Our Christmas stay at Al Habtoor Palace was absolutely delightful, filled with elegance, festive charm, and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the warm greetings and luxurious ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Our room no. 360- both was a haven of comfort and sophistication, beautifully decorated for the season, and offering every amenity we could wish for. The festive decorations throughout the hotel added a magical touch, making the holiday feel extra special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially towards our children. They went above and beyond to make them feel welcome, even providing drawing materials to keep them entertained. This thoughtful touch truly made our stay more enjoyable as a family. A special thank you to Shakoor from housekeeping, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality ensured our suite was always immaculate and welcoming. The overall experience was fantastic, from the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service. Al Habtoor Palace made our Christmas period truly memorable, and we look forward to returning soon!

It would make sense to have child slippers in the rooms, given that the floors are made of marble... During the night it can get loud because of construction works around (however this is not hotels fault).

This beautiful grand hotel reminds me of when I stayed at the Dorchester in London . It’s palatial with beautiful decor and furnishings and all the staff are professional and courteous and friendly. My room was very grand , very big with every amenity you could want with a huge marble bathroom and tub , it was spotless . Some beautiful lounges to sit and have a cappuccino while listening to a pianist playing . There are numerous restaurants on site and breakfast was the best experience iv had. Part buffet , part Al e carte , In the beautiful, tranquil bq kitchen on the first floor . Fresh omelettes made to order , juices , everything you could wish for , no one should be disappointed and the waiters were amazing and attentive . The French toast made for me was amazing . Room service was equally as good and food cooked to perfection . The roof top pool is a tranquil setting and is lagoon style . Spent some lovely time there relaxing with waiter service for food and drinks , it was just lovely . The beauty of this hotel is that it provides free transport to their sister hotel , the Waldorf Astoria on the palm , to their guests , so that you can use their beach , if you like the beach . I did this a couple of days and was taken and collected by a very friendly driver , he was excellent, kind and very professional . Habtoor also provides free shuttle service to and from the Dubai mall and other Habtoor hotel facilities . This is a particularly great service to be offered by the hotel and reassuring for solo travellers. I’m completely blown away by this beautiful , palatial hotel . Nothing short of superb . Thank you Habtoor Palace .

A very small negative is all the diffusers throughout the hotel . They really are too strong and should be subtle not over powering . Maybe the hotel could move them away from peoples rooms and only have by the lifts , this would be more than sufficient.

The hotel is located next to the Dubai canal, with a great walk to the beach one way and to the City the other way. It has easy access to Taxis, Careem Bike rentals (great fun) and the water taxi. I have stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels over the years, and can honestly say that this is easily the best I have ever stayed in. The room was fabulous, the staff wwere all amazing and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is really special/ A special mention to Ijaz in the restaurant who was incredibly attentive with all of the guests. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, and make sure that yoiu go to the show 'Le Perle' which is next door to the hotel.

There is a lot of construction going on in Dubai, which can be a little bit noisy, but I guess that is because the city is growing so fast.

For my planned activities Al Habtoor Palace was located perfectly in the middle between downtown Dubai and the harbour. I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the Al Habtoor team, no wish remained unoticed nor not taken care of. I have even been offered a more spacious room than I had originally booked. The photos do the hotel justice. The only things that could elevate the experience at Al Habtoor Palace even more in my mind are: - also using the wonderful AC scent on the upper floors that is used in the Lobby - making the drink niche at the pool a bit cosier - finding a way to keep the temperature in the gym lower and extend or replace certain devices by other ones (I am a Gym regular) - a possibility to book spa appointments on short term, meaning for the next day or so I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend al Habtoor Palace. I can imagine to revisit the hotel during my next vacation in Dubai.

Everything, from the stunning interiors to the meticulously maintained spaces, is cared for with the utmost attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the property is beyond exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience at all times. For those who like to stay active, the gym at Al Habtoor Palace is a standout. The equipment is incredibly modern, with the latest machines and technology available for guests. It’s a perfect space to get a great workout in while enjoying the luxurious atmosphere. It’s rare to feel so much at ease and part of a family while staying abroad, but at Al Habtoor Palace, that’s exactly how we felt.

We have had the most excellent stay and experience at Al Habtoor Palace. Luxury, in intimate surroundings. All the staff we have spoken to have been nothing short of excellent, friendly, always wanting to assist, we have enjoyed the personal touch each of them have given us and loved getting to know them. Balaji and Shakoor have kept our room spotless with special towel and rose decorations on our return to the room each day. Jackie our butler made us feel so special with her care about our stay, remembering our special celebrations and surprising us with gifts and making bookings when required. Chat and Isaac are so generous with their time, always up for a quick chat and welcoming us with a big smile. The pool is perfect for couples, spread out so people find a quiet place. Pawan and Kanu are so attentive with service, towels, checking on your every need, happy to have a chat and ask after our day. We have felt so pampered, we would return as it is also a great location to the town while being not to crowded and with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The variety of the breakfast and its presentation could be improved from my point of view

The most fabulous hotel amazing 5 stars without a doubt from the most professional attentive breakfast staff to the dinner staff to every staff member in the hotel the attention to detail in every aspect of running the hotel is just 5 star . I highly recommend this hotel. The interior is luxurious from the lobby to the amazing staircase to the spacious immaculately clean bedrooms. The butler service is another 5 star 🌟 so attentive and professional . We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later thank you all.

luxury beautiful place , very spacious

last day , I tried to call the help desk between 2:00 am and 3:30 am several time but no one answer the phone . also , there is one particular person when I call the reception doesn’t answer the greeting , example , I say “good morning” , “hello” , or good evening” , and his answer is always the same “yes?” , even I tried to repeat the greeting again but still same answer , need to work on the communication skills , I know this might seem simple but for me when I greet someone , I would like to get the proper reply.
