Nice view from the room The place was fragrant, very clean and quiet, they responded quickly and were friendly in meeting requirements For the location is very good, its near to Dubai mall & Burj khalifa ETA 23 minutes, Thank you

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to highlight the incredible service provided by the manager, Lovely. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful, assisting us with various requests with kindness and efficiency. When I needed a vase for my flowers, she quickly found a great alternative. She also helped me pack my medication with ice to ensure it stayed fresh during my journey. Throughout our stay, she was always friendly, smiling, and polite, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. I am very grateful for her support and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Lovely, for making our stay so pleasant!

I booked a room for my friend from (2_4)oct2023 The hotel is very Clean. The room is very comfortable. But it's shame for hotel like citymax business bay hotel to steal mony form the guests becauce they refused to return the deposit mony when he checked out.

The room is perfect, it's the same as what I saw in the booking. The bed is very comfortable, Big and spacious and we have a view of Burj Khalifa and it's very quiet, you can sleep well. Perfect for those people who travel for business in the Business Bay area. Breakfast is delicious- a lot of things you choose. I like their omellete and the rice porridge; they are so delicious. All staff are nice and very helpful from the receptionist, the crew who bring our things in the room, and the staff in the morning breakfast, they are smiley and wonderful.

The parking was easy, checking and check out was also simple. There's a bar downstairs and a couple of restaurants on site. If you're staying for a few days, you won't need to go too far after long days work.

The breakfast was okay. Not the best, but certainly good enough for a few days. If I had to stay there for longer, I would've probably liked to enjoy a slightly more interesting buried selection of cooked items. The cakes and fruit selection was excellent. Coffee was limited to black coffee only (not cappuccinos etc).

I always come here every time i need hotel in dubai, it is the best, All staffs are very good specially night manger (Islam) he is one the best and useful manger in that hotel , Manis Thai restaurant supervisor, and receptions staffs Abhinaf , Jhilik and suleyman And my lovely one which her name is Lovely (she is very lovely as her name) It is not fair to not mention all names, cos they are all amazing

Good location, comfortable room and no noise

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and 3 times we had problems with towels - every time after cleaning they would either leave a set of towels for one person only or no large towels at all. How can one miss such a thing in a hotel? Moreover, when we arrived the receptionist told me that the reservation was canceled because we didn’t arrive on the booked date (our flight landed after midnight so we had made a reservation on the day before) and she did not approach us politely.

Very nice hotel, the staff is always ready to help and answer all your questions. Breakfast is fantastic, highly recommend to try masala tea there. The pool is small, but quiet, and you can easily get your portion of sun before the scorching hours.

The only difference between an "executive" room and normal double room is that the "executive" room is on the quietest floor in the building. All the other things that were advertised in the description were either absent or had to be asked about. Still worth it, though.

very good choice for quick in and out business trip especially if you’re on a budget. tho it was very cheap the standards held very high. exceeded my expectations 100 times over ! just as an example I’ve stayed one day (not even a night) in Hilton and that costed me same amount as entire week stay in this great Citymax hotel. never had a feeling that I’ve underpaid before :) quite nice feeling I must say. room service quick and surprisingly tasty meals. room had a bath and a shower which is always a winner for me. the area was very convenient for me as its 8 minutes dive away from the heart of Dubai and under 20 minutes to airport. best choice I’ve made in a while ;)
