The breakfast was in a restaurant physically connected to the hotel, but separately run. The food there was very good. The room (Residential Loft Suite) was wonderfully spacious. We loved having the kitchen, and used the little balcony quite a bit. The location of the hotel was convenient.

It needs to be cleaned better. This is the biggest thing. One day, the cleaners skipped us, but we survived. Also, the pillows were too big for us (we did not ask for others, to be fair).

This was a modernized Hilton, refreshing, very clean modern lines. It was very relaxing. It was away from downtown Vail which would have been nice to stay as there was a free Bluegrass Festival on. At the same time it was lovely to come back to the serenity of this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The laundry only takes quarters and there was no change at the front desk, or at the bar and restaurants. So I had to go around asking the guests. That is not a very nice thing to do to your guests. Why not just add a credit card reader. However I am very grateful there is a washing machine and dryer, so I do not want to complain too much. Having a washer and dryer sealed the deal in staying here. The restaurants are run independently of the hotel, so on Sunday morning although we were hotel guests we could not get seated for brunch, as there was a queue of outside guests.

The property was beautiful. The shuttle driver named Don was so nice and helpful, giving lots of good advice about where to eat and shop and walk in the Village. Great restaurant right next door.

The front desk staff wasn't very welcoming or approachable. Busy doing other things on the computer and stood there for a long time with no acknowledgement. Breakfast not free or included.

It was super easy to book this hotel. I was stuck in the middle of traffic when I-70 shut down. Compared to other hotels this was the cheapest for it being in a hotel resort. It was a beautiful place to visit.

I didn’t enjoy how expensive the resort fee was. I also thought that the idea of paying an additional $15 for breakfast was absurd.

the pool and hot tub were very nice and warm. the room was clean and the extra couch area could serve as an additional bed. shuttle into town was helpful.

not enough hot water for four showers in the morning considering the hotel wasn’t at full capacity.

The hotel was very nice. Had great facilities. The bed was comfy and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. No disappointments. Staff was great. And the shuttle to the ski hill was great

One of my friends couldn't sleep because of the noise from next door, my housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper and soap 2 daya, everything else was great

Adam at the front desk was Super helpful but in the morning the young woman at the desk was extremely rude and left a dour taste on our mouth.

Hotel was nice and very comfortable. All the staff were quite friendly. Enjoyed playing shuffle board.

Hallways were noisy and doors slammed when closed. View was just a parking lot.
