Great locations in an excellent area and helpful staff great service especially from Ariel

Breakfast was ok but could have offered a bit more variety it's every day the same without any savoury options. Also as the hotel organise as well few tours, they could promote the service a bit better

When we first arrived at the hotel, Valentin welcomed us and helped us with information. Afterwards, Julieta was very helpfull, we are thankfull to her. I can say that we were generally satisfied with the hotel. We stayed in room 206 with two double beds. I can say that it was a quiet room. After 8 in the morning, there was a construction noise next door, but since we woke up early, it did not affect us. The hotel is located in the center and easy access to everywhere is possible. Free trolleybus use, transportation to the city center with bus number 100, transportation to the southern part of the island, being close to places to see, markets, restaurants and of course the beach were all 1 street away. There are 2 free sunbeds and daily towels no free umbrellas on the beach. If the breakfast could be improved, it would probably get full 10 points from me. The breakfast needs to be improved a little. At least eggs could be added as seen in the hotel's previous Facebook photos. Breakfast includes any of the following: croissants or pastries, toast, small packages of butter, jam, cream cheese, fruit juice, tea, coffee, water, cereal, yogurt. Since the breakfast area is small, not all guests can have breakfast there at the same time, but if the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside on our trays. There is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy right next to it called Wallgreens . If we come to Miami again, we will consider staying here.

There was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. Air condition noise may be a problem for those who sleep with the air conditioner on at night because it works noisy, but it did not affect us because we do not turn on the air conditioner at night. When you enter the bathroom, the ventilation also works when the light is turned on and it is very noisy. When the light is turned off, the noise goes away. The pressure of the hand washing tap in the bathroom was low.

Location was great, shops, the beach, Ocean Drive, Española Way, the free trolley stop, all of them were 2 min walking from the hotel. Breakfast is simple but good enough to start the day. The room was big and included everything that we needed. Juliana and Constanza from the reception were super nice and made sure we were comfortable at all times.

The AirCons were a bit loud at times and it smelled a little bit of humidity.

The location was ideal. The beach access was a few blocks away. The parking was also nearby. There was a Walgreens in the same block which made it easy to purchase water and other necessities. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the amenities - safe, fridge, microwave, cutlery, dishes.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator; however the staff was quick to help me carry the luggage to my second floor unit. It is similar to the quant inns found in Europe. There are vacant properties in the vicinity which attracts sketchy people to the area but we had no problems with anyone.

Room was exceptionally clean and roomy. Everything is within walking distance, but you have to walk every where. Parking is just not an option. The courtyard is nicely decorated and pleasant to sit in as the room has no chairs to spend any time in the room. I would not think someone with disabilities would want to stay here. Loved the vibe of the neighborhood. Staff is fantastic.

Freezer in the small refrigerator was completely frosted up, unuseable. Tiny 4 cup coffee pot might be ok for 1 person but definitely not 2. Did not like having to park 3 blocks away in a public parking ramp. Have to be strategic when unloading luggage. Rarely is there parking close to hotel for unloading. You will walk,walk, walk. While the neighborhood is a hopping place, it's expensive, over 100.00 for dinner for 2 is not unusual.

It was a comfortable room with an en-suite shower room with a very noisy door which was hung the wrong way making the light switch behind the door difficult to reach as the bathroom was compact. Having said that it was clean, there was a coffee maker and a microwave and fridge which was adequate. Breakfast was a free for all and if you wern't there early there was very little left. we saw some guests load up their plates with bread toast and pastries for the day and returned to their rooms - leaving nothing for others

Absolutely excellent location, 3 min walk from the beach, lovely clean room, beach towels included that could be changed on the daily basis. Two sun loungers on the main beach also included. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ☺️

The only thing we were missing was balcony, but only to dry clothes quicker.

Breakfast was very basic but a nice touch. Customer service for breakfast was great though. Very good customer attention and helpfulness. The room was comfortable and quite for being on a busy street. The only real complaint would be inadequate lighting in the toilet part of the bathroom. Minor but worth noting.

The location is the best, close to Espanola Way, pedestrian street with many restaurants, close to the beach, close to shops. The room was clean, not very big, but comfortable. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was limited in choice, but ok. The hotel even offers free spots at the beach.

The breakfast could be more varied, include eggs and ham, there were just croissants, juice, milk, butter, bread, cereals and apples.

It was close to the beach and the location at Collins Street was very good. The hotel provided beach towels and cooperates with sun bed provider at the beach.

The corridors could be cleaned and the breakfast could offer a bit more varieties
