting outside the hotel which charge more than double!) and it is quite close to all the attractions. So if you are looking for a city vacation but still have want to relax at the beach- this is a great option!

Wonderful hotel, beautiful, tranquil and ambient pool area with drinks service. Lifeguards very good and always lifeguards on duty. Immaculately cleaned throughout with wonderful staff that go above and beyond. Breakfast was plentiful and I am returning again in just a few days. Only a couple of minor concerns which I have outlined below .

The rooms were very close together and therefore a lot of noise from other guests in there rooms, which consisted of hearing other guests talking and the vibration of doors closing. While breakfast was great, the pastries, bread section often had flies/ mosquitos on the food as it was close to the outside doors, this made it not edible. It would also be great to have a selection of oat, and soya milk in the breakfast restaurant and plant based yogurt.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. It offers free shuttle to Dubai mall which is convenient (no return trip). The pool was very nice, clean and with a view to the Burj Khalifa. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes quite late in the day. The breakfast was varied and there was always something new each day (tasty fruits). The location is also close to the center (no walking). We also appreciated the Soluna beach club day - very easy to book and enjoy. It was a good stay. There was a nice Eid chocolate gift.

There is no return shuttle so the only option is to get a taxi on the way back. The location is not walking distance to anything so you need a car/ride every time. Still a lot of construction going around.

We spent a week researching hotels in Dubai and finally chose this one. We were totally satisfied with our choice. Great value for money. Great location, a nice and big breakfast, also lunch and dinner. View to Burj Khalifa. Nice coffee at the cafe on the first floor. The bus can drive you either to the Mall or the beach. Great beach club with good cocktails and food.

It would be great if you arrange the second bus to the beach at 11:30 and returning to the hotel at 16:00. Was not very convenient to rush each morning to the bus when you are on vacation. And to coordinate with the schedule of the bus to the Mall, because when you return from the beach you are already late for a bus to the Mall.
