We love Mama New hotel, casual friendly vibe, not stuck up (out of the ordinary), amazing staff, we would like to give a special thanks to Norbert, Ever Joy, Amour, Elisabeth, Juan, "el professor" (from peru), Lewis & the rest of the staff (we forgot all the names) for our amazing stay. Really like the uniforms :-)

Would suggest some type of skirting board in the shower, as floor gets a bit wet.

Everything was super clean and fresh! The rooms had a stylish and modern design, and the swimming pool was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The entire atmosphere felt welcoming and well thought out. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

The door to our shower was damaged, so the entire room got wet. Since the building is new, the construction work is not finished, and there is constant drilling and other noise throughout the day.

Wonderful and Attentive Staff! We received a very early check-in (thank you, Laxmi!) at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need (mini-bar, toiletries, etc.). Breakfast was excellent! There is 3 restaurants and i especially recommend the French restaurant on the 4th floor — Parmentier is simply delicious! The gym is small, but you can still get a good workout, including an outdoor area near the pool. We visited in March, and the main pool was very warm—pleasantly so! P.S. There's a large screen outside where they host movie screenings :)

A minor downside is that if you enjoy sunbathing, it might be a bit tricky as the sun disappears behind the building around noon.

Room temperature was too cold and it cannot be controlled even after switching the AC off.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming , from the front desk to the restaurant teams, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was super relaxed but stylish, and the design details throughout the hotel were gorgeous without trying too hard. I also really appreciated how the space encouraged meeting people and having conversations.(If you're into that but also completely fine to be on your own in your own little world as well!!) the food was super good!

I liked the location and the design of the hotel it’s unique the lights are awesome. Also the staff like someone his name David he helped me a lot with preparing my friend birthday arrangements. Also one Arabic lady at night she did the same.

Only one thing during the check out the reception called at 1 pm to proceed someone I guess his name shaun then he said you have 30 mins I told him I need 1 hour to take shower and pack my staff and prepare ourselves to continue the day we are ladies we want to put like makeup he didn’t appreciate this he insisted to go at 1:30 otherwise they’ll charge us 100 Dhs I kept asking him in a respectful way. No use out of that. This is was upsetting at that time.

A two thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼 if i had more thumbs id give them all! 😂 definitley a hidden cozy gem 💎 My girls love all details about this place im positive that this is now a Famfavorite! The pools was too cozy they could stay all day. The staff is amazing. The food is *chef kiss* 💋 were in love🫰🏼😘 will absolutely stay longer nextime when more sun and less windy🙏🏼 Mamas really know how to love❤️

Very friendly staff. Interior is very modern. Family friendly. Good pool area with nice view, Italian restaurant is wonderful, great food and mama restaurant very nice , sudesh ( i don’t remember exactly if its correct) in mama restaurant did a fantastic job.

These are not complaints at all . Just Few Minor issues which can be improved. bathtub should have shower curtain because water seems to spill on the floor if using hand shower head. Light switches in room was not very responsive.

The hotel was beautiful and quirky. Fun!Mostly, the staff were wonderful and warm to me. My room was so so comfortable and I slept pretty well. The bar and pool areas were relaxing. I loved the cabanas and the DJ to dance by at night. Great to see an alert lifeguard on duty in the pool area.

The curtains don’t overlap so you can’t completely block out all light. Didn’t see that lifeguard get given a break in the 5 hours I was at the pool. 😔
