Extreme kind staff. Very clean and brand new. The bed could be better, the mattress was hard.

The pastries in breakfast were stale. Like it was from 2 days before.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay and had a very pleasant experience overall. One of the standout aspects was the cleanliness throughout the hotel – everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, providing a great place to relax after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that suited different tastes. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is also a major plus – it’s conveniently situated just a short drive from Dubai Mall and the iconic Burj Khalifa, making it easy to explore the heart of the city.

The only downside was the ventilation in the bathroom, which could have been better. It tended to feel a bit stuffy after showers.

I wanna give a special shout out to Riad and Cliford who went out of their way to help me while I was sick. Staff like them make a hotel stay extra special! The shower pressure isnt the best but definitely ok. My biggest issue was the AC it turns off when you leave the room so when you get back from a hot day you need to wait for your room to cool down, also at night it seems to think youre not there so sometimes i wake up really hot and go near the AC button to turn it back on. overall The staff made my stay at the Holiday Inn worth it. Also i highly recommend the breakfast it was absolutely amazing.

The air conditioning

We arrived early, and the hotel gave us early check in for free, 4 hrs before check in time. All hotel staff were helpful and warm,especially Star. I also liked the variety of meals at breakfast. The ease of getting a taxi and free shuttle to Dubai mall was also great. Our room had burj Khalifa's view as per my booking. On my daughter's bday the staff sang for her and brought a surprise cake to the room.. The hotel was a home away from home

At checkin I was told that the hotel have a different child age policy from Booking.com and I was told that I must pay extra for my 13 yr old. But am glad that they overrode that. The train station is not in the walking distance. Although this didn't affect us since taking taxis was more convinient for 3 people

The best thing in this hotel was the staff, everyone was very kind and carefulI for everything, very friendly and lovely especially with kids. Room was not as spacious as we expected but it was very clean, comfortable and with a nice view. We had the bed and breakfast option and breakfast was good, with different options and delicious. We didn't have the time to try the pool but it looked nice from our room. Overall it was a modern, spotles and great hotel to which we would definitely go again.

First of all, we loved everything: the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—everything was perfect. The breakfast was also amazing. The location is in the city center, very close to tourist attractions. In short, everything was wonderful. We were very satisfied and pleased with our stay. Especially Mr. Pual was very helpful in many ways; he is now my buddy from Dubai :) Our next choice will definitely be Holiday Inn, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Location was excellent , ambience of the hotel and room was calming ,elegant in its simplicity , The bed and pillows were AMAZING , I had the best sleep, the room service menu were delicious and the prices and portion were good.The internet was stable which is a big plus for me since I have online classes and meeting that I had to attend.

Great location near downtown and only 15min away from the airport. staff were extremely friendly and helpful. everything was very clean and neat. i loved how i could arrange the time for room cleanup based on my own schedule. breakfast was really good too. bar by the pool food was very good, too.

Excellent!!! Very Beautiful & very brightly lit clean rooms, hotel and amazing service! Wow!!! what an amazing service, the staff is the sweetest and breakfast was so so good..free shuttle service to the beach &mall and I even got an upgrade on the room. Will surely definitely stay again!!! Value for the price.

The reception staff Ms. Gehad was very welcoming and professional with high standards of customer service and communication skills, indeed she gave us the perfect first impression of the hotel staff and the level of hospitality the hotel is following. The room is quiet with all the necessary amenities. The elevator waiting time is barely 15 to 30 seconds approx. The location is perfect and very close to the downtown.
