The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. This was the case across the hotel from reception, to restaurant and bar, housekeeping, valet service, security etc., our every need was met with enthusiasm and dedication. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, and we had great views of the city. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. And there are free snacks and drinks served pre-dinner, that was great after a day of working and long commutes in traffic. Thank you to all who made our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was included, and we received coupons for a daily reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name, I’d like to give a special shoutout to Babas, Kim (who was amazing!), Winnie, and Janet. From the front door to the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was fantastic. We were truly happy with the service we received.

The staff is taking cafe of all the guests so much as well as receptions named romesh.He was very kind to us.The food court there is a lady from etihopia she was very diligent.we stayed at many hotels in dubai till now,I can tell you that thats the best price match and money value hotel.we re really satisfied with them when we will come back definitely we will stay here again.also 5.00-6.00pm tea time has very tasty appetizers.Before we came here I just read some comments and decided to come here but now I see that thats real comments.All the staff they are very kind,well trained,qualified people.They were so nice to us.Thank you for your hospitality🙏🏻

Great hotel with wonderful staff, who take care of their guests and proactively listen to feedback. Breakfast options are great, chef working there is the best. They also offer alternative milk for coffee and coffee quality is beyond regular. We took the upgrade room option and the room size is perfect for a long trip. Food at the restaurant and room service is also great, which is usually not very common.

Room cleaning at the balcony could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, each and every staff member, from the entrance to the reception, food service, and beyond was incredibly welcoming and professional. Our room was on the 30th floor and offered a stunning view, including a clear sight of the Burj Khalifa, which made our stay even more special. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was truly 5-star. We absolutely loved our experience and would love to come back again!

Our experience was outstanding — the hospitality of everyone was truly exemplary. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to ergonomics and comfort. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. The location is also a big plus, providing easy access to the city center. Very impressed by this modern new hotel, our suite exceeded all expectations, we were warmly welcomed by treats and wine in our suite , there is also a cocktail hour everyday and all guests receive 2 complimentary drinks , how awesome ! the chefs catered to our vegetarian morning breakfast and it was excellent, could not have asked for anything better.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai. The hotel’s welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and great dining made my experience memorable.
