Excellent location fresh and clean smelt lovely on entrance abundance of umbrellas for the rain ,quiet, beds excellent … let down by staff who lied !

Air con control broken room like an ice box couldn’t turn it off asked reception to help 8pm couldn’t fix it so offered a heater !!!! Still being blown by freezing air con !! Asked to move rooms told they were full I was shaking by this point as so cold ! Husband asked again to move rooms still told full asked for keys to room opposite magically when door opened it was empty !!! Moved rooms this didn’t need to happen very stressful and don’t like being lied to ! Breakfast at cavelier served cold every morning !

I’ll come back.I have to say that I liked to stay at Henrosa Hotel it is super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping places. They offered breakfast during the stay until 10:30 a.m also they have chairs at the beach you only have to pay for the umbrella if you want it. The room was clean the bathroom is in good condition the A/C which is really important for me was great. I was like three days looking an option to stay close to the beach and I don’t regretted. I hope this review helps someone else

Great location for the Confernce site, as well as the beach and the restaurants. Room clean and comfortable. Public transport stops nearby for cheap transfer to the airport.

Allocated room 203 at the top of the stairs - fire door would bang everytime used and lots of traffic at all times of day and night - avoid that room if you can!

The location is perfect, the room size is great, plenty space, not enough closet space to hang things but that was ok, tons of large drawers, the bathroom size was big, the shower, very ample, the water pressure great, the shampoo/soap/conditioner/gel plentiful and nice, towels nice too, a little fridge in room very convenient, a safe, very nice, the personnel was nice, the maid non intrusive and very neat in making the beds, the reception personnel kind and all good. Good touches were the coffee and water always available in the lobby, the 24 hour reception duty, the 20% OFF breakfast at an Ocean Drive location a block away. Also complimentary beach chairs was a very nice touch too. I would add if a discount could also be possible at the nearby garage - $40 a day for a car is a bit much when one stays several nights in the location.

All was good, if I were to request something for my next stay, would be a discount at the parking for Hotel stays just like there is a nice discount with the breakfast serving place at Ocean Drive.

Location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the beach (which is AMAZING btw ;)). They offered beach chairs for free (nice surprise) and I had to pay for the umbrella (U$20). The beach structure was a plus for me! The room was clean, nicely decorated and big. The bathroom was also big. Amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion) were nice... Hairdryer was a plus for me! Bed was very comfortable... Staff is friendly and answered all my questions and requests.

The room was not cleaned on day 1... And when I asked on day 2, they cleaned it straight away... Some people (cleaners) spoke little English... Spanish seems to be the main language in the area... Did not really enjoy the shower pressure. What I love the most about staying in a hotel is the shower pressure and this one had little pressure (even though it looked amazing)... Breakfast is at another hotel and had only two options to choose from (either yoghurt with fruits or eggs with toast)... It was a short walk from the hotel and it felt nice to get to know another hotel during the stay...

For breakfast you need to walk 5 min to another hotel but it is not a huge bother and you can sit outside al fresco

Bright and airy generous size room with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants.

We were on the ground floor and the front entrance door of the hotel did not get locked at night.

Staff were consummate professionals: skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, personable and kind. Quiet, very clean room in rear of the hotel location. Excellent hotel location. Although there was no on-site parking, a parking structure was adjacent to the hotel, and I was able to pay the hotel ahead of time for the daily car parking fee.

Lack of desk and desk chair in room; I used a chest of drawers to stand and work with my laptop; the one "chair" in the room was a small, corner, wicker chair with an unattached cushion; there was no comfortable place to sit. No room coffee/tea service. Insufficient air-conditioning; although there was a thermostat in the room, it was non-functional, and I was informed by hotel management that the building had central air conditioning. Management told me they "might" be able to lower the temperature, but if they were able to lower the central air temperature, there wasn't a significant difference in my room temperature.

It was at a great location, 3 minutes from the beach and it is a very cozy place. We had a problem with the room (some noice from the AC) and the lovely lady Natalia changed it immediately and gave us options so we had a pleasant stay. All the staff were great and made us feeling welcomed.

Maybe a bit more cleaning would be good and there is not a lot of daylight due to the windows blinds and the room with window looking to the next building.

The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is clean and calm, there was no noise, loud music during night. The WiFi was included in the price of reservation. No extra fee. The Beach chairs available for free on the beach.
