Hotel staff's were very helpful, smile and kind. They are welcoming, helpful and positive. Room was clean, modern and cosy. Pool is amazing, long enough to have a good swimming in it. Gym is lovely!!! With a beautiful view on the pool and modern machines.

Only two things I see as small minus sign. First of all - the room is too small. Seriously smaller than usually rooms in this amount per night what you can get in Dubai. Second one is the location. 3 km from metro. And around the hotel is nothing very interesting for tourists.

The style of the hotel and room, the cleanliness, the nice staff, the accessibility of the car parking. It is a nice clean hotel that provides all the basic needs.

Nothing really special about the hotel. Basic breakfast, small pool area, no special views, and nothing to do in a walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Roof Downtown for a week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and designed for relaxation. The breakfast was simply amazing – a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The pool was a perfect place to unwind, always clean and inviting. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, who was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our stay was flawless. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend Roof Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

Great breakfast(coffee could be better), very good valet service, professional staff. Clean pool and hotel overall.

Missing signage(no info in elevator which floor anything is located on for instance) , information regarding opening times of dining/bar areas in elevator aswell as in the room or atleast on the webpage would also be helpful to avoid unnecessary questions. Had some weird smell in the hallway for about two days, but obviously these things happen. No iron in the room. Not trusting your guests with a toilet brush in the room also seemed a bit strange.

Very clean room and hotel, all employees were very friendly. The employees were interested, that customers feel good and valued. Especially Ariz was extraordinary friendly and supportive with for example transfer support, and made sure that I as a customer feel very welcomed and valued. Very good breakfast, delicious dinner (the hamburger is tasteful), room service was perfect, always a bottle of water in the room, in the shower were good smelling shower gel and shampoo, so I felt comfortable and at home. Thank you for making the stay memorable.

Cleanliness, design and location. Special thanks to Mr. Deshan who was very helpful and made our stay much more pleasant. Also I thank the ladies (front desk and operator) who helped me at the night shift when my son was sick.

That all the calls has to go through the operator and the extension buttons on the phone not working and takes you back to the operator, and sometimes the operator was busy and couldn’t answer specially at night. I also suggest that the staff should be informed about the nearest hospital with emergency department. They tried to help me to be honest but it’s gonna save more time and be more convenient if they already know that information.

It is my second time here!…Its quiet clean and classy … the staff was very friendly ..they helped us when we requested for a very minor change in the booking details upon arrival… i loved the breakfast varieties… the place is very cosy … for people who would love to have a chilly vibes with a fresh start for the day .. i would hilghly recommend this hotel .. thank you for everything ! … Special thanks for the beautiful staff Jennifer :)
