Hotel location and customer service

Staff were very friendly specially rodha and Elizabeth from the front desk .Buffet break fast was good and many things to choose from.Overall was very good experience

Reception manager was amazing. Very spacious and concierge always very helpful. Pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing

The lady at the front door for the breakfast was a bit rude with me and told me I had not paid and made me go to reception to fix the issue myself, even though I had already paid for breakfast. she didn’t seem to concerned with the issue and told me to go to reception to fix it myself. She was very dismissive. When they found out I had paid they apologised for her mistakes however she did not say anything to me but looked at me a little annoyed.

From April 5th to 17th, I had the pleasure of staying at the Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay with a colleague. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that were perfect for starting the day. The room was top-notch – modern, comfortable, and always kept spotless, which really impressed me. With a balcony offering a stunning view of Dubai, it made the stay really memorable. I must particularly highlight the service at the hotel. Although I lost my cardholder at the airport, the hotel team went above and beyond to assist me. The security staff was always available to help, and they even printed the necessary documents that I had to submit to the police, which was incredibly helpful. The entire staff was extremely supportive, polite, and friendly. A special thanks goes to the housekeeping team, especially Bhisma. He made sure the room was always perfectly clean and also took the time to check if everything was okay, providing some light-hearted conversation because he is such a kind and personable individual. One more thing I greatly appreciated was that the hotel always refilled the water bottles in our room without charging us for it, unlike many other hotels. That thoughtful touch made a big difference. I highly recommend Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay for anyone looking for top-tier service and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

The location was fantastic, right in Business Bay—super close to Downtown, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. It made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and spacious. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym. It felt like good value for the price.

The only downside was the bed—it wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress felt a bit too firm for my liking. What could have been better: A more comfortable bed or mattress topper would really improve the sleep experience.

For someone who spends more than 2-3 nights here, the small variability of breakfast can be a problem, i.e. practically the same food is served every day. At the same time, I would appreciate it if the hotel would also focus on an alternative offer of European dishes in terms of food selection. Not for everyone, unfortunately incl. me, Central Asian cuisine is suitable and tasty

Check in was great. we were greeted at the front door and luggage was taken from the free cab service that picked us up at the airport. We confirmed our reservation with the hotel receptionist Rhonda and was given our key and breakfast, pool and gym information. The rooms were serviced every day, and the hotel hallways and lobby are very clean. Breakfast that we paid extra for was just ok. It was not hot and lacked variety. I believe should have been included in the price. Especially due to the amount we paid. And in light of the fact, we are long time Booking customers. We ordered room service on our first night. The food came quickly, it was as we ordered, hot, and came with all of the necessary condiments. The hotel location was on a busy corner. View from our window was nice , if you overlook the heavy construction going on down below. Although we didn't actually use the pool due to the cooler weather, it is situated in a weird location right in front of the dining area. We've traveled quite a bit and stayed in many places and i would have to say this was a first!

Staff takes it away, as always. Joy took special care to (over)accommodate my request (Austin and the lady shift manager were great help in that as well), Jaffer and Fawad the door as always helpful. This trip almost bought me for a long time!

soundproofing could be improved

Large room with good view and very clean . Nice pool. Comfortable . But can't get visitors

The reception stop my guest 2 times and make me and them feel very uncomfortable . My 2 girl friends went to visit me as I was sick . The staff was very rude calling my room and coming many times to get id..treat my guests very bad and with atitude .. told me that I was not allowed have guests as my reservation was only for one person. My friends even was there for more then 30m . I had to call the manager to adress the complain. Another day my boy friend come only for visit and they give hard time again . The place is very nice but I would not back there for this reason.

I was completely satisfied with my stay! The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, the food excellent - fresh, delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is also perfect: central but still quiet. Everything was clean and well organized. Friendly welcome by everyone in the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room with plenty of space. Thanks to saroj who did a fantastic job in maintaining our room. Great pool to relax and enjoy the sunshine . I'd stay here anytime in the future. When you can't be at home it's great to have a homely space to stay.
