Nice building, good breakfast, high-quality rooms, good gym and pool area, good room service

Guests who do not present a passport are not allowed, this seems rather strict given that Dubai is one of the safest places on the planet and there are cameras everywhere inside the hotel (and you can‘t access the guest floors without a room key)

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Despite our early arrival from the UK, they graciously arranged an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The concierge was always ready to help with taxi arrangements and local attractions, offering assistance without being pushy. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and friendly, helpful staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent 5-star hotel in Dubai, located in one of the best areas – Business Bay. Perfect if you are coming by car - excellent valet services and ample parking space. All the staff was friendly, attentive, polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The services are great (e.g., We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely, or the reception was always helpful with anything we needed). Hotel itself is new, very modern and tastefully decorated, with large lobby spaces to hangout. Room had a view of the bay and Burj Khalifa. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Amenities include chairs, tables, desk, windows with sun blinds, smart TV, powerful air-conditioning, mirror, plenty of closet space with hangers, safe, fridge, tea kettle, tea & coffee, USB charging sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed, great lighting, fast Wi-Fi, iron, shoe horn, hair dryer, and essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Bed and blankets were large. Mattress was very comfortable (also for people with back problems). Bathroom was spacious, well-designed and clean, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and vanity mirror. Breakfast was just delicious, with every variety of food imaginable. Staff was attentive and careful about allergies and special dietary requirements. Hotel has four in-house restaurants and a bar to choose from, all of which are excellent. One of the restaurants has their own sheesha place with excellent sheeshas and service. Hotel has a decent swimming pool with a life guard on duty and a pool-side bar with nice views. Spa (includes jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.) was well-maintained and massage services were excellent. In general, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Fridge was not cooling enough. Location of hotel is difficult to reach by public transportation (e.g., metro).

I felt pleasant and comfortable at the hotel from the very first day. All the staff, from the reception to the cleaning and kitchen staff, treated me and all the guests with kindness and respect. Whatever I needed was provided to me in the shortest time possible. I felt at home in this hotel. On the last day, my flight was early in the morning, but they brought my breakfast to my room at 3:30 AM, which was very thoughtful of them. The hotel is very clean, stylish, and has a pleasant fragrance.am extremely particular about the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets, and this hotel was even cleaner than my own home. This hotel will now be my go-to place. I am grateful to Mohammad, Ashraf, and all the staff.

Nothing... It was amazing

The hotel had very comfortable beds and cozy bedding. The staff was excellent. When we informed them of problems with our initial room they happily offered as an upgrade to another much better room and the apology note was very thoughtful. Michael and Giuseppina at the conciegre/reception were very helpful and Ajun at breakfast very polite and made nice omelette.

I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioning was extremely low, I wanted to go outside in the heat to warm up. I didn’t like that the breakfast was only until 10:30, it could close half an hour later for those who like to sleep in a little.

The location and the accommodation both are a plus. There's a lovely canal walk behind the hotel. Also all major attractions are accessible from the hotel. There are plenty of eateries ard and a 24 hour supermarket just a stones throw away. The rooms are spacious and clean.Best part they are squeaky clean everyday after you come back from your trips! Staff goes out of the way to help you with all your needs from arranging a taxi to your tickets for attractions to getting small change! Would definitely stay here on my next visit.

The beds are too soft ! Next time going to ask for a hard mattress that's all.

The hotel is chosen for business meetings. The location of the hotel is a short drive from the Dubai Mall. The hotel staff is exceptionally kind, the room I booked was upgraded to a room on the 15th floor. A spacious room, a luxurious bed and a huge bathroom. Everything is shiny and polished. I ate twice at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor and at the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor... in both cases exceptional at reasonable prices. The hotel restaurant itself, located on the 2nd floor, serves delicious and varied lunches and rich breakfasts. In the business center on the 1st floor there are several meeting rooms with double doors, and a central guest room where you can be treated to refreshments and meals throughout the day. The service is excellent, and technicians are constantly available to make sure the media systems are working. I would definitely recommend a pampering as well as functional stay, and I'm sure I'll be back again.

We liked the hotel. The room was specious and clean. Great staff. Room service which we used more than once was quick and food was also tasty. We liked the pool also. Breakfast verity options were more than enough for everyone to find something they like. It was good value for money compared to other hotels I looked into

The only thing was the location which is not exactly at the center. However, as anyway you need to take taxi to everywhere you want to go in Dubai, it wasn't that bad. Only, no restaurants in a walking distance.

It’s quite place, but near the most of famous places. So, it’s possible to recharge after long day. Also extremely kind stuff 🥹🙏🏼 thank you guys to support me in every situation 🙏🏼 if I didn’t like something or I got a problem with needing some support I received it immediately. That’s absolutely fantastic 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 also I am falling in love with high quality of bed suits 🤤👌🏻 like you put your butt in the paradise cloud and finally receive and calm down 😁🤗👌🏻 also here’s available breakfast, and omg I swear of god here’s the most delicious omelette in all city🤝 you know, took a tasty breakfast is the most 🫶🏻 well. For me it’s a best place for take a rest. Thanks for the team for that🤗🫶🏻

My sister and I have really enjoyed our stay at Grand Millennium Business Bay. Tarak at reception is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Giuseppina is vibrant and cheerful! She escorted us to our room and showed us around and ensured we had all we need! The room is cozy, comfortable and has all you need. The canal view from the room was so beautiful. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and the staff at The Podium are all so friendly and attentive. The staff at the spa were very friendly especially Benson. We only used the sauna and the showers and they were super clean and wonderful! All in all it was a fantastic experience and we’re definitely coming back!
